Iwent here to repair my laptop.it won't work without the charging on.they told me first that it is a cable problem.they changed the cable.problem not solved.then they asked me to buy a new battery.I did .

They made me buy a new battery of 2000 rs.problem not sloved.now they are telling

I wanted to share my experience about the data care corporation which is a complete computer store with sales and after sales service and has also got the repairs section separate.

Located all over India i had the privilege of walking into deccan gymkhana (pune) shop which is also more than 10-15 years old and is one of the most reliable computer service store you can visit .

I purchased a Toshiba's hdd from them and they also helped me to get the windows software installed along with all the drivers and also made sure that everything was fine .

Bhushan from D.C.C was really helpful and sorted everything in one day. Till then all my experiences with sujata computers karve road were costing me 2-3 days . Also now that the h.d.d is defective they also are in the process of helping me to get a replacement through their own store .

Dcc is four storied and is completely self contained hence is the one stop shop . Also they have everything updated and all the latest products and accesories. You go on any floor here you would find "Zero customer Complaints" as their motto and if you ask me till now they are living by it . You can shop for new computers , laptops, tv, computer peripherals , gaming devices etc all under one roof
