D Mart, Yogeswar Nagar, Bhuj

It is noticed that the provisions sold by D mart is inferior and sub standard quality. I recently bought some grains, lizol , dettol , muramra are all substandard. I think suppliers are dumping sub standard , inferior quality to D mart and hence they are selling at less than MRP. There are no quality checks. Pl don't play with the health of public by supplying such items.

Good place to get all things at a time. For people placing bulk orders, the service was very poor. Staffs were not allowed to support in loading the things in vehicle. Expecting a good support from staff

There management is not all good. The product are special design for dmart in less price and less quantity. Product quantity is even not at all good. The staff is the worse how won't even help people.

I ordered household items on 17/9 and the time slot was between 10-12 hrs. They rescheduled the slot and that too between 10-hrs to 22 hrs so that one has to be home waiting for delivery.Very shabby service and recommend not to order from D mart

D-mart is the best place to purchase all the products with the best prices so far it was a best experience to purchase in D-Mart but today it was really really a bad experience which I had usually I used to purchase more in

DMart as a regular but today one of the staff name is Chandu who is very rude and reticulus I buyed many products and it was ahuge crowd there today so unfortunately we forgot to bill oil tin along with slippers being a staff is

responsibility to check each and every product and scan and mention in the bill but that guy has a very rude behaviour towards a customer there is a so much crowd over there so we unfortunately it's a mismatch to bill a tin and a slipper was putdown in trolley so it's his responsibility to tell us that we are missing to products to bill but what he did after billing each and everything watching each and everything he just started a big drama Epic drama that stuff started to blame us that we are taking that products for the free like seriously it was a very disappointed thing I am really much had a very bad experience today and also they dnt have a sense to talk to a lady in DMart it is I just want to say that d Mart people should find a best staff who is polite enough to understand the consumer needs and to provide them a best service like today it was a very bad thing gone through I am very much disappointed to again purchase there so please make sure that each and every staff should be up polite full and also their duty is to being polite and provide as a best service thank you

02 sept 2022, Today, i visited D Mart (Bail bazar, Kalyan west). Thier in Footwear section, i feel Worst experience and very bad attitude of staff was standing. He was very rude. Continuous he was stairing to all the female customer. I was with my wife and childrens. I I observe many time, still he was stairing. When i was selecting my shoes their, he repeatedly coming towards my family continuously and taking back my shoes from my front and kept on the rack. I said, i was not yet done with selection, but he arrogantly replied me and shows his attitude and rude behaviour... This was very worst experience what i feel and then i went from that footwear section without taking my shoes .... I feel very uncomfortable their because of that person... I request the higher authority of D Mart to look in this matter and do some action on it ....

When I was to crowded i bought 3 t shirt nd 3 half trouser and i have some food n snakes item also. In the entire bill i got a discount n offers at all i visited again thankyou all d Mart staff.

I am regular customer of D-mart, so far I had great experience but today first time ever visited Hinjawadi Phase I outlet, at counter when I found faulty piece I was about to buy; I requested biller to help me out with someone who can replace the it for me as I was proceeding with the billing process. He refused to do that, he asked me to go upstairs and replace it. Very disappointed with D-mart Hinjawadi Phase I service.

D-Mart sold expired cells.

I brought 4days before one sheet of Duracell Chhota piwer batteries. It's dead now only working 4days.

But they are said 1 year working in remote...

Dmart is always over crowded there is no place to stand also .cannot see the products as there is lot of customer , you will get product for wholesale price but entering to dmart is big task , if you ask any help from staff they will not respond back .itz a task to find all required products because we cannot move easily .there trolley is very rough and hard not moving properly aslo .

I have gone through with an incident in Airoli D mart.When I told the girl in cash counter that I am paying money through Paytm.She started making faces as if I have asked her to pay my bill.She didn't allow me to scan for barcode and kept hands in the machine.I had my daughter's with me that time and my younger daughter started crying by looking at her behaviour.She was continuously making fun of me and laughing and saying bad words in Marathi.Me and my family buy atleast 10, 000 to 15, 000 from Dmart and this is how you treat a costumer.Dmart Airoli manager before appointing someone for duty specially in the cash counter teach them some manners how to talk with costumers and specially female staff in the second last cash counter .Yesterday I had my daughter's with me so I didn't utter a word it doesn't look good if I would fight in front of them.

Some employees are arrogant in Pune (Ambegao store), please teach your employees not to show their arrogance because we are also work somewhere we don't have to show our attitude, so please let them know that don't argue and don't show their attitude ????

It's for middle class people only, can't get products in different varieties such as Gillette, dettol etc, am buying more than I required unnecessary which is waste of money so don't buy unless you want take care of your money. When I stopped buying I see some savings, tc. Also take care covid always while you shop in large groups.
