Very bad place to shop. Very disappointing experience. Quality of products are not good. The staff is mostly of uneducated people who have no idea what they are doing there. Checking out was a nightmare, stood in couple of queues, no idea what was happening. Finally got to counter and started placing my items on the counter, and the lady says this is Express counter only 8 items allowed. So frustrating, left all the items and walked out. Wouldn't advise anyone to shop here. Haiko is a lot better, friendly staff, always eager to help.

Quality is too poor. Staff very much rude. Adulterated products. Bakery products not upto the mark.male staff working on higher position seems to be illiterate. They don't have any product knowledge. Adulterated products will not be accepted and it the duty of different organization handling such issues to look into the matter for public interest

Small shops are far better. Quality is not upto the mark. Local administration of indore must take initiative to keep surveillance over such super markets

This incident happened at shaikpet demart hyderabad on March 13 2024 timing 4:30pm..After I had finished paying my bill and was leaving the store, at the exit asked me to take off my cap. She checked ot thoroughly and then questioned me, wondering of i had stolen it because they sell similar items on the first floor. I assured her that i had purchased the cap myself from outside local vendor since their establishment did not carry that specific material. She mentioned that she would review the CCTV footage. I responded by saying that she could go ahead and check because I had nothing to hide, as I hadn't taken anything from her store that i considered to be a low quality. The price for the cap they are selling is only around 100 to 200rs. I understand that it is part of their job to check everyone at the exit point., but there is a proper way to approach customers and ask then to come aside without insulting infront of others., the behavior of the staff at the shaikpet branch near Tolichowki hyderabad on March 13th, 2024 at 4pm was very unprofessional.

D Mart items are very cheaper than other markets, but quality wise DMart goods are not at all good.Whatever you save amount in DMart you have to spent double than the amount in Hospitals for your treatment.Be careful and thinks once again before buying in DMart.

Rude Staff.

We purchased some groceries, the biller was throwing the biscuit packets post scanning + the lady named Harshada at Popcorn counter did not take customers as per Queue. We did launch a oral compliant. @ Dmart time to teach staff ..Each Customer matters and there are many more options like Reliance Smart and Tata group. We don't mind paying a penny extra for good behaviour. Kindly improve

I had purchased 8 no. Of Rozana Basmati rice bag of 5 kg on 23.01.24 but the of the rice is broken and the cook refused to cook the biryani with this rice for the function, it was a horrible experience to me from the Brand like Dmart. I sincerely request to refund my money.

It was very painfull to see an old lady's trying footwear size while sitting on floor. Dam it was very shameful to see. Atleast D-Mart can arrange sitting in options in footwear section

Purchased dry fruits for Diwali gifts from dmart...but happilo 500 gms cashew , and 1kg proV almonds had worms ..as if they were specifically packed for Diwali as people blindly do shopping on economical sites . Please do keep in mind they are for gifting and it is so embarrassing. I have been a regular customer of dmart . Really disappointed.

Hi my name krishna sai i have buy a injection cooker i saw it on display at the cost off 1799at hyderbad at(kphb) dmart.

I get non injection cooker then i saw it at home and i went back to dmart they said to me i will give (injection cooker )means electric injected prestage cooker atthe extra cost of 500 i said ok and they taken my d mart purchase bill and after some time they said that we returned back ur bill they are saying. So pls give bill then we can give warranty and exchange the cooker. It is very hurting to me and i have trust on dmart. Now it is shame upon me.

Total un satisfied with the exchange policy. One can compare in the pics the right side which I purchased and left another piece from dmart showroom. The exchange dept person says it is dirty and can't be return or exchanged. Though I i wanted to exchange it. I think no one can't amke a difference between purchased item and the showroom item
