CSM software company is not for experience only for freshers.Their salary hike is satisfactory but their management department is not good and not managed well so they should manage and plan for work well.The good thing about this company is that this company acquire by a japan based company named, solize group in tokyo Japan.Since it is acquire by Japan based company so it is good news for employee the already working in that company so career growth is also good and working environment is also good, but still it's not good for experience yet.

Worst company. Never join. The Hr policy adopted is vary bad in the company.the employees, I prefer to use word slaves in the company are those who lost their interest in life. Company don't have future projection about their projects, so they recruit more people to show outside world they are best but the attrition rate is too high.never join the company.

Even the work quality also the worst.the waste from their European clients are send to here, Newly joined employees are really suffering here, and but I am sure this is the second best option next to suicide, people having no hope in life only joines here.if u r joining, join HR only, because HR is just a playground for fun.

there is no engineering going on here ppl...if that's what they told u....mundane work. .there is no growth scope and the administration sux big time.this company will only destroy ur career and future....all the junk work is send here from Europe and they make it sound it so cool.

The ppl working here think they r doing awesome job but all they do is repetitive work which is all done b4 only and the ones who keep doing this job without realizing what they r doing and keep working 4 more hrs get more hike and recognition. Rest of the employees r treated like slaves. Plz AVOID.
