No need to mention what Tata Croma Retails centers are.
This is a massive huge store located just next to Maxus Mall Bhayander West
Its a 2 foors mega store accommodating various categories of electronics items be it TV, AC, Fridge, Mobile Phones, Laptop, Washing Machine, Home theatre, Music players, small kitchen appliances, personal care appliances etc.
All tata stores generally have a policy to offer extended warranty on products bought from these outlets with a premium no doubt.
I usually visit the store for large appliance i.e. I have bought Fridge, Washing Machine, AC and LCD TV from them
The representatives are really helpful and guide in detail for the products that we are looking for also suggest alternatives for them if available.
Free Home delivery is offered by this outlet
The only drawback of this outlet is the billing time that they take. I had to spend almost 30 minutes for payment against my washing machine order which was actually tiring and not acceptable.
Parking space outside the store is limited and hence one has to search for one on weekends or on public holidays as the crowd of the maxus mall is also overwhelming on these days
Altogether a nice place to buy authentic products with extended warranty clause. The price of tata croma stores is always high as compared to the other stores but justified as you are always getting an authentic product from them.
