The college have a wonderful administration and extracurricular activities. when we talk about their administrative records. it stand in hundred percent in placements that itself will tell us about their administration and quality of outgoing students standards. when we talk about their extracurricular activities. The students not only in to studies but they can them self relax and stress free and make their physic  in good condition. so that they can do multitasking activities. when we talk about the alumni - lot of passed out students are got  placed in good positions in public sector and private sector companies. Many have started their own ventures and ranking one of the top HNI's. Some are into research activities. On the whole is on of the best college not only for education but also for career.

It is one of the best Veterinary colleges of India. I have visited to this college before two years. It is also best in administration and management, also in extra curricular activities for the students of the college. I strongly recommend this college for the students who so ever thinking about to take admission in this college.

The College of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry, Mhow is a constituent college of Nana ji deshmukh University of Veterinary Science, Jabalpur an autonomous veterinary university in India, and is a pioneer college in the field of veterinary sciences in India. It is one of the oldest veterinary colleges in Madhya Pradesh, was founded in 1955 the present building of the college was inaugurated by the first prime minister of India Pt.Jawahar Lal Nehru on 12 November 1959.

The campus is situated in near Mhow cantonment and is 18 km from the Indore railway station on state highway 1 earlier national highway 3.

The campus is spread in over 263 acres of land. It has an college building academic block, administrative block, teaching veterinary complex. It also has a dairy farm and a poultry farm. The college offers both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in veterinary sciences and an diploma course in animal husbandry. Dr. U.K. Garg is currently the Dean of the college and Dr. Rakesh Sharda is the DDO.
