From Covenent consultant, chennai I had attended a telephonic interview in citec Engineering. They first selected me and asked me attended the direct interview and that too they said they may give even a permenant position. So, I had asked for the reimbursment atleast for oneway travel as I need to travel from Bangalore to Mumbai, after so many discussion, lady from covenant consultant accepted to provide one side flight ticket.
So, I had attended the interview on the scheduled date and immediately I got selected. But they had offered only on contract basis for 1 yr and I had accepted for that too, but they offered quite less then what I was drawing currently. before the interview, they said they may offer a good salary. But when I visited there, the HR said that the don't have a the expected budget. I could not understand, then why they need to call for the interview.
After that I had negotiated, but salary was not upto the expectation. Meanwhile both lady from covenant consultant and the company's HR put so much of pressure to accept for it and to join the company immediately. Called me again and again and literally toucher me. I said if the salary is upto the expectation, then I may join, else I not willing and as committed asked them to remit the reimbursement. I have shared the ticket details with them. Initially they said they will clear it and later on no response from them. When contacted the consultant, she replied and latter on she said they may clear after some days due to some internal auditing is in progress. After that no response from the company and from the consultant.
After few months again I had contacted, HR said some lame reason and said they will remit it. I had attended the interview in mid of OCT'19 and still I didnt get the reimbursement.
