Hii.. since 15 years I am using CBI Account...till now everything was good but un suddenly 1121 have been Deducted for the annual Charges of Rupay Debit card which is Domestic...and for the exact confirmation I contact 3 times to costumer care but they only talk about annual Charges...till now this much ammount was not debited for the annual Charges but this time the Company has deducted 1121 rupees from my Account..very Disappointed for this Deduction...


I Request CBI to Kindly Verify Clearly regarding this issue.

Always our of service, customer care service is also worst.


Whenever I tried to transfer money, after doing 2-3 transaction it shows you have crossed your transactions limit.

I have been customer to this bank since at least from last 7 years, always expecting that they will improve their quality on digital presence, as my home branch is very small rural branch customers initially are very less, even then service is in level 0, days passed but their traditional style never changed, now it is regarding digital net banking, try you will invite your patience to check its limits, today I tried at least 10 times to transfer 2 k to my other account but not succeeded because section expires for every 15 seconds, I tried with all browsers but could not do single transaction, this is not of one day but almost one month feedback, old website was somewhat better but new one is worst and does not work at all. if we go to branch and complain they say we don't know how to do net banking and they are able to do in their branch, they make you feel like a illiterate trying some funny things on internet . I missed my emergency requirement and has to loose my respect because of this bank in market

Central Bank of India is the worst bank. I applied for atm card in November 2021 and now in 2023 still haven't received it. When i went to the branch to talk about they told me "do not come to bank for ATM unless we call you". I needed the ATM card urgently. After all of this I opened a new bank account in SBI and received the ATM within 7 working days.

  • Digital banking: Please invest into your digital banking infrastructure. UPI doesn't work at all, since they always have internal server errors. The user interface is so damn frustrating. Seems like the backend engineers designed the user interface. Basic native controls like right click, copy/paste and anything like that doesn't work at all. It's a nightmare to find anything useful. There's a dozen passwords I need to remember. And guess what? Every time I forget one of these, and try to recover it, the app says "please visit the nearest branch". It infuriates me how many times the app tells me to visit the nearest branch. And their branches aren't any better. Poorly kept buildings with the cheapest ever customer service. Just hire a damn UI/UX engineer and pay .0000001% of your profits and your bank would be 100x better to use. I'm moving to HDFC bank. Done with this sht.




  • Payment Settlement: I've had 10 or so international wire transfers done to my bank account from the US, and almost 90% of the time, the transfers get rejected by the Central Bank. I'm not even informed of the cause, and only the sending party receives an absurd message, asking the recipient to contact the bank. And when I do, the service reps have no clue what transfer I'm talking about.




  • Debit Cards: The card packages take upwards of 3 months to deliver. And that too, to the branch. So I have to drive to the branch and get the package. The card isn't too good either. After waiting for 3 months for the card to arrive while I struggle every day counting cash at stores, I was delighted by the "Internal Server Error" when I tried to register for UPI using the card. The only other option was to register with Aadhaar card, and as expected, it showed an internal server error too.






Never ever making contact with this bank. Hope this organization gets dissolved by its incompetence.

Worst bank ever that i have seen so far in my life. Their banking services are very poor and even the app is really sick.. Doesn't work at all. I have been trying to login to their app by adding my account number and all they have to say is that "we couldn't proceed with your request. Please try again later." I am very unsatisfied with the services. Would never recommend.

Third class bank, third class staff. They don't have atequets how to deal with customer. They haras you, frustrate you and finally says open you ac in some private sector bank because they have enough customers.

New internet banking websites are the worst . Most of the time it won't load . It might take one page to load 5 minutes.Even if one page loads, next won't. The website is not able to handle the load of normal website. Due to this sometimes it takes an hour to make even one transaction . Please change it . it's not possible to run any business with this kind of website where you have to spend hours.

Chor bank hai yeh salary account walo ko lootte hai Sare aam. Inko badua lagegi sabki. Mat use karein, agar avoid kar sakte ho toh zaroor avoid kare. Salary account ka interest bhi kha jatey hai, mare huye salary bande ke bhi pasey kha jate hai, company k kehne par dale huye paise wapas le lete hai, chor hai ye, baki apki marzi, pata chal jayega bhai. Koi suvidha bhi nahi hai bus chor bazari tadap tadap ke marenge woh Sare.

That's my own experience central bank employees never take serious any customer problems infact I want to link my bank account then I give every document to cbi manager after one day they told me your account no. Was linked then I check it again an again is My net banking is opened or not but it show me error now ones I request again to cbi manager. He told again your account will not link now I mean seriously cbi customers service is wrost I even seen I never recommend you to open account in cbi bank

Central Bank is not suport the government guideline therefore the bank is not alrgibal for doing transaction of the government accounts. The ATM credit sarvise is is not provide by the bank therforeca the account holder has go to bank for credit the balnce in his account it is time consuming and ling process to parform. SMS service after Dibiting the cash is werst system are very slow SMS came after long time after widrol of the cash this bank is not as good as of the other bank in india.

As in i called central bank customer care for some details and at that moment they asked to confirm proprieter which is my mom and she was out of town and was not contactable, the girl on call i remember her name salvi, i asked to give just information about fine on one of my cancelled cheque, she rejected and didnt had any other solution, so i asked her to transfer call to senior, she rejected that too... Nor even i got any solution nor she transferred call, infact she disconnected the call...


Worst employees on call... 0/10 ratings.

Bad experience with central bank.


I have opened a saving account in central bank of india. In my area I don't like the services of this bank the employees in this banks are very lazy and they not even properly help the customers. They talk very rudely. If we call customer care non of them are response. The atm machine is always closed. Machine is not working properly.

I was making transactions Through the phone and my amount is 5753. MY PROBLEM AND CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE GIVING ME THE SAM PITCH SORRY THIS IS UPI PAYMENT ISSUES CANT HELP YOU AT ALL, I M NOW REALLY GETTING FRUSTRATED AND GOT SICK OFF WITH THIS ISSUES DID NOT GET MY REFUND YET AND HOW LONGER IT GOES WHETHER I GET OR NOT NO IDEA, KINDLY DO REFUND THE AMOUNT AS FAR AS POSSIBLE SIR/MAM. I TRIED TO HELPDESK BANK UNCOUNTABLE TIMES EVERYTIME HE SAYS CONTACT TO BRACH .
