I am a person who often commutes to Ranchi .

I had booked this hotel through the OYO Rooms and checked in at around 2 pm.

The staff was cordial and neat and well organised room was given to me.

I was satisfied with it. I took a glass of water and drank from the sealed Brisleri water and in the next hour I had finished the bottle. I called up the reception and said to give me two packaged water and they said its chargeable. I was fine with that.

The bottles came within the next 5 minutes . They were kept on the table. As I was thirsty I drank water from one bottle and noticed that the other bottle was not sealed. I thought that it was a mistake.

I called up the room service and they said that two packaged water was delivered. They were willing to accept it that t was their fault. I was not wrong. I wasn't expecting an apology but another bottle of packaged water as replacement.

I wasn't satisfied with their service and they should listen to their customers to improve their performance.
