Absolute big cheaters with well planned modus operandi targeting the tourists who visiting manali, Darjeeling, lonavala etc all over india!

It was incident took place at club house Manali I don't think this scam was occurred at famous tourist spot without police knowledge.they have looted all of my money around 2 lakhs amd threatened me when I asked for booking like " you can do whatever you want " . After few days they didn't available online and his phone numbers are switched off.I want justice and in this independent India fraudsters are happily looting innocent money and innocents are suffering more! I want my money back please help me to retrieve my money from these cheaters .

Absolutely fraud conpany with false office address, cheating people of India..If anyone want to be cheated thats the best company..as I'm..Dont ever think to take membership of this company..They are taking lakhs @ lakhs rupees but no services. Nobody can contact them after paying money also

The company is fraud, no booking no professionalism.

Theh only give you trial rooms.

After that they take your money and run away. No booking for hotel.

Abhishek Verma, Madhav Bharadwaj and Jyotsana all are fraud.

After getting the money no one responds on messages and no one picks up the call.

Email is fake and toll free number will never ring.

I am going legal on this guys.

Have all the personal details and aadhar card.

They are taking your money & enjoy there life....they did fraud with so many innocent people, main culprit Shubham saini hai jo bol rha hai ki company chor di hai or bewkoof bana rha hai jail me jayega wo uske sare evidence hai mere pass, o I have all the information about him...if they are not release amount then surely they will face strict action...

I saw a lot of reviews on this and now i am pretty sure that this company is totally fraud. I saw a same story from all members. Because they have a same concept to cheat customer.

For the story is same.

Gave scratch coupan, got selected, took a session, convinced us to take a membership with a promise (which was fake promise) that i can cancel my membership anytime and get a full refund. Also fake me like EMI will get generat only once i confirmed the membership. I took it..after few days my emi generated. I found its a fraud and i tried to contact them for cancelation but they denied. They said they will deduct 15k from my total amount. Also said that they will pay me through EMI. I agreed as well but thn no contact. I tried hard to sort it out without going any other legal way but then i realize the only way is legal. I filed a complain also... advocate try to send a notice to their address but its a fake address and notice get returned...not sure what will happen next but i will fight untill i get my money back.

Hello, we visited club house in Manali on 12th April 2023. Using the lucky scratch card gift concept, they took us to a room and made us take the five years membership in Canaves Holidays, at that time I searched for their website and referred reviews, It was available and felt genuine and took 5 years membership paying 75000(opting EMI option) from credit card. Contact persons were ABHISHEK VERMA and SATISH.

They mentioned no other charges will be applied on EMI, but GST+Interest was applied in the monthly EMI statement. I immediately called ABHISHEK VERMA regarding the same, he mentioned quarterly settlement will be done and GST+Interest will be reversed(I have call recording proofs), but this is totally fake.

They also mentioned we can cancel the membership at any time, and they will refund the money, but they are not ready to cancel and refund the money, its fake promise.

Somehow on my mails writing to them, they called me and said they will refund in 45days with deductions which was not mentioned earlier. Now I am trying to call them, they are not responding to the calls, messages.

Toll Free number 18002124706 is fake. If I write to there mail provided(info@canavaescontinentalresorts.com) most of the times its reverting from “Mail Delivey system”

Saying mail could not be delivered, means its fake. No response from them.

I got all the details of ABHISHEK VERMA, including aadhar card, pan card, home address, family details, images, etc. I am going to take action on them.

Took the membership in June 2023 from them. Took one complimentary services and had to downgrade the membership to 5 years. We are waiting for services now.

After all the discussion with this team this people are yet to return the money and are now behind bars this culprits should be punished.

Star grand vacation is the newcompany name of them. They are still doing the same kind of business. Will be creating a new link on star grand vacation and complaint on it too.

I have been cheated by this company at Manali on june2023.they convinced me to buy holiday package and will give best services.but after payment is done and after few days,their behaviour changes..stop receiving call..website and email I'd is also non functional.

So please don't take the package from this company .
