As my old washing machine became obsoleted so me and my mom decided to buy a new washing machine. I had searched a lot of washing machine and finally my search came to end by Bosch washing machine. The Bosch washing machine which I had bought is 7 kg fully automatic and is front loaded. I had purchased it online from Amazon and I had received it properly in four days. The washing machine is user friendly and it is easy for any lay man to use the features and functions of this automatic washing machine.

The durability is also there in this washing machine because it's a brand named Bosch and we can expect the durability from this brand. This machine is handy too. It is easy to move this machine from one place to another place.

The weight is not that much.the style and design of this washing machine is very good and attractive. The white and cream color combination looks great on this washing machine. The service and support of this brand is so good. The installation was done by one of the person from Bosch so they take care of the user of there product. So overall it's a great washing machine. I prefer you all to once try this washing machine because it's a great product.

This washing machine was good user friendly, good durability quality , handy quality also good and style & design also good of this washing machine but most important thing was service but service & support was not good of this washing machine.

HY every one today I want to share my true experience about this washing machine . I bought this 6 month ago stile it is in amazing condition and work proper . the quality of this product is very good and it is reliable and durable the customers service of Bosch is fantastic its maintenance is lesser then others washing machine it wash 7 kg of clothes. it is stylish and having modern look it attract me and all it new customers .

I am share some knowledge about this washing machine I am you this washing machine last 6 month but I am not more satisfied by this washing machine because it is not better was the cloth and it's surprisingly market is very high compared to other washing machine available in the market and I am not feel comfortable to handling this washing machine its design is also very complex and its looking is not more good so I am never again purchased this washing machine this company is not give return policy so its service is not more return and defective I think it is totally waste of money and time on this washing machine so thank you

One of the base bolt is missing and the machine gives electric shock calld the customer care but no response received as of now washing machine was purchased August 27th still not installation, Bosch customer care has no clue and every time they telling that they have escalated matter but no used still not a single call from Bosch team from installation and demo I don't know what friends not buy this Bosch front load washing machine it's very very unhappy and poor service very very unless service

This is our second washing machine .and we are very well satisfied with the product.

1. Its energy efficient . It has got the front loading system which is environmental friendly ( saving water ) as well.

2. It does not make a lot of noise with all the vibrations even when it ks spinning at a very high speed.

3. Easy operation. Even my grandma is quite happy with the ease of operation pf this product.

4. It has many different wash options for the different types of laundry we go through in our daily life.

5. Last but not the least , they gave a 10 year warranty on the product. This is the best feature.

Got a new machine, just after demo there was a problem in machine, from past 8 days the service guy is postponing to attend and rectify the problem, imagine for new machine if this is the  service then for a general service? If the service guys name is Divakar with the number+918073593214 from Bengaluru please I request don't opt for this guy, if I had a chance to select minus 5 stars for service I would select that.

Bosch Washing machine is not a good quality product , I purchased this for my house usage but its performance is not upto mark.

When I purchased this from the store they said that it is auto operatable machine which can adjust its water level , washing detergent requirements as per the weight of the cloths but it is nor right as we have to adjust it manually.

It is not a major problem for me , my major problem is its washing quality which is very poor. This machine is not able to clean the cloths properly, if it is normal then it is able to clean your cloths otherwise it is not able to claen accurately.

I am using a very expensive and good quality detergent but even then it is not able to claen my cloths properly.

As a machanical engenier my cloths are very difficult to clean so I purchased this machine but this machine aslo not able to perform his task.

Along with this problem , its other problem are it is not a user friendly as its electricity consumption is very high, its very difficult to operate it manually.

Its after services are not good as per my experience, you have to incured extra cost from yourown pocket.

Finally I will say that this product is very cheap as it is not able to provide me satisfaction of cleaning my cloths.

This product is not too user friendly .

There product's some body material is too good but other some body quality is not too good. My friend purchase this product or cleaner from market.

Their product pass is not available on market.

This product price rate is too high.

Bosch is a good quality banned company but this product is not too good . So I request you if you need a cleaner then go to other banned company.

The features were looking great and being a German Brand we thought it's worth spending money for Bosch. We were really happy with the performance. But a week back the machine stopped responding all of a sudden on a Saturday. The technician came on Monday suspected PCB failure due to voltage fluctuation. He said they have to order the PCB board and it will take a weeks time. Next Saturday, after constant follow-up we were informed that it will take another week to fix it, that means a total of two weeks of waiting time. With LG, we had faced issues twice. But they were really prompt in fixing/replacing the parts within a weeks time. When you have a 4 member family your clothes get piled up and it will be a big problem if you don't get prompt service if your machine is down. So no matter how good a brand is, please do check the after sale service.

-15/30 mins quick washing cycles are really handy

-Less Noise/Vibration

-1200rpm dryer really handy during monsoon

BOSCH 7 KG WAK24168IN FULLY automatic washing machine : - I wanna share my pershnol exprieance my aunty have this machine and my anty purchase this automatic machine from market and my aunty always says its good .but after few month its motor damage and its not work properly .its not easy to use beacuse its button is so lose and its dryer not power full and we are not wash linen and heavy cloth its motor is not good quality and its not wash cloths properly and its body is so stylish and modren and its not solid and its easy to clean at home by normally cleaning and its durability is not good its not made for long time and its fully waste of money and time .its service is not good and not service with proper solution and customer satisfaction. . Its washing machine is not good.

I am very much impressed with this product and I think this is the best best washing machine as per it's looks and it's price. I like it a lot. Works so afficiently.

Price is also very much affordable. I will recommend you this washing machine because I am using it and this has given me more than its price.

Friend this is not the time to think you are at right place go for it. And I am very much sure that you will get a positive response of this product.

Power consumption of this appliance is to good so don't worry about that.

I was very much happy and had excellent experience of my last used Washing Machine Whirlpool and it had worked nearly 15years without any troubles and at last it got failed and few parts were not available.

I purchased Bosch Washing 8KG WAS24460IN/03 during the July2013 in chennai Vasanth & CO T.Nagar for Rs.43,000/- including tax.  We used this machine nearly 3 and half years and it failed and there is no power indicator in the system when we switch on the power.

After checking with the Bosch service center, we came to know that they charge the circuit board failed and it cost around 14,000/- and handle got broken which cost around 3200/- and service charge 800/- so put together it is coming around 18,000/- which is almost equal to the new machine cost and it is digestible to spend this huge cost which is coming almost half of the machine cost and the quality of the machine is not so good for the indian environment conditions and moreover I alert the people not to buy this product since this is manufactured in china with lower cost and poor quality of the parts and it is cheated by the German Technologies used.

Even after the warranty is completed, they are not informed us to go the CMC/AMC of this machine, when I approached now they coolly telling that it is not possible to take the AMC/CMC if the warranty is already crossed product and it needs to be entered immediately after the warranty period.  This is what they make money and cheat the people which is really disguising and frustrating.

As I mentioned to ahead for the accepting of servicing this product for Rs.18,000/- and I gave the complained on 30th Jan 2017, till date they are telling the parts not reached and not visiting the site to complete the issue which is again annoying about this poor service and unprofessionalism of this company and it is not really good sign in promoting this product in India.

When I purchased this system hoping that it would work longer than my earlier used system which I am fully disappointed and I don't recommend this product to any of our colleagues due to major repair cost(half of the system cost within 3-4 years old) and I would prefer my next brand would be purchasing the Indian company product.  Jai Hind.  Be India and Buy India.

Easy to use , Slightly bulkier in size , stylish and clean wash of clothes.Have been using since two years so far no complaints. Yes , its a expensive machine but worth it. Awesome loving it ! So far had no issues with the machine.

Earlier I had an ifb machine , now choose bosch because they parted ways earlier ifb was manufactured in collabration with bosch I m told.

I bought the top end Bosch WAK24168IN Washing Machine(7Kg Font-loading). Almost 50 days ago, our Bosch washing machine power sensor switch having problem. We raised the issue promptly with Bosch Customer Service the very next days they given prompt service.

Easy to operate and tension free washing. Simply switch on the machine and collect almost 65% dried clothes when the buzzer sounds. No need to walk around the machine while washing, spinning and drying. No Sound or very less noise even at the full speed of 1200 rpm and very good wash quality.there is no vibration no machine.

I am Very Much happy with this Product. Thanks to Bosch.

Guys after receiving my washing machine I was so excited and really too much exticed to install it so that I can use it in my daily life.As we all know the quality and services of bosch,

Well I called bosch for installation purpose or demo you can say .They told me that its first time so they will not charge anything rest after if we suppose we change our house then we have to pay 800/- well after that I anyhow took appointment for getting technician at 1:30pm but the technician came at 5pm . And he commanded me to bring one plumber so that fitting process done properly . But during fitting my pipe size was totally different so he gave one pipe and charged me 300/- for that small pipe to connect only that all .

So, we can see that this installation/demo is actually worth of 800/- as per the company, but we can see that there is no installation service at all . Yes I agree to give installation charge to them whO come and fix AC because they do too much to install AC .This guy sold me that small pipe for connecting in 300/- only which I could find the same pipe in 50/- or 100/- only .

At last I would like to tell washing machine is really going good and working very very effectively but problem cames during servicing and some irrespective technician charges that all . There is no problem in this product you can buy this product no doubt.

Hey guys I want to share my views on this Bosch Washing machine. The company is well known and the product they launched is not worthy and very disappointed. The material in making the machine is also very poor and the functioning and the performance is very poor and quality is bad.I have purchased this washing machine for 22, 500Rs.I am not much satisfied with this and don't feel it as worth. I got the water capacity of 9 litres and front loading type machine. This is an electronic control type machine and the spin speed got to 1200RPM. The machine is very useful but the features disappointed me. The sound of this washing machine is high and not pleasure. The company must launch some of the best performing machines. The style of this machine is average and the design is good. I hope that the machine gives long time service though it was repaired once. I don't recommend this because better than this are available in the market. The other brands are nice and better to try others.

!DISMAYED WITH BOSCH, HARDLY WORKED 170 HOURS!

I had delightful and awesome experience my old IFB washing Machine which served over 12 years of trouble free service only issue was with belt that also due to wear and tear.

To replace this machine I contacted our nearest home appliances dealer M/S VENU’S DIGITAL ARCADE THRISSUR KERALA and as per advice from their sales person, bought this “German Engineered “Bosch front-loading Washing machine(5.5 KG - WAG14060N) on Aug 31st 2013.

We used this machine hardly once in a week with less than one hour program, so will be 4 times in a month and now for 3 years and 4 months approximately 160 times. Recently it had a problem to cut off in between the program cycle and we have to restart the machine to complete the cycle. However two days back while working, the machine stopped and completely dead in between and no power is coming to the machine. I.e.no indicator is glowing when we switch on the power.

I contacted my supplier M/S VENU’S DIGITAL ARCADE THRISSUR KERALA and after a while I received a call from BOSCH and asked about the condition of the machine and firstly they told for just visiting and checking the machine, they will charge me Rs. 800.00( Better to make it 1000.00, who'll question?) and if there is any serious issues, they will charge for spare parts and service charge extra. After hearing this I’s really dismayed since I paid a huge amount for this “claiming” German technology machine which worked hardly 160 to 170 hours. A low priced China machine may work better than this and why you people are cheating the Indian customers?

Now I checked with some of my friends and relatives who had purchased this “ German Technology “ device, and heard that they also faced such problems immediately after the warrant period and they told me that mostly once the technician inspected the machine will ask to replace the circuit panel that may cause perhaps half the price of this precious product.

I strongly believe that your products are not "Tested" for Indian conditions and they are dumping it here. I am very much disappointed and already conveyed this bitter experience to the dealer M/S VENU’S DIGITAL ARCADE THRISSUR KERALA and planning to put my experience with this “German Technology “device in the local newspapers for public awareness of the Indian subsidiaries of these firms taking Indian customers for a ride and not to be cheated again by sweet words and sparkling ads in the media. I am using bosch washing machine since 2 yrs.the speed perfect option is very useful which makes the waahing very fast.the power consumption is very less compared to ifb.i faced issue with tub but customer care service is very good and they fixed the issue in 24 hrs.overall the washing machine is worth its cost.

The Washing Machine is working great with less noise  and Vibrations as compared to IFB. Consuming less power and water. It takes 45 lits per wash.

It is cleaning clothe very nice.

About Machine RPM

It has 800 RPM.  There are more models with Higher RPM 1000-1200rpm. But there is no special use. It is a market stunt. RPM speed is used to spinning the wash tub after wash.

I have researched about all washing machines for six months about brands and rpm(speed -revolutions per minute)

If  the machine with 800 rpm after spinning it takes 50 mins to dry in sun light.

If  the machine with 1000/1200 rpm after spinning it takes 35-40 mins to dry in sun light. For this we have to pay rs.5000 to rs.10000.

so go for 800 rpm washing machine and save your valuable money.

About Capacity:

About 6 Kg capacity washing machine is more than enough for 4-5 member family. we can wash 6 pairs

No need of trolley.

Cons:

2 year warranty for Ifb it is 4 years  but price is 3, 500 extra

For extendable 2 warranty we have pay rs.4000  should pay with in 20 days of purchasing.

After warranty service charge for technician is rs.800-rs.900(spare parts charge extra)

installation is little late. Bosch took 7 days to install.

I strongly recommend this product. without any thought you can buy it and take extended 2 year warranty within 20 days of purchase.
