Bosch WAB16060IN 6 kg Fully-Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine

Bosch washing machine complain:

Bosch technician Mr Faisal Ahmedabad Branch attended my bosch washing maching for abnormal noise but was not able to detect it.

On second complain raised for service another Bosch technician confirmed jumpers damage as explained by local service technician and video eveidance provided for abnormal running of washing machine

Bosch service office Ahmedabad has ordered parts to replace, but it more than 2 weeks he is unable to procure from Bosch inventory problem realms unresolved for 2 months now.

1st complain raised - 17th dec 23

2nd complain raised- 12 Jan 24

After repeated calling and escalation via Bosch customer service still they are unable to say when part “Jumper ” will be manufactured and delivered.

Kindly manufacture required parts and keep follow up on my service case raised by registered by number 800740xxxx/926514xxxx

Incompetent and unprofessional behavior from Bosch Service Ahmedabad India is very disappointing.

Bosch washing machine is not at all a buyable product as it has warranty of 5 years and it has to get spoiled in that period plus it gets rusted from down totally and if any repair work comes up they charge you Rs800 just to check whats wrong with the machine

Plus additional for the part or anything else fails and needs to be replaced

Hello everyone. I brought this product a year ago. The Washing machine is quite good in earlier days in New. But after using it day by day. It losing its efficiency.

The washing machine switches are made in plastic with low quality. It breaks after using again and again.

It does not have facility to wash blankets. So it's not a user friendly product.

Due to low quality its not a durable product. Customer service is good but they take much time to repair it.

Its design is okay. Not any special design just like normal old models.

Hi friends, Today I share my experience about Boach WAB16O6OIN 6 Kg Loading Washing machine. I buy this washing machine after few days its makes problem like it is not working properly and wash quality is very poor. All the control nov are plastic made and very difficult to operate. It's very difficult to use so I can say that it's not user friendly product. It has no facility like jeans, blanket etc washing it self spin water level. It's not handy. It's also not durable product. I don't like the design of this product. It's doesn't look slim and attractive. It's style also old model. Their customer service is not good. They attend the service call minimum 2 days.

On online shopping sites like Amazon, Flipkart etc there is misleading information that this machine works on 0.3 bar water pressure. FYI 0.3 bar means 9.8 ft distance between base of water tank and water inlet for machine. But according to the dealers and Bosch service engineers this machine works only if the distance is at the least 18 ft or 0.6 bar, A big company like BOSCH is being unethical and irresponsible. To add to that not only this model a few other models have the same problem

I had requested for engineer visit for service of washing machine as it has some problems, But even after 10 days and multiple follow ups they did not make arrangement to visit. Not serious for the services providing to the customer. Will not purchase Bosch product in future. Not suggest anybody to purchase it.

Realy best stain removal score of any top loader we've testedso far.it also looks high-end and can hold twice as many clothes as your standard washer the goooooooooood matching washer and dryer pairs are a widely solde choice although some don't make a great couple their coordinatring style makes a statemnt but youll question how a terrific washer and a noisy dreyr thats tough on clothes ended up together

I have been personally using this machine since last five months and is fully satisfied with the quality and functions offered by the machine. Washing machine is rated 4 star for electricity consumption hence goes quite easy with your pocket. Service and demo from company's technician will be provided within one to two days after delivery. New users to fully-automatic machine might found it difficult to operate it for first few times but will learn with time.

I will personally suggest this product if you are willing to go for a fully automatic washing machine with not much load on your pockets.

Last 5 Months back I purchase this Bosch WAB16060IN Washing Machine from a Bosch dealer in Delhi it was one of the worst purchase in my life.This washing machine has disappointed me very much. I had found some problems regarding the product. there are:

1. Product have difficulty in its handling, so product is average in terms of user friendly

   
   




2. The machine is durable upto a certain limit.

   
   




3. The machine style and design is ok I mean its average, it's doesn't look slim and attractive. And no proper belt and the drum system to make whiten clothes.

Few months back we have purchased this washing machine from a bosch dealer in delhi it was one of the worst purchase of my life. this washing machine has disappointed me very much . in starting machine was working fine but after some days it has started giving me trouble,

the washing machine seems to be made of very low quality material because just after few days of purchase the color of machine has started fading away. even whenever I switch on the machine it gives electronic shocks I was very much disappointed with this. I also have raised this issue to company but they have failed to resolve my issue even my machine is under warranty. now whenever I call the company they just reject my call. so in my experience the service &support of company is very poor. they have disappointed me very much with their service & support. even the style & design of machine is very common there is nothing extraordinary in the machine. style wise machine has nothing different from others even it is made of very poor quality so it is not suitable for rough and tough use as well.

the another drawback of this washing machine is that it weighs a lot as compared to other washing machines in the market. even this machine is not so handy you cannot fix the machine at your desired place as well as it is not that space friendly as like other machines in market.

overall I am very much disappointed by this washing machine as per my experience this machine is not durable for long term use it seems that this machine do not have good value for money. at last I would not recommend this washing machine to anyone please go for any other washing machine in the market because as per my experience this washing machine is not so user friendly.

I have used this washing machine, its style and design is okay and looks good but the machine is not user friendly, difficult to operate and understand how it works, I called service and support for help but they didn't gave any response, very poor servicing and support . It is not handy also. The durability of the washing machine is very poor, it got damaged within the 2nd month of using it. It is not a reliable machine.

I had bought Bosch WAB16060IN 6 Kg Washing Machine 2 month ago from local dealer.

I had found some problem regarding the product.

Product have difficulty in its handeling, so product is average in terms of user-friendly.

The product is durable upto a certain limit.

We have have bosch WAB16060IN washing machine in a house for nearly 6 months and still its working pretty well. It washes the clothes perfectly but not hard so the texture and softness of the clothes well maintained. And another thing about this is uses less energy so it doesn't increase your electric bill that much which is a very good thing and in this six month period we haven't face any problem with it

And another good thing about Bosch is there service they have a really good service centre who will pick up your call at the moment you called

So nice looking for a washing machine. You must check out Bosch in your nearest Store

Today l am going to share with you about my personal experience with the Bosch WAB16060lN 6 kg front load washing machine.

I had bought this machine one years ago. Since l brought onwards thete are many problems with it. The service and support rendered by them are not proper and they won't respond properly to your calls also. It was not the user-friendly machine as it gives a disturbance mood while washing the clothes. This machine does not clean yourbclothes very neatlyvsometimes dirty remains in the same way. The drum system is not good as it creates many noises and the style, design of the washing machine is ok but no proper belt and the drum system to make whiten your clothes.

So friend never goes for it instead try the LG brands washing machine which does your work perfectly and neatly.

I am using Bosch washing machine from last 3 years, it's an engineering masterpiece with unquestionable performance.but there is a grey aspect also.My frank opinion is Bosch is overcharging in service.Last week I registered a complaint that we are getting electric shock from machine. Although I was in dilemma about the source of this leakage current coz generally due to lack of proper grounding in domestic power lines it is generated, yet keeping safety in mind I looked towards Bosch service.their representative reached at my home within 2 hours of registering the complaint.Everything was OK till now.The twist in tale came when he asked for Rs 800 for a service in which he hasn't even touched the machine. He came and inserted a screwdriver cum tester in power socket and told us that the problem is with grounding of domestic power supply . this was a little bit surprising for me as I am using a lot of home appliances from LG also and a couple of times availed paid service from them also but they are not in this business of fooling customers by such dirty tactics. I accept that INR has depreciated a lot but just for a visit charging INR 800 is too much.

Hi guys, We have purchased this bosch washing machine in local store. Quality is very good and very big one. Clothes are washed within the time and it is fully automatic so that saves a time a lot. This one initially my friends are not suggested they are suggested me to go for samsung and lg but why am tried this one na I heard many times bosch is good company and I want to try differently from others. That is why I have chosen.

Positive points -

1. user friendly and technician will come to your place and explain each and every option.

   
   




2. it comes with 5 years warranty so dont worry about that.

   
   




3. This is a bigger size so easy to finish all clothes at a time.

This washing machine goes bad within a year the major problem is the service of Bosch company. After using the machine for 11months one day it suddenly stopped working and I had to call customer service.it has not been less than a year since I had purchased this machine.it was under warranty, but to my surprise the technician came and said that the plug of the machine is damaged and it is not covered under warranty, as no plastic/rubber parts are covered under warranty.first of all it was not a damage to plastic/rubber part, instead it was an electric malfunction which damaged the plug.I am not surehow is it not supposed to be covered under warranty.and to replace the plug the technician demanded for 1000rs, which according to me is way higher than any technician would charge to replace a three pin plug.and to add that the technician doesn't seem to have required tools for service and would need another 5 days to come back and do the work.thus after 10 days still there was no signs of any technician.now the machine is standing idle at my home which is of no use.hence this is an least experience I would ever expect from a brand like Bosch which is an leading in tools/appliances in the world market.therefore I had a very bad experience with Bosch.

I have been using this washing machine since 2 years and am going to give a detailed review about the product. With a model load of clothes the machine takes less amount of detergent and the results are really good. Electric city consumption is also not that high. The design of the product is very good and it takes very less space in the washroom. The customer care of Bosch is very good and they respond very quickly. The product is of nice quality.

After using 10 months I am writing this review. I am very much satisfied with the Bosch front load washing machine Bosch WAB16060IN

Capacity: 6kg

RPM:800 rpm

Water consumption: 45 lts

Hot water: from 30, 40, 60, 90

Pre-wash: For Heavily soiled cloths/bedsheets

Wash quality of the Front Load is great as compared to Top load.

Ease of use: it is very easy to use for layman also.

Some people says there is no led display. Dont waste your extra money( rs.5000-6000) for led display.

You may observe while using.

The Washing Machine is working great with less noise and Vibrations as compared to IFB. Consuming less power and water. It takes 45 lits per wash.

Pros:

Best price I got this on Amazon for rs.19500

It is cleaning clothe very nice.

About Machine RPM

It has 800 RPM. There are more models with Higher RPM 1000-1200rpm. But there is no special use. It is a market stunt. RPM speed is used to spinning the wash tub after wash.

I have researched about all washing machines for six months about brands and rpm(speed -revolutions per minute)

If the machine with 800 rpm after spinning it takes 50 mins to dry in sun light.

If the machine with 1000/1200 rpm after spinning it takes 35-40 mins to dry in sun light. For this we have to pay rs.5000 to rs.10000.

so go for 800 rpm washing machine and save your valuable money.

About Capacity:

About 6 Kg capacity washing machine is more than enough for 4-5 member family. we can wash 6 pairs

No need of trolley.

Cons:

2 year warranty for Ifb it is 4 years but price is 3, 500 extra

For extendable 2 warranty we have pay rs.4000 should pay with in 20 days of purchasing.

After warranty service charge for technician is rs.800-rs.900(spare parts charge extra)

installation is little late. Bosch took 7 days to install.

I strongly recommend this product. without any thought you can buy it and take extended 2 year warranty within 20 days of purchase.
