Bosch 7kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine WAK20163IN

The machine purchased on Dec 2016 . During my initial days of first two years was okay. The installation guy was arrogant, which we can ignore.

Then it gave Error17 message which was absolutely due to insufficient water getting into the inlet pipe. I got a booster pump installed before the inlet pipe costing around Rs 4200 to supply more water from the jet motor automatically. The service costs Rs 700 per visit just for inspection calls also.

Then after four years of usage during 2021 the drum was to be changed due to noise problem with shock absorbers. This was done at Rs 12, 500 or so. I had a tough time with the machine and the service after sales was done by a local authorized rep who was appointed by Bosch, but found him also bad.

Now again during 2024 the noise problem started while spinning in the end of wash . Again the Shock absorbers were changed . It hardly solved my problem . While I think of exchanging it for a better model, I cant help, I have to spend some more money to arrest this issue.

I am in love with Bosh, the way it does your work is just mind-blowing, noiseless, my bathroom's door is narrow so I had yo keep it in a room with attached bathroom, so here we had to adjust, but it's fine.And the best part it there is not much mechanism to understand, just one knob which rotates as per your choice and a power on button that's it.So it's perfect for someone like me who is not technically advanced, ??

You just have to throw the clothes in it shut the door, switch on and forget, noiseless, no vibration, goes unnoticed.

And I found at a much cheaper rate than the market, same model offline cost 34k and I bought it at 28k.
