Very expensive given the services. First they will share a different cheaper price list over phone but after reaching the place they will charge you way higher. They didn't discuss with me prior to the hair cut. The senior hair stylist couldn't recognise the difference in Bob cut and blunt cut .

Kormangala bodycraft. After 10 years finally yanked myself out of this horrible place. Dirty toilets, less staff and always trying to peddle their pre pay packages ....none of the staff stay for long and overall it's a disgusting and ansgushing experience securing appointments and getting things to happen as scheduled..they are only good for female nails nothing else ..
I visited Bodycraft in HSR Layout Bangalore for my wife's hair trimming. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to completely ruin your hair because of poor quality service and untrained staff. This is a summary of our experience:
The so called senior stylist was completely arrogant and kept ignoring her requirements of hair length and doing it his own way. The end result was pathetic which was not even straight or even. Any unskilled person with scissors could have done a better job than this.
The reception staff was completely clueless. There was no manager at the centre to address our concerns. All they did was try to make us not pay so that they can completely deny this happened later. They only seemed to be interested in giving 20% off for positive reviews or convincing unhappy customers to NOT pay so that they don't write negative reviews. There was not one person who was empathetic and trying to question the stylist or fix the situation.
The stylist was hiding for a long time and when we finally questioned his shoddy work, he said arrogantly that I did my best. His best work took another stylist an hour to fix and make it decent by reducing hair length way below expectations. There was no centre manager or centre owner or anyone around to question this arrrogant behaviour or basic lack of skills on the stylist.
If you want to LOOK YOUR BEST and avoid people who tried thier best, just LOOK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The pressure with which the massage was performed at this spa for both hands and legs was not up to the mark. It was not that relaxing overall.
