I placed my first order. They said for the first order cost more than 299 a free coke tin is available. But I didn't receive coke tin. I asked customer service, they said, the item is not showing I cont do anything. I rease this issue twice .But free coke is default for all customers for the 1st order. They are doing fraud.

I had ordered dragon fruit and other items. They have sent me such a small dragon fruit that there's literally little to no fruit within. I requested them twice over chat to take it back and return my money and only their robot answers with the same questions everytime. This is upright cheating and loot. I ve paid 99bucks for nothng!
I had ordered for a ceiling fan and made the payment upfront. Upon delivery it was noticed that blades are missing and when I requested them for refund they denied stating that I am only entitled to promo code whereby I could buy other things against that amount which has been credited to promo wall and adjusted for.
I categorically said that I don't need anything and wanted only refund.
The lady with whom I was chatting told that refund is not possible and that I had no option but to buy things against that promo code.
Once again I contacted them and this time another lady told me that refund was possible and told me to look in the app itself.
I would request all via this review that it would be best if unitedly we all stopped purchasing from such fraudulent companies who make you purchase things you don't need and refuse to refund your hard earned money.
This is a classic example of fraud. They don't have any contact number, any office address or anybody to talk to. The only option is through chat and it makes it easy for them to dictate terms for rightful claims.
Atrocious and shameful.

Blinkit is pathetic. They do not refund money and there is no support people to talk to.
Also they cut money and do not give order at times
I had ordered 2 toys from blinkit and the quality of the toys was as pathetic as their customer service. Delivery guy took both toys back but provided refund only for 1. and no reply from then on email since then also no customer care to talk to. only virtual assistant. They are running away from all sides to avoid customer service.
I have installed the app for the first time and saw free delivery when I ordered the cost was correct and then after ordering to my surprise they reduced the order and put everything under delivery and other charges adjusted with the amount under many brackets... such a cheating company never saw in my whole life.. please beware of such fraud apps and go with genuine apps only .. NEVER GO WITH BLINKIT.. YOU WILL BE C
Today on 16th Birthday of Zomato, I subscribed to its offer of membership of Zomato Gold at Rs. 30.00 for six months. With this offer, I was also offered membership of Blinkit. I ordered eight packets of Mother Dairy Chaach Tadka with wihich I was offered a Free Diet Coke. My order arrived without the free gift. When I raised a querry, I was told that one has to manually add the free gift to the cart. This is not acceptable as once I have selected the offer of free gift, there was no need for me to add the free gift to the shopping cart. This amount to deficiency in service and I forewarn all the customers of blinkit to be very careful in dealing with such unscrupoulous companies.
Without prejudice to anything said herein above, I reserve the right to approach all the regulatory bodies to see to it that such unethical practices are stopped and such companies wound up as they are blatantly cheating the public.
Supplying very near expiry/almost expired products. Today(25 July 2024) I ordered bonn subz, expiry date(26 July 2024). This is happening for the third time. Additionally There are fruits/vegetables weight related issues.....they usually deliver fruits/vegetables less in weight as compared to mentioned. Inspite of the fact that blinkits fruits & vegetables are 30-40% costlier than market. Compliance redressal system, I would say is fraud. Just an eye wash ..... Worst culture.....there focus is just to make money without considering customers.
I had ordered a few items on blinkit. The delivery boy delivered the items somewhere else. Luckily I happened to check my phone app and it says delivered. Called the delivery boy and checked with him and he mentioned delivered. Later he realised that he had delivered to the wrong. Products which blinkit boasts of delivering in 8 mins. was delivered after 45 mins and that too the delivery boy was busy delivering other orders. I hope blinkit shares the conctact no. with the delivery person in case the delivery person has difficulty in locating the location. Suffice to say it was a bad experience and I am not going to order on blinkit.It was a disappointing experience.
Very late delivery than the given time. No proper refund procedure. I didn't receive my amount back. No proper customer care services. Very rude in behavior. Worst experience, I will never recommend this to anybody. Customer care people talk very rudely.
Hi my name is Govind thapa from Lucknow my order no is ORD947063424 and I order it from blinkit at the time of delivery freebie item was missing so I went to chat support Tanuja a chat support girl told me freebee item was not added due to tech issue so request her to delivered it but I was told freebie item will not delivered for free bie item you need to reorder the item what kind of Fraud they are doing it pathetic service they are running a fraud scam I make sure not my friends and family ever buy from blinkit.
The ice cream was in liquid state and completely melted....After keeping it in the freezer also the ice cream was completely melted...This is disgusting...worst experience...
Pathetic customer support never found support after sales. Customer service is useless for customers.better to buy from open market even Prince is too high than market.
I was buying things from blinkit since long, but it was shocking when a delivery person misbehaved and I registered the complaint with the blinkit, they assured that this will not happen again but after few days same person does the same thing, I again registered a complaint but nothing has been done till date. I have stopped buying from blinkit and ordering things from different company.
I had ordered and paid for 2 kg tide detergent powder but received only one kg. In spite of so many calls and complaints, they didn't send my balance quantity. They only said why you opened this and cheated me. Never buy from them.

Today i have ordered items about Rs 946 rupees and it has been payed to company and deducted from my account but it not showing in runner mobile he contacted customer service..They are very unprofessional women there is no humanity in her stating that we didn't received money and we can't deliver the order... Nearly 1000 above order I have placed and payed promptly.. about 30 min I have waited for my order.. very reducilous now days..
It is happening repeatedly that blinkit has send stale products, and there is no return or refund policy. I dont think they are even checking customers’ reviews…so money minded app..really poor service!
Some Product charge is higher then other sites and the delivery charge is also very high and then if the payment mode is cod delivery persons never return the chillar paise.
Even if you ask support team about wrong they will still dont respond or give u wrong item. I ordered again and thenn they again delivered wrong
