We came here early today so that we can avoid rush in the mall, but here the policy is not at all customer friendly rather @big bazar nehru nagar believes in customer exploitation! The reason being the no of counters here is 10 but you might be surprised that on weekend i.e on sunday the no of working counters is only 2! The customer service provider is highly lethargic beyond expectations and does not even have basic values! Rather visit other stores.

It was un expected place to visit, I like few things like their collection of apperel . thought you will not get the feeling of pantaloons

Has maintained quality of veggies for ex lettuce these days aren't available big bazar stores, even where available they are either only one or two only in stock

Although variety is good, thier shelving strategy is somewhat confusing and ridiculous. Moreover, I have watched people take fruit out of containers and put them in a fixed price container and check out without consequences. The staff does not seem to care. Every time I go I see people standing around free, and only one billing counter open, regardless of the crowd. When you try to complain the account manager won't even look you in the eye and gives shitty excuses like "two are open" although I just watched the second counter open in front of my eyes. The behaviour toward consumers is absolutely despicable. And I'm through with giving them my business.

Big bazzar,

It is a very good place if you want to shoping fresh fruits, vegitables and clothes accessories for home as well.

At very reasonable price you will get the stuff and you will get offers as well time to time.

So it's a very good price. I usually go big bazaar for shopping home stufs fruits and vegitables.

So according to me you all should visit once if

I got big bazaar coupon of Rs 150 off on Rs 1000 on my registered no - 8987622172.which was valid for 02.06.18 & 03.06.18. I did the marketing but at payment time coupon code was not working.the big bazaar person said.talk to customer care but the line was busy.so I paid the full amount without any discount. the big bazar personnel said that big bazzar will return the Rs 150 discount after ward what I should I do.

Big bazar is a great mall to shop. Infrastructure of big bazar is very attractive . It is located in more than 200 cities.

Fun places are also here for kids. We can visit here to watch movies in a very comfortable hall.

Very bad experience, rude behaviour towards customer. Staff should go through training on customer relations. Management for payment system pathetic long queue. And staff oversmart. Not a single incident but many incident happened where customer r treated very baldy learn to respect customer.

By this time you all know that SBI FBB style up card gives 10% discount for any fashion purchases within Big Bazaar(clothes, shoes, bags, home furnishings etc.). This is a very useful card because the discount of 10% is instant.

The only problem is that the cashier has to choose an option called FBB before swiping your card. Otherwise, it will be taken as normal card and discount won't be applied.

Yesterday I went to the big bazaar(Marthahalli, Kundanahalli gate, Newly opened Big Bazaar) to purchase some clothes but the cashier didn't apply that option. So I didn't get the discount. When I went to customer desk, they redirected me to complain this to SBI helpline.

This is WRONG. The cashier didn't do his job. and credit note procedure in Big Bazaar is a big pain and so they will avoid it at the most. Refund of cash in Big Bazaar is almost impossible.

so the best option is to be Diligent.

MORAL OF THE STORY:

When you go to the Big Bazaar and use FBB style up card, INSIST the person to choose the FBB option and ensure he makes it. 10% discount, that too instant and that too in clothes is not a small amount.

I went with big bazaar voucher looking for very good shirt which will be usefull for my office use .I found lots of variety and prices were reasonable .collections were very good even I took some pants .people can find all day to day life product at one single store.one who are busy prefer to go big bazaar and take necessary things

Until I was not a big Bazaar member, the service was good. So I decided to get membership account for additional benefits. They charged me INR 5000 for membership card for one year. In return they give INR 400 off on bill ONCE A MONTH. Also they gave me bunch of coupons on random products which are never in stock. In short no additional benefits for members, which is really terrible. They are misleading consumers here so I highly discourage you to become a big bazaar member anywhere in India

Big Bazaar is known for its market in hyderabad. The newly opened branch in uppal is huge in area wise woth escalator and all but doesnt met customer expectations when it comes to maintenance.One of the major concern is when the customer picks all the products and reaches to the counter, we have enough counters to maintain the queue but staff will not be available. We need to wait for hours for billing which is hecktique.Some times , they will not accept cards or their swiping machine will not work. If they call for any huge mela or offer, they need to check basic elements like parking, billing counters, swiping machines, enough staff.I suffered a lot for billing and other factors especially on maintenance.

Hello friends. I think am the first person going to write about Big Bazar at kasaragod. It's really very good shopping mall with all facilities. It has a big compound of parking and constructed 5 levels. There are number of dress shops, super market, food court, etc.it's situated at the town center. Although it's a very best family shopping complex.

Yesterday I visited big nazar in Nagpur. I share my review about this. This is best shoping centre. In this big bazar they sell products in less price.

Vegetables: In big bazar they always sell fresh vegetables. With discount rate.

Staff : Staff is very nice and they trats customers with nice service and also solves thier problems greatfully.

Facilities : In this bigbazar very good facilities to customer. Its have two lifts in the mall. In this also air conditioners.

Electronics : In the big bazar they also sell good quality electronics items.

Garments : In this mall always available latest fashion's clothes.

Its also avilable our daily require things at reasonable rate.

I have to share my experience about the Big Bazaar its so superb market in Chennai. It at Velachery is situated in the Phoenix mall.

A large store having so many items on display for sale. It is placed in the lower ground floor which makes the buyers easy to carry their items to the parking easily.

Phoenix mall comprises many shops but the attraction of this stall is Big Bazaar. Inside of the shop there is a small food bazaar to relieve our hunger while shopping.

Customer service is so good but one will get annoyed while standing in the queue for billing. Since the shop is so big but meager billing counters are there cater to the need of customer.

Since it is situated inside the mall there is no problem for parking. The mall has got huge parking facility.

It offers variety of discounts. There is a super value for money. Big Bazaar offers several discounts and combo packs. Also one can hear the discounts and offers over a Public Address System which changes from time to time.

The perfect place for shopping on monthly provisions, clothing and all other items.

Recently I went to Hyderabad big bazaar believing that the stocks must be fresh , qualitative and more quality stocks may be present in a reasonable price. To my shock I saw that all the stocks were old and there was no quality maintainable. The vegetable are all of poor quality further the stocks were not sufficiently available. And when we complain about this the manager didnt gave any reply . For example the mosquitoes hit stray was not present from the last ten days. And other cereal were old and the quality was not well maintained

You find almost every product here and different variety. the shop is always crowed becouse most of people come here just to buy groceries and consumables. price are all nominal too. The products are not arranged in a regular manner. its very different to find particular product. it just like finding a pin in sea! At big bazzar u can almost all product at on place starting from dress, consumables, house holds, electronic, toys, to kitchen iten and so no. only some products like cars, bike and phone are sold here. The big bazzer staff are useless and rude too. they dont provide and help. they only keep doing arrangement work all the day! Food and presentation: the food presentation of items in the big bazaar are neat and cute. at big bazaar u can easily fine all product place starting dress, house hold, electronic, toys to kitchen etc. I hope to all go for big bazaar to purchase products with basic price.

One of the biggest hyper market in Chennai. This shop is located in one of the biggest mall in Chennai named Phoneix mall.

The main attractive thing is it is located in that mall.

At Big Bazaar we can find almost all the products starting from Dresses, households, consumables, electronics, toys, grocery items, etc. They have a great parking place for both 2 and 4 wheelers.

The arrangements of the items are very and looking gentle.

The aisles are also broad and lengthy. It manages the crowd especially during the WEDNESDAY BAZAAR. This shop is popularly known for Wednesday bazaar. Because we get items at a cheaper rate when compared outside.

All the items for a family can be purchased under one roof. The main advantage is TIME SAVING. And the other one is Money Saving.

The ambience is really kept good and neat. We will definitely get a satisfied customer service because they trust more on customer's satisfaction.

It is surely a shop for value for money because we do get purchase coupons when we regularly purchase there.

Each and every item consist of offer price whuch is very much affordable to everyone.

The price of fruits and vegetables is comparatively very low with our local markets.

I wish everyone to visit the shop once, definitely you will purchase there regularly.

Big Bazaar, no doubt is a money saver! I have personally saved quite a lot because of mass purchase from this shop.

But of late, more specifically AFTER they introduced this concept of "installment Cashback", things have started to worsen.

Height of it is now, I guess, Buy for Rs.2000 and get Rs.2000 back.

I was about to apply for this but I noticed the fineprint just before pre-booking.

Yes, you will get Rs.2000 back, but you would need to spend MORE and MORE to get that back.

this Rs.2000 cash back is split into TWO Rs.1000s.

first Rs.1000 is split into 4 months of Rs.250 each. To avail each of this monthly Rs.250 you have to spend Rs.600 minimum THAT TOO only apparels, THAT TOO only selected apparels & shoes. Needless to say all those applicable apparels would be JUNK.

the second Rs.1000 is not your choice. It is a grocery kit. You cannot exchange it. It may contain things that may not needed for you, but still you will have to buy.

Over and above all these, Parking charges, infamous queue.etc.etc.

I guess they have taken this CASHBACK system to the extreme.
