It seems it's a fake company with website only. One of my known relative purchased an amaron battery from them. The invoice was generated by battery Bhai but finally delivery was done by some third party with different bill. Also the battery got defective in less than 2 years and is not replaced either by Amaron not by Battery Bhai. It was noticed that the battery supplied was not as per recommended car battery ratings. Even after lot of pursuation, nothing has happened. Also their representatives are very rude and does not know how to talk to customers. I strongly feel that the battery supplied was recycled battery sold as new.That's why they are tossing the coins here and thete.In order to avoid any harassment to you and your known's, I strongly recommend to discard Battery Bhai and don't purchase any battery from them.

Very poor experience, waited for 15 days and no response from vendor who is been promising to deliver. Customer care never followed up or checked even after calling multiple times

BatteryBhai is trustworthy and quick delivery service. Prices of batteries are affordable and I recommend it to for all. Really it's best online portals for car batteries, technician are knowledable and kind. They came with proper tolls and equipment with them for battery installation.

I have ordered one Amaron 150 Ah Battery model number is AAM-TT-CR00150TT at Gurgaon. I have really experienced a poor installation servuce here. The battery was supposed to be installed yesterday on 22nd Sept. 2018 but no body had contacted me. Later I have contacted on the given numbers thrice and finally they have shared number of Mr. . on calling him I realized he is doing a favor in short arrogant and least bothered about the order. Promised that the battery will be installed on Sunday 11:30 but as I mentioned least bothered. Customer care representative told me that he will open his shop and the same will be installed at 2:00 PM. This is pathetic & poor service . I have cancelled the ordered.

Hi, I live in New Delhi, recently my car battery gave up and since I do most of my shopping online I searched for car battery service online and found BatteryBhai. I checked the prices on their website and since I had no idea of battery prices, I decided to call some battery dealers just to check the prices. I got some dealers contact from Justdial and to my amazement all of them quoted higher prices than BatteryBhai.

I placed the order with Cash on Delivery as it was my first order. I got a call from their delivery in 15 minutes and the battery was replaced in just 2 hours. Got the warranty card and bill also.

Very good service, I would give them 10/10.

I had ordered car battery from BatteryBhai for my Ritz.

First of all the installation was not done proper, the connection came out from the battery and was stranded in a signal.

After calling the dealer who delivered and the BatteryBhai customer care many times none revisited and fixed it.

Overall it is waste of time to buy from these guys.

And their advertisement of 6 month free road side assistance is just lie
