Bassein Bakers, Vasai, Palghar

This is a new bakery in vasai gaon started by a friend of a friend. This bakery is going strong by word of mouth publicity.

The owner let's you in his bakery and shows the entire process to you. It is very hygienic. I was mighty impressed when he showed me that the chocolate that he tempers happens in an AC room to have that perfect texture. Also unlike other bakeries who use duplicate Ferraro Rocher, this guy uses the actual one. Every thing is fresh and delicately made. His wedding cakes are the one to die for.

So beautifully crafted. It's just superb. The owner is very humble and very down to earth. I had ordered Chocolate Mousse cake and it was bliss.

I got to know of this awesome place through Facebook and am in love with it ever since. You can even order on the phone or online if you find the place to be far off from your residence.

I ordered the Chocolate Mousse Cake for my brother and fathers Birthday (they share the same birth date) and it was love at first sight. Just the look of the cake made us feel sad to cut it or to spoil it and when we tasted it...it was like heaven in our mouths.

Super delicious and yummy cakes. Ever since that day, there has been no looking back. I have ordered cakes from my friends birthdays as well as my relatives birthdays.
