I had ordered combo pack of baby chakra shampoo and lip balm duo. I have received only the shampoo and no lip balm. I had contacted baby chakra customer support but didn't receive any help. I am very dissapointed at my purchase. I want a refund.

I ordered buy one get one free lip balm of rs 100 for me... And for that I have already paid 100 rs. It has been 6 months now... I didn't get product and no refund... Highly unsatisfied..
I have been working at BabyChakra for a year and there is hardly any work-life balance here and the pay is on the 5th of every month.

I have been working a BabyChakra for 2 years and the growth is pretty slow here and the leadership is a concern here.
The incentive is very less at BabyChakra and the salary is also below industry standards. I worked here for 2 years and I love that they appreciate your work, but the hike also should be good, only appreciation won't do.
The work environment at BabyChakra is very open and I have got to share so many ideas and help with innovation in my 2 years here. It is a very good place for growth.
There is just too much work pressure here and it does cause stress and anxiety and the work life balance is terrible, but you get to learn a lot here.
