Reality Vs expectation

The pictures posted about this resort and actual reality is different.


We stayed here for 1 day. We saw that the resort was not maintained well. Rooms were not clean and there were insects on the bed, floor was not cleaned, there were spider webs all over. Food was not that great and we had to wait for refill, but the refill had different dishes as they had not prepared enough.


We also had a bad experience where the faculty member had bumped into our car in the night when it was parked and they dint accept it. They don't have a CCTV camera as well.
