REPORTS NOT ON TIME AS PROMISED. waste of time and money for critical report PROMISED for this Saturday

My experinace is very bad, reception staff is not guide properly , they have charged the money first.Dr.misbehave with my wife, commenting 45 yrs age twins prangnancy, crying on his lady asistant , talking like as an unproffessional, using bad language ,

I will not recommand to go there to anyone because its life care matter.

Went there for MRI scan of my shoulder. After, I was put in to machine, it took more than 40 minutes.

After a point, it became unbearable and when I pressed emergency button multiple times to evict me, no one cared or that emergency button also did not work.

When I complained about it, staff first told that emergency button might be on silent mode and then retracted and started blaming me that I might not have pressed emergency button at all.

I inquired about their MRI machine details and staff denied to give me details. They might be using some old machine model.

I strongly advise not to use their services. They are offering high discount on the services because of that only.

Pathic place for ultrasound.

I visited B R diagnosis for my 2 lvl. Pregnancy ultrasound with color Doppler scan and fetal echocardiogram. I booked these test from H-Care.

They took complete payment for all. But doctor denied to do Doppler, as it is not required for this stage, so why they are taking fee for it. I asked him that i paid for it then he replied that he don't care for it, which is a sad behavior, and also one girl is preparing reports who is not able to write the name properly even after summiting my id proof. Very sad. Now i have a doubt that are these reports are correct or not. They merged 2 reports in single page _Khichri paka di report ki.

I will not recommend BR diagnosis to any one.

B R Diagnostics laboratory is a really good laboratory providing great service to its customers.The laboratory provides home collection facilities.The staff are very courteous and they know their jobs.The home blood collection facility is very helpful for those who cannot go up to the lab . The collection paramedics are professional and experts in their job.The reports are delivered directly to the patient's home . Overall this a good and reliable laboratory at Greater Kailash, Delhi. This lab is highly recommended.

I went for MRI scan @ B R Diagnostics(GK1, Delhi) as recommended by LabsAdvisor.

the moment I entered there, they asked me to make aishwaryasingh23ment right away, and pushed me to the scan room. I asked the attendee to let me go to wash room then he said "abhi nahi! test ke baad kar lena(not now, first go for scan)".

They neither brief me about the procedure nor informed about how does it feel or for emergency situations. The major thing they did not even give/tell me about emergency switch. It was a complete TORTURE.

Right after the scan, when I raised my concerns they did no bother to answer at all.

And the final thing, they send reports as mobile clicked photo on whatsapp which you cant read or show to doctor. they cant send you pdf or physical copy.
