Beware of Apical and its CEO Kody King. I invested in November 2022 with a written agreement to have my store up and running by 4/13/2023. In November 2023 after over one year of empty promises i requested a return of my investment. I also have to file Fraud complaints with the FBI and FTC which is currently being investigated. They ended up in offering a settlement agreement for reimbursement over 6 months. They made 3 payments and have since gone dark. DON’T BE A VICTIM like many of us.

Apical consulting Private Limited is a piece of junk developed by an International Scammer Named Sxxxxx Khxxxx, spent all his life doing various kinds of scams round the world. Finally the day came he had to shutdown his dirty shop at midnight and ran away without giving even his workers Salary. He is the dirtiest person in the world. First he scammed the world Later scammed the people in India by not giving workers Salary. I am pretty sure this type of people will scam his own family and friends too because scam is in his blood now.
