Anupam Restaurant & Cafe, Sector 28, Faridabad

On an order for 3 chhole bhature dishes and sweetdish of Rasmali, costing Rs.851 that we ordered from Delhi for delivering to our mother on 26 September 2024, on occasion of celebrating her birthday in sector 28 Faridabad, located at a distance of approximately 80 metres from the restaurant the delivery was done, but the bhaturas were cold and hard, meaning stale. At mother's house they ate the dishes delivered as it was past lunch time, When we, the ones who ordered for consumption at our mother's house, contacted them complaining about the stale bhaturas, on telephone and their manager said they will replace the bhaturas with fresh ones. Then when from my mother's house they telephoned the restaurant in anticipation of the replacement fresh bhaturas, the owner asked for the old bhaturas as though to say that we were we telling a lie? No replacement was done. They also had a zomato tape on the home delivered food package, although this order was directly placed on phone. Cheats. Manager committed replacement, owner never gave replacement!

It's very unfortunate that Anupam being an big and renowned brand doesn't meets its own commitment. They have displayed a free delivery within 3 kms but when I called them to deliver some food (As I was not well) item one guy refused to deliver saying we do not deliver in colonies (Why didn't you mention it in your display standee in your outlet?). I spoke to the manager expecting some favor first he said, " Mana kar do' after that he took phone and started giving poor excuses, saying that they only deliver in Sector areas only, why such partiality on basis of sector and colonies. I offered them advance money and requested alot despite that they denied it stating that its hard to find address and we get lot of traffic. We receive international courier on our addresses. I want to know are sector 19, 28, 29 is traffic free? Such poor thinking is not less than any kind of racism.

It was my parents anniversary and Anupam (Sector 28 Faridabad) disappointed us.
