Thy r not a professional organization at all, thy offer employees and then do not appreciate any kind of honesty or requests, their attitude towards their employees is not good..I don't think it's worth working with them.
One of the best parts is that unlike many of the employers, this company has a very good career growth and does not roll off the employees very soon until there is no actual talent drop or employee role getting stagnant.

Upper Management likes to think very highly of themselves which is not very well taken at all times and needs to change so as to be suited for the company's future growth. This needs to change with good efforts taken care of at the earliest.
You are given a lot of responsibility so you get to learn quite a lot.
