Very poor experience, had to pay 1400 and forget

This review is for Konanakunte branch. Went for an urgent purchase of a Bluetooth AirPod. They did billing first and asked for payment before checking the product, despite me asking to check first. And coincidentally the pods did not work. I asked for a replacement, they said not possible. They wanted to check the fault and correct it. Meanwhile I had to buy it from another shop as I had an immediate requirement. When I went next day, I found out that they couldn’t fix the old one. They denied refund and forced me to take another one. So please avoid buying from them at any cost.

I brought a FABER Water purifier from Yelahanka New Town Showroom 24th August. The showroom Sales Man Pavan Kumar told us that on every purchase of Rs. 2500 you will get lucky draw coupons. He also told that minimum 1000 rupees gift is guaranteed. He gave us the coupons and told to wait for message or phone call from them to attend the lucky draw. When I called the Adishwar helpline I was told that lucky draw is only for 500 people selected through computerized draw. Both the store manager and salesman gave wrong and misleading information about the lucky draw contest. We paid almost 5000 rupees extra(compared to Amazon) and brought the product from Adishwar, because, of the assured gift, chance to participate in the lucky draw and the adishwar customer service.MY ADVICE TO EVERYBODY IS DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ADISHWAR. They have professional cheats and con people as staffers.

TV is not repaired in time

My recent purchased Adzen TV got bad, the support person came and then told that motherboard need to be repaired. My ticket no is HYAZ2506190001. Its been a month now its not repaired. I spent 40k to buy it. I made repeated calls to bangalore with no result. It seems the service is horrible. I am now going to consumer forum. I wonder if there is any way I get it resolved. I visited to their local dealer, they are so casual in approach. They even cant contact with central office. The contact line is all the time closed.


Please resolve this asap. I generally try to promote any small indian companies. But this kind of support & services experience is fatal for business.

I have purchased symphony cooler from aadishwar showroom on 16th apr 19, afte 2hrs it's stopped working. Next day morning I reach out to showroom and manager told reach out to aadishwar customer care, when I try to reach out its not even answered for 2 hrs, after that one lady picked the call and she told we need to reach out to store only and she connected to showroom manager now manager told as we pour water into cooler we can't replace (i don't know how we can use a cooler without water) and reach out to symphony customer care, in online we have 10 days replacement warranty, why we need to purchase here.


that is another story i have raised a complaint with symphony on 17th morning and they told it will be auctioned in 24 to 48 hrs, it's been 4 days still it's not actioned.

Giving bad service Adishwar home appliances

Hello friends I want to share my experience of Adishwar home appliances I am purchasing here from last 5 years at Diwali festivals . I bought a LG fridge before 2 years worth 42, 000 rupees they giving 10 years warranty for this fridge this is having problems like sounding I complained to Adishwar for resolving fridge issue. They giving no response, then I personally went to Adishwar branch and telling him to clear the issues of fridge they said sending a technician in two days but I can't come up to 15 days then I call again he is come to my home and picture draw issues of fridge asking service charges 2000 rupees this fridges under warranty when buying time they said we are not any charges applid in case of any problem arisein fridge.untill he didn't go back paid charges of it . Iam very disoppoint , they are giving very bad service provider.they are making this typeof stupidity.

Im having very bad experience from this adishwar vidharanyapura branch. I took a tv named adzen from this company on 4/4/17 still now they didn't deliver the product only they took my money. Daily we are calling to the company.Now they are not attending only the phone. Even the main branch is not bothering about our complaint. We directly went for get back of our money, they are not ready give it also. They theft our money and not giving the product only.

I went to buy an AC from these guys and as part of negotiations they promised to give me a trolley bag. After price negotiations, I bought the AC. When the unit was delivered, AC was not sent. When questioned, they refused the give the bag saying that the negotiated price was too low for them to give me the bag. No use of arguing with them since I had already paid and installed the AC.


Always ensure you get all the promised free gifts before you finalize. I have never seen unprofessionals. Will never buy from Adishwar.

I would like to inform you that recently on Feb 2017 I purchased  one washing machine from Adishwar Katriguppe, Banglore.I am quite surprised the way sales personals are selling products, almost assuming that customers are dupe.


The sales person told me about the Lucky draw coupon and the same draw should be on mid of March. As per their assurance I was suppose to get the message from them before the draw starts but the same has been over without my knowledge. When I called(20th Mar 2017) the salesperson and asked about the draw, she said she is not aware and she checked with the branch manager and said the draw has been over. Yesterday(26th Mar 2017) I went and checked with manager and he said the draw is over and if you didn't get any message then you can directly call to the head office. They are just cheating to the customers with the draw and all such kind of bullshit things.


If you want to buy any product then you can go but don't go with some belief that you will get some lucky draw gifts. I have uploaded the lucky draw details and I think the draw is completely fake. Just think there is a 4th prize for 10000 customers and if the number endings with 99 then that person will get the gift. Just imagine how many customer requires to get these 10000 gifts. And the best thing, they are not updating any timeline when its started and when it is going to end and no body knows how many customers are there in the lucky draw. Its completely cheating and match fixing.


And when I asked the manager about the details then he replied me, " We didn't eat your money and we gave the product", such kind of attitude he showed me.


I will never ever recommend any of my friend for buying any goods from Adishwar.

I would like to inform you that recently I purchased Aquaguard from Adishwar Banglore.I am quite surprised the way sales personals are selling products, almost assuming that customers are dupe.


Let me tell you how:


(1) Quite decent pamphlet from Aquaguard with decent diagram of bore well, tanker and municipal water explains that it will serve all purpose. But once installation started I came to know I have to purchase dust filter, tap etc.


(2) When I asked this question to Adishwar they did not pick up phone.


(3) Also they cheated me at the name of extended warranty as they taken 500 INR and told that they will solve all the problems but on day one only they did not pick the phone.


(4) So my question is tomorrow Aquaguard will say that for sand buy different filter, for salt buy different filter etc. Are you not kidding (17999 INR is not enough)?


(5) Should not Adishwar sales people tell exact limitation of all the products they are selling?


(6)  Should not Aquaguard pamphlet write product limitation? (May be you should print limitations as well)


(7)  Should not Adishwar mention total cost of installation when customer purchase any product from Adishwar.. (I think not much difficult)


I would suggest you all that think twice before going to Adishwar showroom, ask thirce when you purchase any product from Adishwar and do not simply believe there extended warranty clause because once you paid money they will never pick your phone. :)
