I was attended by Dr Sunil Kumar , and had a pleasant interaction and cleared my doubts before the scan , totally a good experience at add on scans . I will definitely recommend to my friends and relatives if they need one .

Iwhen I visit this x ray centre I feel too different from last 2 I visit on yesterday extremely good service with good staff behaviour.

I went to take single view xray on a Saturday.

Billed at 12:05 but got xRay done at 1:30 and again it took more than half an hour for the report.

I wish I wouldn't come here again.

Never prefer Add on Labs at kaikondarahalli for XRay.

They have well trained staffs. Blood sample was taken very smoothly. Doctor who did ultrasound scanning explained us everything for our quires. all the reports are given on time. I highly recommend this lab.

Worst experience ????with this laboratory.

I booked home service for COVID-19 test through {Add on scans and labs} +91 98441 56568 ( Ms Savitha) and i paid Rs 9000/- via google pay.

We had no symptoms for COVID-19 and we asked for COVID-19 test for travelling purpose .

We all 6 members done COVID-19 test I got reports 3 postive and 3 negative (sample collection guy was not experienced even he hadn’t took sample properly )

when I called on customer care number then i knew they mentioned another person contact number in my report .

How lab can do this kind of big mistake.

For recross/rechecking i did again Covid-19 test after 1 day from another reputed laboratory and i got all negative results .

Don’t believe on reports through this lab kindly go and check with another reputed lab

No prior appointments given . Also no first in first out order maintained . Cleanliness maintained .

From past 6 month I am visiting add-on for my pregnancy Scan and blood tests. Every time I got a very good experience scanning Dr.Mamatha & Dr.Shilpa both are really good, they explain the scan properly and always make us to feel comfortable. Every time I get the reports on time and they have very good supportive team who always looks patient care and safety. I suggest this scanning centre.

I always go for add-on for my scan and blood test. Scanning doctors are so kind they explain clearly for us. And we get reports within 10min after the scan.

All staff and doctors are very friendly. If we taje appointments for scan within 20 min we can finish up our scan. I am always happy and i recommend this lab

I went to this place(ADD - ON SCAN & LAB

No-5, MGR Complex, Sarjapur, Bangalore-560035) yesterday early morning just to check my fasting blood sugar. Since it was father''s day they offered me additional two tests(cholesterol and RBS) for free! I happily gave my blood samples. The results were supposed to come at 1PM the same day in a webpage after logging in.

Even after 24 hours there was no sign of any results coming in. I sent several chat messages through their web site as queries. No replies from them even after 24 hours.

Finally some time ago, after 4 phone calls and waiting for 1 hour, they sent me the results via email AND that contained somebody else'' scan report!

Again after a follow up, they updated my results in the web page. It showed my fasting blood glucose level as random glucose reading and vice versa!

This kind of service is very bad and even dangerous! I recommend avoiding this centre for availing any services since they may be mixing up your results with others, and not to mention the delay in getting the results.

I got my blood test reports on time and they have very good service. All staff are very cooperative.
