We have been following on Akash refund issue but no response from Akash Team. Even we have registered with Byjus also apart from Akash Digital for both daughters and never faced any issue. But Akash team is not responding for repeated email and not attending the phone calls. Team is behaving very rudely and disconnecting phone call. I have been following with this issue for past 8 months.It's so much mental tension. They simply collected money in advance and cheating us. We don't like their attitude and don't want to continue. We never expected such low level behavior from company of such repute. Now Byjus will help us to resolve the issue.

I will be going to file police compliant and court cases with lawyer. I will be giving this info to Media house and social networking site also.

It caused lot mental tensions even though we lost money. What is the difference between your company and private local financial services? It's frustrating

Hello, I have paid full amount AKASH(NEET) online course for my daughter through online. Due to unforeseen issue, we asked them to cancel the course immediately.she never attended the class also. Akash accepted the cancellation and told us they will return the money. But they never returned the money and stop taking our call.It's like cheating us since we paid through online. I thought Akash will do the needful but never happened. Please don't join this institute.it's completely cheating customer. No proper communication and day time robing
