I went to TDS begumpet today.. we ordered 2 platters and extra garlic naans.. the waiter first said that virgin mohito is part of beverage in platter and then added extra 300 in the bill that too with a handwritten pen...i want to put a complain for cheat...can u pls resirect me ti customer servuce....i paid via hdfc card...

I went to meet one of my friends here, the ambience is very good and there is no random crowd here , people here are nice.
There is a separate dance floor for couples and there is nice bouncer security and the Dj is awesome plays awesome latest songs.
The washroom and the ambiance is very nice, Also there is a separate open roof space with nice access to winds and smoke area .
Food and Drinks is Costlier as compared to other clubs nearby .
And the customer service is average over here.
Coupons are supposed to be closed for bills. The waiters didn't inform us and we ended up paying 50% extra money. Customer support is denying to take the complaint.

This place was our fav home base for the last such a large number of years. Be that as it may, the previous evening was a frustrating knowledge. The Food Taste are very good and healthy food items as providing in this hotel.
I ordered Prawan biriyani the taste was spicy and crispy prawan taste .
Presentation: The Food presentation was nice .
Ambience: The hole area are very clean and neat .
Customer service: The customer service was Good. The servants are very kindly and respect to take a order and disturb the our orders.totally customer service very nice.
Value for money: The Price of the food range is very less. So middle class family also go and visit the 10 Downing Street - Begumpet- hyderabad
Thank God for my work place is close by. The ambiance is too good - the British way. I make it a point to drop in there at least once a week. I love the lunch menu - the varieties, just sufficient quantity for a good day with one pint of beer and not feeling too full either - all for Rs.280+ tax. They use to have Rs 99 menu too that had stopped couple of months back . alas.:( The service is good. can't say it for all - but, I have my guy Joyesh who looks after me when I am there.
I have visited this place last week with my friends for a birthday party, this is my first time. They have a decent Dance floor. Bar collection is too good, in weekends you can see a lot of hangout people in 10 downing. Food was so tasty, you must order chicken nachos, chicken wings, Chicken cheese mushroom with added garlic for sure.yammyyy. ambience, & service all were good. Food presentation is not up to mark because the taste of the food is not as you expected very less quantity and quality of food is not as you expected because the quantity and the quality of food is very less and very expensive also. Some of the food are very expensive with the less quantity which comparator the price of the item and quality is also not up to Mark. The food which contains lots of salt which is very big minus point to this hotel because some foods are contained with the very large amount of salt and it is not so spicy also. Ambience of this hotel is not bad there is a no complaint about the Ambience because everything is well planned and well built by the manager very happily environment and atmosphere is very good the music is also very enjoyable also it is the only thing is good in this restaurant. There are many tables and it is a place where we can go with our family also the environment and atmosphere is very favourable to the every family members and your loved ones also. Customer service is a big drawback to this hotel or restaurant because the customer service is very poor and they are very late food delivery to the customers. They are so rude and not well behaved towards the customers and they didn't give respect to the elders also this the big drawback for this hotel hope after reading this review made a change the management and having a good customer service on their hotel. Value of money is very poor because the quantity and the quality of the food is very low class and comparatively the price of the item of food because quantity of the food is very less given and quality also very poor comparatively price. I personally recommend you if you want the nice atmosphere and environment please visit this hotel but you can't enjoy the food because of the incomplete prepared food by the management and the customer service is very poor also as I mentioned above the only thing is good is ambience which is very favourable to the family members and even friends also thank you so much have a nice day hope you like this review thank you so much have a great day ahead.
The Restaurant will charge you more for what they serve, but it is worth in a while for your food and dining.
The Alcohol serving dining hotel will serve you best of the wine and will have pleasant environment to spend your evening with loved ones. Good restaurant will definitely make you feel on the top of the clouds. The customer service is good and will furnish your requests better. The feel and ambience will hold your thoughts and will be at your heart. Food taste is accordingly a North Indian delicacies will impress the hot spicy food lovers. Presentation is very good and fine for the couples. Will impress your partner for sure.
Though the restaurant is Non veg you can order vegetarian food also, deciding after seeing the menu.

Today I would like to share my views on recently visited place “10 Downing Street”. I heard a lot about the place so thought of going there. Finally I got a chance to be there with my friends.
We ordered biryani and believe me guys I have tasted one of the best biryani of my life. Quantity and cost is satisfactory for any one.
Place was neat and clean, management was awesome and staff for very humble. Though it is a bit costly but no doubt u will not regret afterward.
I would recommend you to visit that place at least once.
Food and presentation: if compared both food and presentation, I believe food was not that tasty but the presentation was good. But if the food is not that tasty there is no matter how good the presentation is. So they should be taking care of food more than their presentation skills.
Ambience: the Ambience of this place is pretty average compared to other places in Hyderabad as it is located in the middle of the city which is in Begumpet and there are many people outside coming to the shopping in Lifestyle there itself so it is very difficult to find the parking as well. And the internal Ambience of this place and the music played here is too boring and makes you feel boring.
Customer service: this is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life as the waiters won't even care you after giving you your order and that particular order is also given after so long time and that too after asking them so many times. And in case if you close question them they are very rude to you and not at all well behaved.
Value for money: This place is only good with presentation of money and nothing else.so, I believe there are many places in hyderabad to visit with the amount you will have to spend on this, so, I suggest you not to even try this.
It has incredible taste in non veg .i adore the chicken biryani in the restaurant.it likewise gives numerous different dishes which are so great at the taste . the introduction is likewise great .they give everything on the table and has fine nature of garments on the table .

10D is one such a beautiful place located in Begumpet. Excellent ambience and good Chinese dishes. Perfect time for a weekend to spend there. Very good music, Good food, Good ambience all at a single place that is 10 Downing Street. The service is also outstanding. I have been to 10 Downing Street couple of times with my friends and all my friends have congratulated me for taking them to a beautiful place like 10 Downing Street. The only reason I am not making to 10D frequently is, it is not costly. Overall a very good place to visit in Hyderabad.

Once I visited Hyderabad and needs to stay in restaurant 10 downing Street in Begumpet along with my cousin. The hotel maintained a decent ambience and decor.the atmosphere was very nice and creates a new open time . It was a very nice Dini ng we had with the reasonable price. The customer service is very good and we enjoyed a lot with the pleasant music hanging over there.

One of the premier pubs of the city, it is as expected, a bit pricey. However, the place does justice to it's price tag and the ambiance is more than fitting for a lounge.
The booze is abundant and innovative for both the genders and the interiors have been planned well. The food is actually better than the booze if you know what to order that is.
The food here(especially at lunchtime) almost always guarantees a full house. Must try are the shepherd's pie, chicken steak, all of their Indian dishes, and my favorite Triple Schezwan fried rice.
If you haven't tried it yet, ask any of the waiters. I'm not sure if it's on the menu.
A word to the wise, visit this place on weekdays otherwise you'll have the same feeling of being stuck in a Mumbai metro where there is more feet than air.
