Ricoh Aficio SP 100SU

It is having average performance. Paper will get struck always. It's a big headache to use this. We can't get neat print also.

If we given 100 papers print the first paper print will be full clarity. Later pages will get struck and total print will collapsed.

Worst thing ever bought in my life

It feature first made me happy but after day and day use later this printer got problem like as it was not printing, no color, paper stuck in it which cause many problem .

I went to service center and asked them it went to service center and when it came back it again caused save problem

So don't go for it

Recoh Aficio SP 100su is more than just a all in one printer. It is a paper jammer & has paper not loading issue. I purchased this printer in Jan 15. From day 1 the printer was not loading paper at one go aur usually it jams paper and I have to remove paper manually.

I complainted to recoh service and got a call from their service partners executive(M: 8962311967) . He said that he cannot assure time when he will arrive me as he is the only engineer at recoh for Bhopal city location and he is very busy. From Last 4 days he is coming to me and has not reached yet.so busy he is.

Guys beware! Don't buy Recoh Product or you will have to throw them when they will not work as there service is crappy

Earlier I had a HP colour Inkjet printer, which was bought primarily to cater to needs of my school going kids. As expected, cartridge exhausts in a week's time and you need to spend 1000 bucks to get a new one (ink cost shall overtake the printer cost in less than a month).

So I have decided buy a laser BW printer, which is economical. After a thorough research I zeroed on Ricoh-Aficio SP100su, which also has a scanner. Though it was working on My Windows Laptop, when I got my Mac Air recently, to my utter surprise, I found that no drivers are available for this latest version printer on iOS.

Not having drivers for such a popular operating system is rather criminal. When I wrote to them they coolly replied that it won't work on iOS. Be careful...
