Brother DCP T500W Multifunction Printer

Hello my dear frinends,

Hope you all are safe and healthy.

My dear friends, brother is one of the leading and reputed japenese brand, serving Indian Market for many years. It launches affortable and good quality printers. One of it's printer is DCP T500W Multifunction color printer. I am using the same printer for last 1 years. The printer build quality is strong, printing also up to the mark. Yes it's speed is slow because it is an INKJET printer. It's scanner is also good, maintainence is economical and printing cost is less then 0.50 paise for color and about 0.25 for black & white. One more thing it's cartiages also not get dry if you not using it frequently. If you use it after a long gap just clean it nossels & use it. The printer is good according to me. But I recommand you it's updated version i.e., Brother DCP - T510W multifunction printer. So if anyone planning to be a part of brother printer's family then atleast take a look on DCP T510W.

Recently bought new Brother DCP -710W printer, highly disappointed, Pathetic Printer, very very poor quality printing, Green is printing Blue, Red is getting printed Pink, yellow and black are totally faded. Please don't buy at all, company is misleading by writing, superior quality with efficiency.

I bought this printer 6

months ago. The prints from this printer were good until 2 months. After 2

months, the prints were came out very blur, and it's hard to read. So I called

the dealer, he came to my place and check out the printer. It was a cartridge

problem so he changes the cartridge to the new one, and printer works well,

after 15 days the problem was back again. I again call the dealer, He said that

this happens because you print too many prints. But I hardly prints more than

10 to 15 print after he exchanges the cartridge. He couldn't help me out with

this. So I just sold out this printer and buy another one.

I have been using Brother DCP-T500W printer for more than a year and printing had issues few months ago. This company are making very nice printers but some of their product are not as good as others of the products. It is unacceptable to spend half of the printer cost again within 10 months just because I used it less. When I told them, This is how a Home user would use it and would your printer not suitable for that? There is no responsible answer. I was not informed of this issue. While buying or Brother team came for installation. But Brother support is not taking the responsibility and they said they can't support if I don't pay for fault replacement.

Never go for this brand. They acknowledged in an email that it is a quality issue.

today I am talking about the brothers printer the modal number is DCP T500W,

friends I have my own shop in mumbai,

in my shop we are selling so many product

like mobile, headphones, mobile cover,

acceseeies, chargers, we also selling mobile glasses means screen guard,

and in my shop I also doing the net work,

means I doing fullfilling the ant types of form,

downloading the eaadhar custmors are having such proove in the form of hard copy so that time I really needs the printer

so for that all reason I have bought that brothers printer from the seller,

when the seller was selling me this printer he was given me so much information about that, like about that the speed, about the colour, about capacity, about colour resolution and much more information was telled me.

I just bought this printer when the seller said

it was also working on wifi connection you can print from the so much far distance,

but when I started using this

4 month it was working very good,

but after some of the month,

the printer speed was reduced,

wifi connection was not working properly,

the quality of printing also be decreased

I am having lot of problem while printing something it was be taking so much time,

some it started gives dark copies and some time it started giving light copies

after 1 year some bottons are not working properly

I have faced so many problems to the brothers printers

I have been using Brother DCP-T500W printer for more than a year and printing had issues few months ago. I filled the ink but didnt solve the problem. Logged a complaint with Brother and they said Head unit got faulty and need to be replaced on charge basis. It is costing around 5k - which is half of the printer cost. The root cause what they said in a email is below -

"As per our discussion Machine Head unit was defective due to printer usage is very lesser, Need to be replace head unit on Charges basis only."

It is unacceptable to spend half of the printer cost again within 18 months just because I used it less(1800 printouts in a year). When I told them, this is how a "home user" would use it and would your printer not suitable for that? there is no responsible answer. I was NOT informed of this issue(use it every day or head unit goes faulty) while buying or Brother team came for installation. But Brother support is NOT taking the responsibility and they said they can't support If I dont pay for fault replacement. If you are looking for a home printer(this is supposed be an excellent printer till my 1 year of observation) NEVER go for this brand. They acknowledged in an email that it is a quality issue(if you use it lesser, Head unit gets faulty).

I am just using it for a month. It is not as expected as from Brother. Brother DCP T500W printer is very slow. When I copied and page it gives only 5 page per minute. Its paper tray function is good but sometimes papers were jammed. I used Brother DCP T300 also but Brother Dcp T500w is more solw from DCP T300. Mainly I brought it for WIFI connection. But Its print speed in normal mode via WiFi is 1 page pare 2 mins. Oh! Its a horrible experience to me. I complained about this issue to Brother Customers Service. Then they call me and told me some settings but problem not solved yet. It has an another problem too. When I print a photo on a photo paper the printer can not detect photo paper and show that Paper tray is empty. I can't print photos through it. So I think it is not a value of money. I don't recommend you to buy it. That's my opinion.

Brothers DCP T500W printer is so far the best business printer i've used ever. I had used almost 10 diffrent printers in my sgop but have to say it is the best one so far. the most beautiful thing about this printer is its vost effective printing which comes roughly 8 paisa per print. and being so cheap it does not cimpromise with the printing quality. weather we are printing in low quality or in high quality. result gonna be satisfying. connectivity is also an addon for this device. printing speed is good. but needs some improvment.

Hello friends today iam sharing my experiance with all of you friends so iam saying few points about the brother dcp multifunctional printermit will be very easy handeling th emachine to give the printouts to the users so it wiol br vary big size to keep in some places

so it wil be very easy to give print out to the users in staring days of purchasing the machine

aftef somedays it will be very bad to the givibg of the printing if pages in the machine

it consuming the high power to giving the printouts

Hi friends, Any product from japan might not be the good, thats proof this printer.The printer is easy to handle but having lot of technical problem.

The Paper handling is not up to the mark and most of the time paper is stuck in the machine.

In ease of use its not very satisfactory and difficult to handle and its feature.

The service and support is not doing there job in timely manner.

Print speed is slow and printing black and white image too takes lot of time.

There are many ranges and features available but both the scanner and printing is not worth for office use.

I just bought Brother DCP T500W printer and I am going to share my experience.

Paper handling of this printer is quite good. And The look is also classic.

Uses is also quite user friendly.

But the service is not good, the support people said they will send their service men for the installation and to guide us how to use the product but no one came till I myself called the to.

The good thing in it is its range of features. You can print both black and white and colour prints. You can take xerox, scan your documents, colour xerox, take photo print outs(dont have to go to studio eveytime).

The main drawback is its speed, wheather its printing or saning, it takes a hell lot of time. I have to give bad stars because of this drawback.

This is my first ever printer, before by this I m tottaly confused between hp and brother brands, but after suggetion of my friends and many blog I purchase this for my shop. Even after 8 months I m satisfide this printer. As I m a shop owner therefor I have to print daily almost 500 pages and this printer never ever dicth me.
