Hello friend I just want to say I purchased spice mi 504 some days ago from Homeshop 18 tv channel. I give 6499 for this product. The mobile is not so good .display quality is promising and its ram is cheap about rom only 4 gb rom in which 2 gb already used by mobile preinstalled app.If your phone is damaged it services is not good .dont buy spice phones

This is the worst mobile handset used by me last day.

From this product is didn't get any satisfaction.

Made my expectations disappointed. This product is completely disappointing.

When it comes to its reliability I will rate this product zero.

Service and support is bad as there is no service center in my city.

Overall wastage of Money. Quality of this product is average. Initially this handset was good but not it is useless. It has stopped working properly now.

I will never suggest any one to buy this product as it doesn't provide all those functions which this product should have.

I have a spice mi 504 phone.But it is not just a good enough.Many times I surfer with hanging issue. The phone sound quality in not good.It is very horrible in sound quality.But good for other use like calling, messaging and charting.Style is not much more attractive.Just a simple.This phone not having much more features like in the case of sensor and others.The front camera is too bad but back camera is average.It is good for using but not reliable as compare to others.This phone available in average price.But is the waste of money.

Spice MI 504 is my first phone and that was best choice. It's sound clearity is very good but not much loud.but in headfone it is too good. I had no experience of using a smartphone, but spice teach me everything easily. It is so simple. It looks like i- phone and looking great. I got all features that I want in very low cost, it is jellybean and having 512 RAM and also of 4 GB internal memory .

The most important thing that I want to tell you is battery backup is so great. I have not any trouble with this phone yet.it has perfect camera clearity, suitable version HD resolution and perfect display. I considered it as best phone by cost and features.

I Purchased Spice MI 504  in may 2016. Since Aug the battery is not holding charge. Takes 20 hours for charging and gets discharged in 20 minutes after calling to service center but Still no battery has been provided. their reply is " when the stock comes, we will inform you. Mailed my complaint to spice customer Care. They only assured that the area service team will get in touch with the resolution. Its been over a month and no body from Spice has contacted nor communicated with me.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY SPICE. THEIR IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and they are very casual in approach. Will never respond nor give any confirmed dates for resolving problem.Never do the mistake of buying any of the spice mobile. I had very bad experience

Spice mi-504 smart flo mettle 5x phone is very good phone it provide many features at very low price I personaly thing that this phone is amazing it have camera rear and front both and it provide many different facilities which only spice can give to you the most important thing is this phone is very cheap now a days purchasing a phone is like a big thing because there prices are very high because of that many peoples cannot afford phone so at this price purchasing phone is not so difficult

This is a good phone a am using it it is very light weight product n easy to use set even my child are also used it the colour of this product is very nice.

And good this is a easy to carry in our product it is small easily fit in my shirt poket battery life is good front size and key board easily find my father also using it he tells me this product is very good.
