USELESS PRODUCT WITH LOW QUALITY

I have purchase Samsung z fold 3 from Abudabi on 5.02.2022. I My cost of purchase was around 156000 Indian rupees(apro). Initially I was so happy with its photo quality. But later I faced issues. Often the phone become stuck and not performing properly. On 5.3.2023 the inner screen of the phone become non operative and it become dark. When I approached the Samsung customer care they told me that its inner display was gone and I need to spend further 65000/-. Next month of warranty expiry the product become useless. Do not buy this phone.

I bought a SAMSUNG FOLD 3 31/10/2021.


On 28th Sept 2022, Morning, I realized that my inner right screen & not working. On the foldable part there is a thick black mark and the right side of the screen later on it got a bleeding display across & being closed and opened once without any force .


I contacted Samsung Service centre at Fold concierge team via call and informed them that & am facing these issues with my device. as well I have faced same issues before with my previous devices of Samsung(s20 plus line issue were rejected before6 months later then agent informed now its changing free of Cost for screen line issue which I was unaware of it till that moment, later on he asked me to take both device to service centre and given me the contact number and address

I have reached service centre by 3:30 around shown my both devices to diagnose what is the issue why this happened all of Arun Stated that its an IMPACT DAMAGE I clear explain there is no single scratches on my fold 3 it is mint in condition in the name of he just tuned all 6 sides of devices found one minute scratch on bottom of mobile PFA and he said it may be happen due to this scratch,


For S20 plus he said this display can be change( I asked a question before 6 months same I stated after updating mobile s20 plus lines came but they ignored that time now company is accepting,


now you saying impact damage which is physical damage unfortunately there is no signs it as he mentioned, he started generating job sheet S20 plus


He found one more option to say and ignore my device warranty as its brought from USA I stated for an premium flagship devices Samsung support customer he refused my question as asked to move from chair as another customer were waiting,


Then I started asking question about charges for fold inner display


he said 63, 000/ again I asked to reconfirm he stated there is 2 months we can provide you for display change.


1.MARYAM PROCESS 15 WILL TAKE TO CHANGE AND COME FROM DELHI WILL COST 45 TO 48, 000

2nd HERE THEY WILL CHANGE 63, 000.


I was planning later on to change the display then I was checking the price via online display, tax, service all together which comes around 49, 900 something not more than that.


later on I realized some cheat is happening with me so I called fold concierge team and inform same all details to him while he was on call again I reconfirmed payment stating only inner display note: will cost 63k he said yes and fold concierge person were listening all these conversation,


Note: I asked why 2 charges for cards they are charging from customers he said bank charge them for it, if its charging from you its your head why you answer and take my fold device as were demanding for QC for display as i'm sure that bleeding when happened on display I was not even holding an device in hand just by you turned all 6 sides and decided its and physical damage to change display and I asked card accepted he was saying 2% charge will be include for it let me know is Samsung charging for all these)


How many people made paid service here via card from day 1 till now what is the 2% of it


Where all money is going if that to Samsung?


Literally 3rd parties service centres almost spoiled support and Samsung Spoiling durability of its quality,


FOLD CONCIERGE TEAM Akshay asked me to handover call to Arun to speak to him they spoken and Akshay informed action will be took upon it and were refused to take fold with not providing job sheet again Akshay asked to generate job sheet and said me escalation will get in touch with me tomorrow later on he were saying that MARYAM process they can't do now as its an abroad mobile but brand model all were same I asked all together original from Samsung which comes under 50, 000 is that 49, 000 why were you not giving me the information then he were saying as he added outer display include were it was perfect mint in condition then I realize how they diagnose by seeing all 6 sides.


He asked me to wait for the job sheet. He took the device to the manager of the store they discussed among them & he came back and started attending customers and I was forced to wait for the job sheet above 30minutes.


By 7 30pm around I got a call stating S20 plus is opened outside I was literally pissed off with the type of service they provide before taking job sheet he completely checked as well the one who were at lobby for generating token include him checked device I responded back to saying that yes we only opened as backdoor is usually comes out of glue due to heat.

I demand display costing for my fold 3 to be bare by Alpha Communication or Samsung

This is a very problematic smartphone, as the battery life of Samsung galaxy Z fold three is very less. Even the screen is very jittery, and the performance quality falls as you keep using the smartphone. The snapdragon processor inside the smartphone lacks the needed speed and efficiency, because of which using the smart phone is on hectic process. Also, the build quality of the smartphone is something that I did not like. The only Impressive thing about the smartphone is its design, which attracts every eye in the room. But apart from the foldable design, there is not anything worth this hefty price.

Samsung calls it a flagship phone but its not even 1% of apple where as service is concerned. My phones folding display developed some issues and I sent it to Samsung. They changed the display and after 2 days its developed same issue. Again after a good fight and 5 days they changed a part of display. After few days it developed same issue. Now I am stuck with such unusable device as I do not have time to send it to service center again and again..


Very very bad service Samsung

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 smartphone is the most overpriced smartphone that I have ever come across. I love trying out new premium smartphone, but apart from the fact that it can fold, there is nothing amazing about the device. Before adding fancy features, I feel Samsung should have focused on the basics. The smartphone's performance is not at all satisfactory, and the battery backup is very inefficient. The battery drains pretty quickly and the camera quality is also not that great. The smartphone lacks durability and a strong build quality as well. I am not happy with this device, and do not recommend it to anyone.

This is a very good mobile. Its features are very good. Its camera quality is very good which gives you high quality photos. Its battery also lasts very well which helps you to last for hours. Its display looks very unique. You will not have any problem playing the game. There is a huge display and apart from this, its display is also very good.

Samsung Branded mobile it has more features and screen clarity. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is new design and this mobile color also I liked. But I expected More in this. And this mobile has little bit heavy weight. Otherwise I liked it.

Reviewing from Bangalore. This is my review after using the phone for close to 1 year.


Don't buy this phone and fall to the prey of Samsung. to be short don't buy any Samsung high end phones. you will only loose money.


Samsung service center will find a way to reject the repair of the phone even though under warranty.


My Samsung fold 3 repair was rejected for warranty claim for no proper reason. The touch sensor of the fold started to crack and stopped working. Service center rejected the claim by telling that the touch is pressed very hard, warranty is void and hence warranty cannot be claimed. They are demanding INR52k for the touch replacement which is a mere waste of money.


Advice is don't buy expensive samsung phones otherwise you are bound to lose money
