Telenor Mobile Operator

I used this network for 3 months and after that, I couldn't use it anymore because of its poor network. always it used to show emergency, whenever I tried to use it at home. all the time I had to come out of the home for minimum signal. when ever I tried to complaint the service members about the signal, they used to give some excuses. then I quit and changed my network. so the customer service is also not at all good and not even satisfactory. the plans are also not so satisfactory. what to do with the plan, unless of good network. I really clearly not recommend this operator.

I used this sim the main disadvantage of this operator is network. it is not fully established all over in India.only some states have this network in India. the network is very very poor some times we cannot make a call also. this operator maintains reasonable prices but due to lack of network signals I never recommend this operator to any one because network is important for the customers.the customer service is also very poor because if we have any problems to contact the customer service is very difficult they dont proper give guidelines to our problems. so better to stay away from this network.

Hello guys this is safiya n I wanna share my opinion with Telinor /Uninor.

Network problem

If I am taking about its network that is too cheap .it only works some perticulor area not all area like UP.

but they we go to other states it is convert to idea, docomo network but in village n town area there is no covrage area.

I always go out of city n village for work n .there I faced such type of prolem .

Costomer Service To worest thing is that when ever I recharge they always set any value added service , callor tune, sms, n other thing and reduced my money . Then I call to customer care they didn't talk in a manner n didn't give money back.

Charges n bill

When it comes it have low charges of call n packs but day by day they r increasing the rate of tarriff plan , data plan n otheer

Over all as compare to airtel, Vodafone n orher telecom network its is too bad conditon so I suggested u dont use this.

Hello Friends today I am going to tell you my opinion for telenor mobile operator .this is the worst network ever . It always shows No Network every where . Even when I was in my home . There is no use of this Network operator.first time I thought that the problem is not in the sim , I thought the problem is in my smart phone .then I insert this sim in Another phone but its not showing any network in that phone also.I tried to contact the costomer care service of this operator , but I did'nt get any kind of support from them.The problem is still continue .I sujjest you plz do not even think to get this telenor mobile operator .This is my genuine opinion.

My name is ashif khan and today I wnat to tell you some important point about telenor operetor.i am using this netwirk last 1 year I a face many problems in this network.

First point when I rest in my bedroom inner side of my home it always show emegancy only.

Second point it shud not give proper network in hilly areas.third point data speed is too slow not more than 100to150 kbps.

When I call to service centre and tell him about my problem he said sir working under maintinace what is this.

Tarrife plans and data plans does not suitable for pocketmoney.

So dont wast your time in this wrost network go to other operetor.

I use this mobile operator for 6 months but I faced many problems regarding this.

The network problem is the main problem of this mobile operator. You can not found the telenor network everywhere .

I cannot found the network even at my home which is in village. It was very hard time for me to use telenor.

I wanted to consult the customer service abou the network problem issue but the network shows only Emergency call only.

After moving here and there I found the network very hardly and I consult the customer service about the network issue but they did not told anything to me that hw can I free from this issue. I mailed the customer service but they didn’t helped me so much. There customer service is not good.

The charges of the calling and messaging is very high and the speed of the net is very slow. You cannot enjoy the calling and browsing with high speed using this mobile network because of network problem. I am not happy with it and I donot recommended you to use this mobile network and waste your money and time both.

Uninor now it is know as telenor. Its not a big network in india but up to its limits they gives maximum output to users.they give more data with low cost and speed also satisfied. They have network in big cities only in rural areas its not useful. Speed and quality in signals is very good. My feeling is it's worth for it's value.good network.

Hello friends. I want to share my experiences with telenor previously known as uninor. I used telenor no. I.e. 7386306788 for 7 months approx. The biggest issue came after taking sim card was not getting verified after giving three times documents. After starting sim I used to get so many service and vas offers and usually so many balance got cut without any matter without activating any vas packs. Second issue after going home I was not able to call anyone due to worst network. Even their data plans were not lucerative. Costomer service no. Were never working .some times if it used to connect then after executives are not supporting and simply telling sorry for inconvinience. Finelly I got irritated and finally change my no. So I never suggest anyone to take telenor services in future.

Friends I want to share my experience of using Telenor network for around 6 months. In my personal opinion this network doesn't worth a penny. I had never found it useful on my smartphone because in my area there are no networks of this mobile operator. I I can neither use it for calling nor for using internet. I had always use my 2nd sim on my smartphone in order to perform simple network tasks. Friends if you are a business person or even a common man you should not go for this mobile operator you will not get any worthy service. It will be just a waste of money after purchasing this mobile operator.

Telenor is not good not bad natwoork. I am from Pakistan and I use telenor after three year.i tell you my exprince useing telenor in pakistan.

First I till you about telenor netwoork. Telenor owner is a Government of norway. And it is a one of the worlds lergest company.

Is a norying mostly govetnment owned multinstional telecommunication company.

Telenor owns netmork in 13 countries and has operation in 29 Countries.( including thet 14.6% ownership)

Telenor startd off in 1856 as a stafe operated manopaly pravider of telegraph.

It is a biggest sistam telecommunication.

Comanlt in big city ther cannection is good.

Good working speed.

But unfortunately in village his singnal is not good.

And in all this condition many people use it and every day parchad his new conection.

It is very very very bad service his signal strength is very bad. I throw my sim in dustbin.

His customer service is very bad. They do not give us good service. I satisfy with its offer. But offer are waste beacuse of its signal strength.

Please do mot buy telenor sim. I tell you to don't get the telinor services. It is very bad.

-Colling cost is too low

-data alavances is very good

Disadvantages

-its not avalibile to thr village areas

-network will not reach to all areas and villages.

Hello! I am radhika thakkar and I am using telenor Operator since last 5 years. I am satisfy with this calling skims. The calling rates or the calling skims provided by this operator is really great but the main poor part of this operator is it's network.

It has a many signals problem if we are trying it in travelling or in some small village then the telenor signals are totally unavailable. Only because of the this reason the telenor operator is not efficient for users.

Also the other bad point about it is it's customer services. The customer service provided by this operator is so worst no one can listen our problem. I am using prepaid card. once I had recharge in my card and I don't got it then I had called on the telenor customer care then it gives really bad response.

Also the internet speed is not so good in this operator. I have use another card for the internet service. If you want a card that has good calling skims or low calling rates then you buy it otherwise it's not good in use.

I am use telenor simcard when his name was unior . Its network is bad and internet speed is very slow, but his recharege and pripead offer is very cheap then other opretor. In the village area this network is very very bad , some time networks is gone in our mobile phone, this opretor many of user in village area beacuse it is cheap.

Hi, I am akash I has been using this network for last 3 years its call rates are low.when I upgrade this sim from 2g to 4g its speed not even good as vodaphone jio or idea , it is normally where its network good .but I have seem call drops many times .at many places telenor not network doesn't work perfectly it giving very low call rates before its pefert where network present .i must be not recommend but u havnt a smartphone or if you have a feature phone so you can look there.but as market comparison it is not a better network

I was using Uninor since 2 year . It has an issue of network everywhere . The network quality is dawn poor of telenor. My experience was wrost with this network. The internet speed was also dawn poor in this network . I was facing network issue with this phone so I port it to another network. I am not happy with telenor as per my experience

WoW what a damn network ever ever.

Telenor Network is Actually converted into 4G Network Really. Wtf No 2G, 3G, Direct 4G.

The company only for their Advertise saying it was 4G but after using their 4G internet speed.

I broked my sim card instantly.

Please Telenor don't make fool.

Your network is worst network ever.

I asked many people how the network of telenor is what they gave in response to the fact that the network is very bad but its offer is very good.

In today's 4G time, the network of telenor is not even equal to 2G of 3G.

Many people do not an Android phone or smartphone. They have a keypad phone that can not recharge expensive, they only understand the best telenor because the offer is for a lot more time in less money.

It has been available in the SIM market with very low prices and very good offers from the very beginning and it is still doing its service today, it is a bad thing, its network.

I am not a long user of Telenor network because of their bad services and low network if you are a Telenor customer or you used the Telenor network for once then you can understand whats wrong with this network.

It is so disturbing when you want to make a call and you don't have network in your phone I always suffer with bad network when I was using Telenor network the network of Telenor is not good enough it's always looks 1 or 2 network out of 5 network signal and due to low signal you are unable to make your call or unable to receive a call and if you call connected the voice will break every time then come to you because of low signal and I saw many time fall in a cross connection many of my friend said that they calling me and fall in a cross connection.

The plans are very cheap but because of low Network and unreliable network people don't like to use Telenor network this is the main reason I'm saying here.

If talking about 2G and 3 G network network then I must say it is also worstest and baddest ever internet network , useless and not reliable network connection provided by the Telenor because of low bandwidth internet speed in Telenor network is very very very slow and people fed up with it and using other network today Telenor mobile operator is good for nothing.

Hello friends, I had been using this mobile network since 5 years.Recently I have updated my sim card to 4G LTE network.The signals of the network connection is not good and will fluctuates so many times unnecessarily.Even after upgrading sim from 2G to 4G the performance of the operator is not at all good.The data usage also not good, the speed of the data varies minute by minute suddenly.The telenor mobile operator used to have low prices for data and calls previously but now it also increases but performance is very poor.

Network - The network connection is very poor.

Customer Service - They responses quickly to the customers without lagging.

Charges and Billing - The charges for the calling and data increases from past two months.
