Hutchison Essar Mobile Operator

I share my exprience about this hutchison eassar mobile operator and I not liked to use this operator becouse I was recenlty subscribed this service and I expacted before subscribe its provide a good data connectivity and provide a good services to use but I totally disappointing after use this mobile operator and not provide a good service as well.

This moblie operator are not provide a good data connectivity to use and I facing a call drops issues when I try to call local even std call also. It is take high calls rates and tariff plans to see and I complaint about this issues which I faced to this customer support but I not getting any properly solution from this service and not solve this issues always.

Overall this is not good exprience for me to use this mobile operator and I not recommended to use this service as well as not value for money.

As I said not every thing from the past is gold as they say old is gold. nothing can be proven gold if that is no longer in the service. the vodafone took over the Hutch communication now as vodafone is taking care of the customers some of the customers are given most of the priority or some are left behind. prices I am not satisfied with that too. when there are companies like JIO and Airtel. who would actually go for the Hutch.

I had purchased this sim nearly 5 years ago after using the sim for 2 week the service started creating problem everytime I use to go out the signal service was very poor an sometime it must not work at all so my work use to stop quit a time I use to get irrigated with it I reported the problem to they customer care gallery which is near by my house but they also could not help me with they use to not give importance to the customer they use to say for me that your problem will be fixed by tomorrow an then to the problem was not fixed the offers are also not so intering as now jio as entered the market it has all the things one wants better service at cheaper rate an there is no change that hutch can compare any where near to it so if you want a sim go for jio an not for hutch

Hello friends, today I shear my review on mobile operated Hutchison Essar mobile. Anyone this sim is known is Hutch. This is the very oldest sim in India, this sim are sell by 999 rupees.

This sim are not be use internet this sim are use only call this time are not be available message balance this Sim are use only call.

This time this sim network power is good but when the network will be down thwn this network recover will be upto 3 days.

Customer service is good but poor then other service.

charge and billing is very castle, thos sim are price is 999 rupees.

My experience very castly cahrge of other mobile operator.

Its my pleasure to share with you my personal experience against useing Hutch.I am a user & oldest customer of this operator.Basically, I am used it only for offers.Charges & billing of this operator was really good.But, when I am used it I am faced so many problems as like connection & server related.In our area it caused all time connection problem & server approximately down.The speed of the internet was very slow.I am really disapointed with this operator.Therefore I am request to the Hutch customer care plz improve your service as soon as possibile.

It was time when hutch was really one of the prominent service providers in india, but it could'nt challenge the counterparts that were very competetive at that time.

Also Hutch had some issues with their network which led them to fall down a little in the eyes of their customers and dissappointed their customers which led to the shifting of the customers to other service providers.

Otherwise Hutch was at time a really one of the top telecom company.

I have used the Hutchison Essar sim card few months ago and the signal was pretty weak. The network coverage in our ciyy is extremely poor and most of the time it was down. I also did not like their customer service as my queries remained unattended most of the time. Even though they have competitive tariff rates for both prepaid and postpaid customers the weak network strength is a deal breaker and puts away their customers. I really wish their service improves in our city otherwise there's no point usibg their service.

Hutchison Essar which has change now to vodafone and its great.I used it for many years it has very good network coverage at reasonable recharge price.It has works nice in internet it is fast it has the facility of 2G, 3G and now with 4G also which work great.

There customer care service is also very good they solve our problems but some time they don't.They also give good offers to us and my experience is good with it.

Very bad network customer request ware not given proper attention and not solved. Technology also very lagging and not have any special features.

No facility to connect to internet. If your cellphone is the key to your communication with the world then your cellular service provide is the key to the manner in which you communicate which cellular service provider do uyou subscribe to all other. Very bad network all over in India.

There are very good service before some years and I used it that time but now it has converted into Vodafone and vodafone service is not working good.

Hutch network provider was too good at own time and when this company shares was lost so this company gone and converted into vodafone. hutch was the very very good company to provide network and calls or other service cost was very low and good. Now I hope that this company should come right now and get good service.

It has very good rate cutter and trariff plan and good internet plans in budget.

We also used its lowest plan and higest plans as we wants.

This telecom operator is worked in india as vodafone and many other country. It has superb coverage and good facilities for its user. Now It comes with 2G 3G and 4G networks. It has very valuable plan and scheme on 2G 3G and 4G. It has very good sms plan. Overall view is that this is superab and awesome networks provider.

I'm a Hutch customer since past many years. The only problem is the money is deducted without any reasons and even after complaining for the same it is never refunded back.In this one month I have faced so many problems relating to this .

I walked in to a vodafone and service center and activated a 249 monthly rental plan.

The customer care executive said that it would get activated with in 24 hours. next day I checked with the customer care( on 111) whether it has got activated or not the person said ma'm your request is missing i'll put it again and it would get activated within 48 hours. Again when I called after 48 hours, the request is still not there.

So  that I am totally frustrated and would not recommend anybody to go for vodafone.

Hi frnds this is vodafone now.world top most big provider.all over india, this one second largest company.as bengal given us good service contune.as village to rural to city evrywher just voda and voda .as vodafone.we calld voda to love.vodafone bill service as wel as.and internet covarage superb.we are all here at amatal.use 3g service.frst time voda given us super speed bt now for huge uses its liitle slow bt hope as soon as possible it works super.bt networking facilities is excellent no doubt.sound quality awsome.does not mean tht we are talking over phone, seem the person who talikng, he or she as my next sited.

I am reviewing on hutchison essar mobile operator. This telecom operator is worked in india as vodafone and many other country. Iu has superb coverage and good facilities for its user. Now It comes with 2G 3G and 4G networks.

It has daily offer for use and they used in little budget like in 46 rupees we get 500 MB for 28 days. It has very good sms plan. Overall view is that this is superab and awesome networks provider.

I'm a Hutch customer since past many years. services are good. the only problem is the money is deducted without any reasons and even after complaining for the same it is never refunded back.i am using with BB 399 ( which is unlimited browsing + BBM ). to my surprise whenever I browse money is deducted from my prepaid account. I make a walkin to the store in UP (E). and it has been assured to me that I will be reerted back on certain date. when the date comes again NO RESOLUTIONS.This hasnt happened with me for the first time. this is continously for the 3rd time. I realize it as I dont use it for voice calls. only BBM and Browsing that too with BB browser.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO GET RELIEVED WITH THESE UNWANTED DEDUCTIONS BY HUTCH ( NOW VODAFONE )

SOMETHING LIKE THE SAME HAS HAPPENED WITH ME SOME 5 YEARS BACK, I MADE COMPLAINT AND as got friendly with the BM due to many walkins in the office the case was escalated and technically checked and found I was right and got my money refunded in the shape of recharge coupons.

Now dont know whether my voice will ever be listened?

Vodafone is very good mobile service provider in Mumbai. Connectivity is very good. New economic tariff plans are introduced after some intervals. I am using post-paid service. But my mobile usage is also limited. While trekking(forts in Maharashtra) Vodafone network is working properly. Therefore overall a very good experience.

In Mumbai city Vodafone is connectivity is the best.

I have post-paid plan and the records in Bill are proper. No over-billing. Vodafone is sending accurate bill, consistent with the tariff plan which was selected.

But you have to select most suitable tariff plan for yourself.

If you are consultant and you have to talk more than 10 minutes on a call then you have to check suitable plan for your requirement.

If your usage is limited only upto incoming calls then you have to select some other plan, say "Lifetime Incoming Free". By selecting this minimum tariff plan you do not have to bother for recharging your card. You have to pay very less per month, say Rs. 49/- if you have only incoming calls. But you have to pay a little-bit more on your outgoing calls in this tariff-plan. So if you can choose most compatible plan for your need you will get most benefit.

I like post-paid instead of pre-paid because you do not have to bother about re-charging your card. Sometimes you are on travel and your card-balance is very less. You are badly in need of connectivity but can not get the same. Therefore, post-paid is a very good option for many people.

I want to note here something about my local Vodafore service center. They are attending customers in very systematic manner. First you have to enter your mobile number on their computer and thereafter your number is called for. After your meeting with customer care executive is over you will get an SMS. You have to give marks to customer care by dialing certain numbers on your mobile keypad. So your feedback is automatically get registered in Vodafone database. Overall good service. But while registering on their website sometimes it is difficult because after trying hard 3 to 4 times I can not get properly registered on their web site. And able to open my page. But its OK. Connectivity is most important factor. Since 2007 I am using Vodafone and its value for money.

Hi, I have been in vijaywada since a month and have been using vodafone post paid. In this one month I have faced so many myriad problems relating to this , that I am totally frustrated and would not recommend anybody to go for vodafone especially in vijayawada. one such instance I can give, i walked in to a vodafone and service center and activated a 249 monthly rental plan.

It is very frustrating with such poor coordination & responsibility among the vodafone executives over here. Finally my expenses are getting soared but the plan is yet not activated while I keep on calling the customer care center almost every day.

Vodafone 3g stick being sold by vodafone is a big fraud. These people are selling usb sticks for  Rs. 1600 and without any service. I committed a huge mistake when I bought this usb device thinking it would help me to keep me access with good speed. Forget the speed these people are selling usb stick without any active internet connection. Once I bought the usb from the vodafone store they told me that the prepaid services will be launched within one or two days ( this is almost 15 days back) so I bought the device. When I went to the store after 2 days they told me it will take some more time. They told me since prepaid is not yet available I should use postpaid.

Although I was not interested in buying post paid I had no option since I had already purchased the device. They gave me a postpaid sim which which again didn't work . The sim could not be activated. Now when I went to the store to return the device which I haven't used they are not taking it back. These vodafone guys are just fooling us and selling the device without any internet service. I have been to the vodafone store almost 6 times but they are not listening and not refunding money.

I am highly surprised how a company can sell an internet device without launching its service. This is cheating and I want refund of my money at any cost.

I've been using this network since its operations started in our state. its truly an amazing network.

I don't have a single complaint on this network. Timely, it has been introducing pocket friendly tariffs and also increasing its network day by day. personally, I got many offers from this network. I've also recommended hutch (vodafone) to my few friends and they are happy with it. right now, am using a pre-paid and post-paid vodafone connections. it has got hassle free billing too. they provide itemized bills for me. in my opinion, hutch (vodafone) is the leader in value added services (VAS) compare to other operators in our state. overall, its my all time favorite mobile operator!!!

I purchased vodafone number 3 months ago. That time I submitted all required documents as address proof, id proof, photo. It was working well.

Now suddenly after 3 months my number has been blocked saying documents verification is required again. I have submitted again all documents in vodafone mini store. They promised me, my number will be start with in 24 hours but I am still waiting when my number will start. I am unable to understand what is this all crab?

i missed my so many important calls and facing inconveniences due to this disgusting vodafone service.

Now really I want to take another operators' number.
