This mobile operator is not catch proper signal lenght or network its services are very disappointed I am not like this mobile operator.

Dolphin mobile operator is not trustable to use for normal calling and messaging its always shown poor network signal I am not satisfy from this company services so many problems I facing during the using of this mobile operator services I used this mobile operator for calling and using internet but I am very disappointed from this operator.

In this operator towers are not available which is not good thing about this mobile operator. This mobile operator services rates are very expensives which is not afforadable and providing very worst internet or calling services I have contacting this mobile operataor customer care but their numbers comes always busy and out of reach I am not recommended this mobile operator to anyone overall this mobile operator is not a good choice for using everything in mobile.

I have used the Dolphin mobile services before and had experienced plenty of trouble thanks to it's poor networking strength. There's never been any stability of it's network and often got disconnected for simplest of reasons. The charges are competitive though and gave decent value for money. The data packs were good but got ruined by it's poor network. They had a decent coverage in our city but don't have there own towers and I think that's the main source of there problems. Dolphin customer care service representative were often polite but had little understanding of it's problems.

I use dolphin sim before eleven years in delhi ncr.Very poor server in office time and so fast server 5pm after .when better server roming area .

Our favret network any roming.but call rate cheap and fourG freedam network is good.allwayes use but somthing place server is not registerd. Exutive no responce any time.yes I sure but Metro city network is problem. Thanks a lot .

Dolphin mobile operator. This operator have a problem with its network becaise it is not provide full network coverage. I am fed up with dolphin. Sometimes it cannot connect to any no. Ifvconnected so im unable to hear what they are talking because of network mostly in north west Delhi.

Customer services is good but they cannot reduse the problem of data services and calling.

It gives the best data charges in Delhi. And call rates is also low. Data charges 10kb of just 1pwithout data pack.

Its been 10 year bacjni had a connection of Dolphin that was the brand of MTNL in Delhi.

Call rates were little high that time 1.5 rupees per mint. For local and 3 rupees for STD. That was really very high price calling.

Network was strong and best thing it works as BSNL when in roming and always get bestest connection every time.

Customer service were pretty fine, satisfied with the services.

It has best plan for calling like 1p/sec and in same network the provide 0.5p/sec. Which is quit good for all.

It has best plans like roaming free live nxgtv and much more.

It is best for internet lovers becouse in this mobile operator you wil get very low internet price 175 for 1gb 3G internet.

Ther costomer suport us also good for normal person they have to dail 1503 and then press 2 and afrer that 0 they can directly talk to costomer care representetive.

Dolphin as we all know that it is one of the most affordable mobile operator in india having much greater plans for calling and messaging.But I must say that the dolphin network is not that great network as we do not get the range of the mobile operator in every part of india. When it comes to calling and messaging this mobile operator also fails to do so as the network is not present in every part.The calls gets cut down much times due to improper network connections and signals.Dolphin should put much greater attention on there signals and services which they are offering to the customers.

The MTNL operator provides cheap plans but their service is very poor.

Customer care is not so good like other operators.You will always face network problem with this operator.

It offers cheap plans of calling , messages and 3g internet but what is the use of it if you dont get any network.

Its network always increase and decreasing , it is very difficult to call continously for 5 min because your call disconnect automatically.

Everytime when a internet is connected , it will definately drop within 5 minutes. Calling connectivity is too slow as compared to others.

Depending upon the area signal strength is known.Customer care service is totally worse. Its better to leave this cheap operator and go for other operators as they are providing good services and great network all over area.

I am based in New Delhi and recently was facing call drop issues/2g(Ge) bar with my Airtel No. especially near Kapashera and NH8 to Gurugram while going to and fro from home to office. I didn't transfer my airtel no. to mtnl dolphin but decided to buy another prepaid 3g sim from MTNL, Dwarka office two months back for net connectivity purpose due to cheaper rates like Rs. 99 for 500 mb with validity of 30 days. Airtel was charging much more as I use MTNL wifi unlimited plan at home and wifi at office so I am not dependent upon mobile net connectivity so opted for MTNL Dolphin for cheaper rates plus free incoming while on roaming.

Voice Call by Mtnl Dolphin:-

I noticed one thing that if I make call from my mtnl dolphin sim to my home mtnl landline from Iffco Chowk, Gurugram while driving all the while at NH8 there is neither a single unwanted noise while talking on cell by bluetooth nor any call drop at any point. Then if I make calls to other networks I didn't face any call drop issue with my mtnl dolphin but faced unwanted noise while making call within Dwarka from my mtnl dolphin to another Vodafone user. After using for more than a month I observed that call drop issues is much more less than talking by Airtel in New Delhi and never faced any issue in Gurugram. I am surprised to see that I am charged much less for the calls than Airtel no which still I use just for incoming only now.

Net connectivity of Mtnl Dolphin:-

3g speed is good but not excellent as compared to Airtel 4g sim as I mentioned above my mobile is much connected to home/office wifi working @1-2mbps so I am not dependent upon mobile net connectivity for any much internet work. I observed that MTNL Dolphin goes into 2g mode near Sector-9, Dwarka and no bar in basement of my office premises in Gurugram but 3g speed is good except if I am not in lift nor in basement. I shot the mail at 1503@bol.net.in id with my complaint of Dwarka 2g issue and Gurugram no network bar issue and was astonished to see MTNL positive reply which happened to be last Sunday. Since yesterday I observed MTNL sim card shows two bars in my mobile while in basement with 3gH.

I will recommend MTNL Dolphin for cheaper rates and reliable 3g speed which is good but can't be compared with 3g plus or 4g sims of private players in the market.

On a personal note, while doing research I came to know MTNL going to launch 4g sim by 2017 so with operational experience of 3g dolphin sim I have decided to buy a post paid plan of 4g of MTNL Dolphin, Delhi by next year as I am happy with this network.

Hi friends today we are talking about new dolphin network service provider.

As my opinion dolphin service provider is one of the worst very bad telecom service provider .

the network is very strong but somewhere not anywhere like metro cities only. the internet service is also good but it is also in only countable cities otherwise this are fail to provide service.

costomer care service very bad first they required more time to recieve phone and other thing is they do not provide proper solution or take a lot of time to solve the problem.

And in some countries the service is not provided by dolphin.

I hate this.

I ported my idea sim( MNP) to dolphin in quest of some cheap calling and internet plans. First I had to visit the telephone exchange 3 times to get my MNP done. The sim card got activated within 7 days but right from day one it's network strength is poor. Signals won't come even if you are standing on road outside your home.

The plans are really cheap but what's the benift as such the signals are not available.

Won't recommend if there is a network problem in your area. Service is poor. Also 3g doesn't work consistently where signals are coming.

I have one dolphin sim card which my mom uses many times she faces problem about networking I used to solve them. Many times I have to call customer care. And my times goes longer. There is so much problem of network.

Talking about calling rates is really high. Internet not used often but sometimes used seems good. Well this company is old it lasts from many years the company should improve their bugs.

You can do anything whether calling or internet connection it works gud but not to the point. But overall gud. Connection sometimes breakdown. Charge not too much like other operators. Take too long to solve internet issues in mobile. Its 50-50 pack  go for it.

Most reliable n trustworthy service provider as never deducted single penny by self activating services or doing cheating with customers.
