Hi friends.iam going to share my personal experience.before 2 years I was used aircel network.iam not satisfied with this

performance.now I changed to other network.

3G or 4G is not connected in my area.in village area we cannot connect even 2G network.

they are subscribed unnecessary facilities without any information and also cut my balance nearly 30rs per month.

they provide worst customer service.

if you call toll free number for any doubts, always lines are busy

I'm using my Aircell about 3 years It's better than jio 4g ??

I'm using 3g Aircel sim and its download speed on HSPA+ 3.5 MBPS .

I'M from Amritsar and Network range very good everywhere.

I'm using 199 plan for month . Benefits of this plan unlimited calls L/N and 1.5gb daily 3g data very satisfied with this plan thanks to Aircel

Hello friends today I am writing my XI review on mouthshut.com mouthshut.com is a website available in India to earn money online without investing much time and labour why simply writing review but I assure you that my review is not affected by any of their policy of paying for writing my review is in accordance to my personal experience and not from any other review or by the experience of any other person today my review is about Aircel mobile operating network and now let's get started Aircel network in my local is very down according to other companies networks because I use personally Aircel sim card on my mobile and the quality of Aircel network is very poor. this phone network is not just one day thing everyday this happens that call drops and I am unable to find network in my area the towers are hardly to find anywhere in the local area of mine and also it feels like jammers have been fitted in my local area that I can't use any of the networking facilities available due to the lack of services by Aircel mobile operator in my local area the services provided by Aircel lacks a great deal of experience and facility of e a s e and comfort about the services once I called on the service centre. the service centre person on the phone opposite to me was not good at all on is behaviour part and I slammed the phone down due to his rude behaviour and I was even in a lot of trouble due to him my problem was not even solved by the service provider. I was very angry from the services provided by the network operator mostly because my problem was not even solved the problem was just that my sim have to be put in some other mobile network operator it took me around the month to solve that problem by again and again calling on the network operator service centre. the charges are the reason that I was with this network the charges of this network was very low in respect to some other mobile operator in the market which offer good speed internet but at very high rate like Airtel but this network was providing some special facilities like good speed of internet at very low prices but that wasn't enough because the other things like calling rates roaming rates were very very heavy to be paid off the billing criteria of Aircel was also not quite good because it was a huge burden over my pocket elss Aircel is now no more in the market it now do not stand after jio jio have overtaken the market from each and every mobile operator just Airtel Airtel stands in its pay and Aircel have no power all tools to stand before jio.

I'm using Aircel network since one year and I had issues many times regarding the network.In some areas the network connection is very poor doesn't come and I call to customer service they won't response they will just tell the settings have been send.It has to improve the network speed and connection.

Aircel is one of the biggest cellular network operator in India. But this network have some good and bad things.

The network coverage of this operator is worst in my personal experience. Some time network is shut down in my phone. Aircel is unavailable in my area so didn't recommend anyone for this network.

The customer service of this operator is quite good because they provide 24/7 service. I use this network for 6 months because I didn't satisfied with their service.

This cellular network didn't charge high price in recharge and promo service.

For post paid user this cellular company charge high price compare to other networks.

I am using aircel sim from 2015 but I dont get any issues but now that network has not getting well.

I just call to customer care they told my mobile problem I will give to my mobile to service they told mobile is working fine no issues whike using other netwok sim on your mobile its network problem in your sim.

Now I will change mobile also but we cant recieve full signal, once I call any my friend is not connecting well that call hangup or noisy outpu from my phone we cant get clear voice while using aircel sim.

I will give compliant to aircel showroom they are told take new sim with your id proof and with same number but it will take two weeks for given new sim in my hand .

But now also I got same issues so now I am recently portable to airtel.

Dont buy the aircel sim because they also not given any offers also.

Its waste sim and very poor network connections.

Very bad service is given by aircel by our localitty in some days about 4-6 days no network in our area and company could't solving it and customar have faceing huge problems in my point of view aircel is not as well as other company and I desidet to port it to anather network the worst network of india.company should have to solve this problem.if they don't do this then aircel company will closed.

Aircel is very bad networking operator.beacause 1st thing it don't have 4g network and data and download problems in smart phones.no towers in some cities thats why it takes help from another network like idea, reliance.And do not works properly when I need to do important work.they should improve their network and signal problem in many cities.customer care takes call but they even talks very nicely.some time they do not solve the problems.and takes many different reasons.

Hi friends, I am using Aircel for past five years.

Nowadays I am totally disappointed.

Without my knowledge some services are activated and they are taking amount in main balance. If I didn't check my balance it will go daily. I have faced many times like this problem. Suppose I want to make emergency call . That time it won't go. Then only I know balance gone.

To deactivate also they are charging. Its irritation. They are not providing any good offers. It's waste of money and they are cheating us. So I plan to change to any other network. The customer service is not good. They won't respond properly.

Nowadays I am not having balance high. I am keeping minimum balance also sometimes.

Network coverage is not good. If signal gone means again we have to wait to get a signal. Its not user friendly. So , I am not recommended others to buy. Thanks for reading my review.

Very poor network. I used it atlest 5 years, high rates and poor 3g quality in some areas. If I have last option to use Aircel I'm stop using mobile or computer I'm gonna suicide, if you gonna to think which network is best then first and last and that is Airtel it is the best network.

Aircel is very good company it's recharge are not too costly poor people can have words for the early charges but our system block Aircel why is very good but they have not for ji its not meaning they can not survive the network people are there for four g system has taken action we wed rebuild there channels really requested for other system to take back Aircel

I have been using Aircel from 2010. It is the only network that I can afford then because rest are quite costly to bear other network operators sim card. since then up-to the arrival of 4G in India it worked better but after that it never upgraded its network I do not know the reason why. But as a user I found its network weaker in village areas where I have to walk for finding a network. that was most awkward feeling or me.

When comes to its bearing cost its tolerable that means not too expensive and will not empty your pocket.

the customer service is at your hand means we can own resolve our issues by dialing some codes such as for any type of deduction from account, do not disturb service. also 198 works quite good and we do not have to wait too much.

but when I comes to my basic need the internet its not good or we can say below average. The connection is so slow that it show buffering even when I play the video on 360P. When comes to downloading it take 8 to 10 minute to download a 5MB mp3. So in comparision with 4G its too far.

Aircel name will be heard by almost all people. I have used the Aircel sim for approximately 1 month, and if I talk about my personal experience with Aircel mobile operator, then it's very bad. Consumers of any mobile operator need good network service, best Internet service, and cheap plans. But Aircel does not have good network and better services.

If you talk about Aircel network service, then there are good networks available in few cities and places. One more thing that I feel bad in Aircel is the bad call sound quality. Reasons for fewer network or sudden networking is cut due to calls sometimes. If you talk about the customer care service, If you call the customer care more than 5-6 times a day because of any complaints or other reason, then the customer care executive then does not take your calls after that. This has happened to me as well.

In Aircel rural areas, it's network is so bad that there is no network.

I think Aircel should try to improve its network service should be upgraded, so that they can provide great services to the customers.

Hello friends today I want to share my experience of using the simcard of Aircel. I bought that sim last month and believe I really think today why I bought it because it is the worst network provider in comaparison to all mobile operators its network are very disappointing factor. And when you call to the customer care executive they not give the proper answer or resolve the problem.

I bought it for using it as a primary sim but today I think it is not worth for secondary sim. The charges and billings are the only pus point of this but the network is the biggest issue that's why I do not refer any body to buy the aircel sim or use it. Because it is the worst network provider. And it is the biggest mistake of your life to buy it Thank you.

I have use aircel sim and some time I have seen that the network is showing in the network bar and switch on my data it also on easliy on but when I open my browser or facebook it give me a notification on my screen that there is no Internet connection and than I have to wait 10 to 15 minute and after that I use my internet servise.

I have been using Aircel since 2009 and its almost 9 years now. The beginning stages if aircel were fine. As company grow , their focus shoulf be on expanding their services rather expanding themselves by just focusing on getting more and more customers.

For the Past 11 months im faving terrible network issues with Aircel and I have given tons and thousands of complaints through call , mail and personal as well.

The signal bar I get inside my house is just 1 or 2 bars and the internet speed for which I pay is said to be 3G which is not equivalent to even 2G.

I pay Rs 349/- and get unlimited calls, data of 1GB per day and inspite of tryjng to browse the whole day , 75% of the data is left. Reason ? Page doesn't load and one could'nt use the internet.

With so many complaints and so many appellate mails , the response I get from the team is that there is no network in that location and they cannot do anything about it.

Well, even I cannot do anything about it. I was sentimentaly connected with Aircel , but now I have to move on as a customer or I will get duped forever.

A request to aircel , please either close the operations or focus on providing better ones. When so many networks work fine in the same location , efforts must be taken to consider the importance of a customer.

Do the needful. Im planning to port tomorrow.

Will miss the Good Aircel days. #pocketinternet

Hi friends iam using Aircel sim.Aircel network lot of offers providing.iam taken Sims in Jodi offer.Both Sims outgoing are free.i felt very happy.In metro cities the Sims are very useful.Last time iam going village for Pongal celebrstions.no network in village n also recharge cards r not avalible.now it's iam facing new problem in metro city when iam call to another state mobile number it tells technical issue very time telling like that n in urgency also iam facing technical problem .

I was using Aircel network for around 4 years. It had good network in the initial stage but gradually it decreased if I moved to any other places. It had good network only in some areas. The network became worst some months ago. Call couldnt be placed properly and the internet speed was just damn irritating. And the worst part was, aircel didnt upgrade to 3g/4g. Customer service is very bad, didnt help me out with any of my network issues. So I had to switch my network

Today I am going to tell You about my experience about aircel .

Nearly 2 years ago When there was no 4G in India.I used to use the Aircel Sim Beacuse of his cheap rates and fine network.Then the usual data packs used to be 1 GB/ month.And the aircel 1 GB packs were cheapest.

I used to buy a new sims in 99 rupees in which they offer 1 GB per month and 20 rupees talktime.It gives me the network speed nearly 100 to 150 kbps which was a good speed at that time.Calling rates were 8 kb/sec but it always tells you ( the number you are trying to speak you is busy at the moment ) .
