Last month one of my friend told me to port your idea sim to Aircel as secondary sim because I have already using jio as primary and I am not such familiar with aircel network and their call rate so I decided not to port, to buy a new sim of aircel because porting is not the solution.
Within the week it starts creating problem such as call drop, networking, automatic subscribe to vas(value added service) etc.
one day I was surprise to see my whole balance is deducted, I don't know for what so I tried to contact to customer care but every time I tried it tells our customer executive are busy please try later.
they I gave the sim to my sister and next day she told me her balance deducted continuously as they were charging for internet uses but the data connection remained off all the time because every one in our house has jio so why we use bad internet network.
charges are quiet effective instead it also offers rate cutter offer, it is useful for people want cheaper calls as the internet speed is too worse.
customer service is not good and they still need lots of improvement
I don't know how lots of people uses such kind of worse network.
I am not happy with them and their services
