Now what I am saying of this item. I mean look it that. its totally disagree item. useless speed. useless charging. even useless support. and what we think? if you want quality laptops. then visit HP. apple. etc.

first of all see peoples reviews then see specifications. after then decide what you want.

personally saying I didn't recommended for you.

I bought a toshiba laptop to care camping with us! Big mistake!!!!!  I hadn't even download a program on it and it boot up real slow and would shut down slow. Then it stop charging and I called Toshiba and they said send it back and I send  it back but I had to pay for shipping and it was still under warranty.

Well they fix the charging problem but didn't fix the  booting problem or it getting to hot.  Its on it way back to Toshiba for the second time and I still dont look for it to be fixed. I ask what was going to happen when it run out of warranty and they still hadn't fix it and I got a run around of course.

I paid good money for a PIECE OF TRASH!!! So dont waste  your money in a Toshiba product at all.  Never will I buy a toshiba again at all of any product

I haven't had this toshiba laptop no time and I had to send it back for repairs and it hadn't been used ten times.  They said it was the programs I download but I hadn't even  download any!  It way to slow starting and it get hot real fast plus the battery doesn't last very long at all.

So now it is on its way back to toshiba for the second time for repair and I ask what is going to happen when warrant run out and they still hadn't got it fixed and I got a run around on that.  I had to pay for shipping it back to them and it was still under warrant.  I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from toshiba at all.  I am sending it back the second time for the same problem.

They didn't fix it the first time so I doubt they will fix it this time.  I WASTE MY MONEY, so please dont do the same.
