Customer service centres also available every where. 360 series of HP is multi coloured range, choose color according your requirements. This series is intel core series and RAM min 4gb available. So this product is so good.

Hello Guys Today I am writing review on this laptop after used it for 10 months.This laptop is not worth For the money.We see that the price of the laptop is very high.But if we check for the quality and performance of this laptop.Then we find that this is not worth at this price point.

This laptop have many disadvantages like below:

( 1) Lack of user-friendly interface-First but not last disadvantage is that lack of users interface.This laptop interface is not good as the previous version of Window and its very difficult to operate sometimes so many tabs are open without any reason.This is so irritating.

( 2) None of provide user satisfaction: This laptop failed to give the user satisfaction.This laptop built quality is also very bad.If we talk about the reliability of the laptop which is also bad because there is so much errors in the window of this laptop.

( 3) Worth For money: This laptop is totally wastage of the money instead of the value for the money.As this laptop have lots of disadvantages according to advantages.This is very bad for such brand.

( 4) About Customer Satisfaction: This laptop not provides any customer satisfaction.Only one part is good service support at least they care about their customers and help us to find the solution of the problems.

It was a sad news for me , my new hp laptop pavilion 360 notebook's screen is broken.

I don't know what happend,

touch is not working properly.

be careful at the time of purchasing this laptop.

it proves that there is no quality for this item.

so I requesting all of you people beware when u purchasing this item.

Hello guys! you all are familiar with laptops.all love technology.here is  a product that wil fulfil your desire.it is a nice laptop that wil enable you to do multitasking and gaming etc.

it can rotated 360 degree without any compession.hp providing a good origin for the laptops

this laptop have many advanced features like 4gb ram and integrated graphica and its slim touch enables us to use this lappy as also a tablet.the price is also fair.so I think its a good laptop with that features and with a fair price.so I love this laptop.

if you are interested in this hp laptops you can also buy this. this of of two types actually.one of them is ram 4gb and another one is ram 8 gb .it may vary cost.these laptops are around at a cost of 40000-50000 .so for its features it  is a addorable price.so if u want it buy at amazon.

Hii.i am share my think and experience with hp pavilion 360 laptop.the hp pavilion 360 is so much faster then other budget 2 in 1 that its almost not a fair fight.you get a powerful intel processor and solid battery life in highly  flexible  design.

Most other system in this class make due a slower Pentium CPU. however, a couple of issue keep this convertible from rising to the ranks of an Edi-tores choices.

This laptop has good configuration specially 8gb RAM. RAM is specially good for gaming and high quality videos. HP pavilion 360 series is a new series of HP laptops. Its keypad pattern is very good in looking. It's camera quality is very compare to other company laptops like dell etc.

HP resolved this issue after raising below concern. I have purchased this laptop from Jarirbook store in Saudi Arabia and Jarirbook store refused to support to resolve HP laptop issue and nearest HP service center is 500 Kms. HP asked Jarir to take this laptop and send back to HP service centre(free of cost) to fix the issue. After this, Jarir agreed that they are responsible to provide service during warranty period. Basically, Jarirbookstore is also not reliable and they are not keeping their words.

I have purchase HP Laptop - Pavilion 13-a200nx I5-5200(Serial number: 5CD5066KSH) from Jarirbookstore - Yanbu(Saudi Arabia) about 6 months back. First time I have purchased HP product, this is my mistake to purchase worst quality HP product and will definitely not repeat in future due to no customer service even during WARRANTY period.

Battery of this laptop drains from 100% to 0% within 20 mins and switched off suddenly. i.e. This laptop is useless within 6 months of usage. I have contacted customer service(Middle East), they have only three service centers in Saudi Arabia. Nearest is 500 Kms and that needs to be visited during working hrs. so practically not possible to visit service center. Another option is to send laptop thro courier and pay 1000 Riyal as courier charges for 2500 Riyal product to get it service from HP service center even during WARRANTY period.

I have contacted warranty support, customer service, executive team but no response from anyone of them. I have contacted HP Forum and did few test as suggested by them but found that battery is very weak within 6 months of use.

Basically, I am struggling since last 1 month. I am completely frustrated with such worst quality HP product with no customer service.
