Compaq V6112AV

Dear Friends I have an HP-compaq laptop whose motherboard has gone off. The serial number of the service case is 2604089308. Since it is in the warranty period we have given it to Simtech Computronics(P) Ltd for repair since 14 Nov 2008. Can you believe this! There is still no word on when will it get repaired. To add insult to injury there is no sense of responsibility on the side of customer care staff. Just call at 022-67260005/6/2/67260022 and see how they respond at Simtech. HP Complaints at 080-25041020 is even worse. It hardly sounds like a company which makes technology products. I would be least bothered about how they sound if they got the work done. I am choosing to strongly discourage everyone I know from buying HP Laptops. Next time I will record the conversation on my mobile and upload that too. What a laughing stock HP has become in my friend's circle? HP stands for Helpless People.
