I set an appointment to get there services. The appointment was for 12 till 4 installation person showed up at about 7 pm. After waiting all day he said not being the stuff to install it. He said he would be back in the morning between 930 and 10 am. No phone call and no sign of him showing up. Was not to happy. So we cancelled. Major let down....

I am going to share my review and experience with Wi5 - Wireless Broadband. I have been used this broadband for six months. At first when I bought this connection, I had been with speed internet connection. But for last one month it's very poor. Now the speed is much decreased. It's waste. My works are mostly based on this internet connection. I was much disappointed with their service. Their customer care service executives are not responding proper. Some times the calls are not connected. So don't believe them and don't buy their connection
I want to share my experience with this broadband service. I am using this broadband service in my home last one year for personal use. I was so happy with this broadband internet service connection. This broadband price is not so much high and its speed and service both are sufficient for me. This company home service is very good but I disappoint with this slow network connection and sometimes face slow speed issue with a long time. Its network is very week and sometimes show undefined network on my laptop.
If you want to use this service, please follow few points.
Check it service in your area and chose the good plan.
Keep all customer care number.

I brought broadband connection from Pondicherry office. Internet connection was not working..when I dialed the customer care toll number it says "Check your number" I was totally shocked ... the toll free number which is printed in the pamphlet was not working..
When I try to reach the local office number...all the mobiles are switch off....I have never seen such a worst service in my life.....such waste of money! My advice don't ever buy this connection.
I am using wi5 at Bangalore. Its is working in only week days not in week ends. All the customer care numbers are switched off and the office is also relocated some where else.. There is no way to get any information about this problem.

Guys has lost their money in this wi5 by hiring peoples and contract workers unwantedly, and now they realized it was difficult to maintain everything by them so the next plan was to give franchise to local operators and make them the management, which will definitely profit everyone including the subscribers, all the settlements will be done within a month or two, so be patient and the remaining validity of your connection will also be given back by company, this was the latest news I got from a guy who was very close to the zylog management south india.
My wi 5 connection is not working since a month onwards and I have 2 month validity also.
There is no wi 5 office in my home town.
All of them resigned their jobs insufficeient with salaries given by you so please take us problem seriously and rectify our problem in my town no wi 5 user is getting internet so please solve our problem
I have been a customer for the past one year, This is the first time facing lot of problem from WI5. My broadband not working for the past one month. I tried customer care more then 100 times no response and tried contacting local branch (Coimbatore), the office is not exist now. I paid 2 month membership, but not received anything.
Are they going to close their service as many of them are facing the same problem ?
I am using this Wi5 connections for past 3 years , the customer support and connection was outstanding at very cheap rate .But for past 2 months the customer support has been closed and many servicemen said that the company is closed..So the problem now is the company is shut down.

wi5 Broadband services is one of the biggest frauds that I have ever seen. they dont respond to their customers.customer care number -1800 3000 05**and office no.
At medavakkam- 9344919 which are given is completely dead. the internet connection is down dead for almost 15 days til now from 14jun13 am not even able to contact them by directly visiting their city office at medavakkam which is closed almost for a week. These frauds got my money for the worst internet connection which is slower than a tortoise. but that doesn't matter but for the past 15 days there is no internet connection..i kindly request who ever the authority is to take necessary action on these frauds.
Why the network is disabled for sometimes please check the problem from Guntur area so I have suffered with a lot of problems recently it did not work for 2 weeks so be careful about the network.
I bought the zylog Wi5 a year ago in Maraimalai nagar. Speed is Excellent. The speed will not decrease at any situation but there is some problem with their customer service. Service was good untill last week.
No internet. So I tried to call customer care. No response from their side, either it is busy or keeps on ringing.
While I checked for the local office, they have closed the office 5 months back. So I get chengalpattu Wi5 number from my friend. First time a person spoke, I told about the problem. He told that they cant identify the problems.
From the second time I am calling, till now the phone keeps on ringing. I straight away went to chengalpattu office today. They assured me that they will solve the problem within 2 day.
Lets see whether they solves the problem by tomorrow. I called the zylog systems at sholonganallur, but there is no response. I mailed to all e-mail address mentioned in the website. No response from any one.
What an worst customer service. If they didn't solve my problem in one or 2 days, I am going to fight with chengalpattu office and will get back my recharge amount.
Finally net is working today @ medavakkam . All check from your end . Its been more than 2 weeks we suffered and now it has happened. It seems WI5 will increase the validity days for 15 days extra
This is the worst Internet service provider I ever had in my life. I am from Kurukshetra, Haryana. My Internet connection disconnect is not working for two weeks and customer care not answering any call. F**K this company.
I have been Wi5 broadband in Chennai for the past few months. The service is completely shutdown from 31/5/13, we tried calling the customer care phone number 1800 3000 0555 mentioned on the website but no response , tried sending email mentioned in website but there is no response. Tried visiting the T.Nagar office mentioned in the website but there is no such location currently they have removed the address in the website. I have incurred huge loss without internet and also they have taken the money. I hope others also are suffering from this problem. Finally I called the number 91 44 3915 7000 mentioned in Zylog website and the person picked up after 3 days but he said wi5 is seperate but I fought with him that Wi5 and Zylog belong to the same group and you are responsible and he agreed gave the number of the customer care manager 9380994597, I also tried calling the manager number but there is simply no response he disconnecting the call. Is this a genuine company? where is our money? where is the service? All guys please join as a team and let's fight to get our money back.
I am from Medavakkam in Chennai city. From my experience don't go with wi5. If you pay extra 100 or 200rs for other service provider you will get good speed, reliable service.
Here the person name Mr.Saravanan managing all the things. They have very very poor customer service. He is not always picking the phone. If you are complaint directly they are not responded. They will look like you a alien. They will always say "server is down" again and again. Then why they running this service.
Another person named Mr.Kamal. He is the responsible for giving connection and issue resolver. If you first called him he will respond quietly. But next time if you call from same number he never picks up. That much of intelligence he have.
So if you need a good and reliable connection don't go with zylog (wi5). These two guys are making making my life hell for the past two days.
So guys in Medavakam don't go with wi5. This was my experience.
I had subscribed for 1 year plan used it for 6 months, Currently from past 2 months I am not getting the broadband service in Chennai.
Last time when I had inquired from the broadband center had got the information that there was some bill pending to pay by this company to its service provider.Will this company is closed or are there any serious issue ? Even customer care number is not working. Is anyone having any idea why is it so.

I am customer from your Gujarat circle in Gandhinagar city. I had opted for 5 months pack + 2months free pack just 2 months back.
There was a problem of speed from very beginning, I tried many times to contact customer care, every time it was said that engineer will come and resolve the issue . After a day engineer calls me and says that the issue was from the tower and it will gets resolved.
And after a month no one was receiving phone. I tried to contact regional office in No 114 1st Floor, Info Tower -I, Infocity Airport Road, Near Indroda Circle, Gandhinagar - 382007 but it was closed.
I tried calling following numbers which are also switched off.No one is receiving phone on toll free numbers, now from the last Friday my internet connection is totally down.
Can anyone let me know what action should I take against it ?
