Reliance Broadnet Broadband

Hi friends I use Reliance Broader Broadband. It's wast of my time purposefully do not terminate connection after you tell them to. He is least concerned it seems. Reliance management is only believed in top line and hence service deteriorated is acceptable as long as profit margins maintained. It takes a minimum of 15-20 days to service any request . The customer care is not technically sound and have no other responses except I am sorry . I would not recommend reliance broadnet broadband to anybody.

Sad state of affairs. Do not go for Reliance.

By the way you have only the call center to address the issues. There is no way you can contact anybody to resolve any issue.

It is horrible.

Believe me. DO not go for them.

I had a horrible time dealing with reliance broadband services in Chennai as well as in Gurgaon. Despite paying the plan amount well in advance there is no promise about the services. Generally reliance used to take a place on rent to put its server in the area where they want to distribute their connections. In my case it happened that reliance itself was not paying the rent and that owner has switched off the server and locked the room for three months. I was amazed when I contacted the local office and came to know that they already know that but cudn't do anything as the rent payment will get released by higher authority. Lol. I followed the trail and reached upto one lady who was responsible for my area and asked for refund. They didn't refund but adjusted my money in the coming months plan. Pathetic.

Very bad service provided reliance broad band connection, I want to suggest to every do not set up reliance connection for internet.at home every customer only say mam technical issues problem. and your complaint put on highlighting into top . and no response . every customer call us after 48 hr your internet wiil be continue . and no response . very cheap services. only every customer say same line to client. rta rtaya gyan batre hai .?

Often goes out of service. speed is ok ok but requires customer login each time you connect to reliance broadband. Will surely not recommend to anyone. very poor user experience for me in gurgaon. There are better service providers available in the market.

I am using reliance broadband and speed is okey only when its working. Its out of order frequently and nobody takes care even after repeated follow ups. You call them mail to appellate authorities or tweet them they are Imprudent like dead. Its been more then 7 days my connection is not working I have not even received a mail or call to acknowledge the problem forget about resolution. worst customer service ever experienced.

I am forced to give reliance one star because mouthshut won't let me rate lower than that.

This is by far the worst internet I have ever used. It is down most of the time. Despite the high speed on paper, websites take too long to load. Other than that, customer satisfaction is poor. It takes a minimum of 15-20 days to service any request. The customer care is not technically sound and have no other responses except "I am sorry". I would not recommend reliance broadband to anybody.

Reliance attracts customers with amazing broadband offers. Tariff will be very cheaper! sales executive will be very promising! For sure we will get a connection too. then it starts. for first month customer service will be awesome, response and problem resolution will be ASAP. Starting frm second month different problems starts knocking u:(

especially in weekends, reliance broadband will be on weekend off!:) I meant "internet sucks, and it will get resolved on monday or tuesday" no wavier will be provided for 72hrs loss of connectivity! which will be a twist that will be revealed by one of the wavier department tele caller.

Another twist here is, Reliance have its own policies most probable might have written by AMBANI's which will bang the customers minds for sure when u listen to them. these policies will come into picture

Poor customer service executives will get blamed and they have to listen to all the abuses we shout!

Prefer reliance broadband connection only if you have good number of abusive words to shout at customer care. Also a lot of patience to bear with the connectivity issues which interrupts you every 5 minutes:) and some video games and good number of movies installed in your PC that helps you every weekend, cause reliance wont provide internet atleast 2 to 3 weekends for a month. So just think before u act dear netigens! happy browsing!

I have experienced such a good speed internet after I migrated to reliance, but it gives us worst service . whats good with 10 mb/s for 10 days and rest of the days no connection and to pay full amount of money. I raised so many complaints about this but they never rectified it but always charhe full money to pay. They have no great intentons for their customers . I recommend other networks to you people. Hey friends, today I just want to share my views most popular firm in india RELIANCE. I am using reliance broadband service from past 3 months.

As, at intial internet speed is very good but with the passage of time, the speed is declining. But still I like that average speed nearly 1mb, because of cheap rates and presence in remote areas.

Moreover customer service support is very helpful in every type of problem. Moving on, I like the multiple offers provided by reliance every month to the users

Hello Friends today I tell you about one of my experience in last year.i use this relience brondband.

The service of this company is very bad.there is no speed relience.the highest speed is only 500 kb.so I don't trust on relience.the connection problem is very high in the rainy season.the connection is very bad in villages.when I go to village last time there is no calling network and the internet is out of service. After rainy season the service is lost for few days.so I suggest you don't use relience brodband.

I choose this broadband without advice.

this is my mistake.

broadband speed is very slow. somtime pages not open because of reliance broadband. max download speed is only 200-300 kb only. spped not come in mega bite.

when rain is coming net speed is drain to 0. internet is not work.

in rain season connection break after sometime. in normal days connection can't connect sometime.

coustmer support is also poor they can't hear me.

so don't choose reliance broadnet broadband.

I am using Reliance Broadnet Broadband internet services. My plan is of 1 mbps speed unlimited through out the month but the speed is never 1 mbps. Mostly my internet is not in working condition and I have to keep making calls for complaining because the local authorities will never resolve any of your issue. Payment of the bill is done online and even if there is a problem in their website and payment failed, they will charge Rs. 100 penalty on you for late payment charges. The height of such bad attitude was shown at the level best when my connection was off for more than 3 months, I kept complaining but they keep excusing that there is a cable cut problem in your area, we are resolving within 48 hours. That 48 hours turned into 3 months and they charged me the bill of Rs. 2000 with all the penalities sentencing that I am defaulter and I haven't paid the bill yet.

I wasted my most of the precious time on calls discussing with their customer care representative that my connection is not working than why will I pay this bill for? But they just want money, they kept saying 'pay this amount, your connection will be started! They never consider any waiver amount either.

You can never rely on the service support of Reliance broadnet broadband services. They will misled and misguide you. One thing they can do perfectly is calling you 100 times before the DUE DATE to pay the bill amount. Speed is not the same they mention during connection time.

Hello friends I want share my experience about Reliance Broadnet it is not comfortable when we are using this net so it is not usefulness to download any thing like when we are download what's app images it will slow download and videos are browsing also very much slow it is bad network it is not give up to use this network so this is only the normally uses like facebook are what's app for chatting only with this Reliance network

Speed of ISP Connection : the internet connection is not good the connection will lose we can download any thing we can lose the connection between the downloading so it is not comfortable

Connection Reliability : when we go villages we lost the Realince Borband connection it will not give a perfect connection reliability

Service and Support : the Realince Borband Service is not bad friends it will be give their more hard work to get a good connection service to coustmer support

Now a day relience is popular but some problems are evolved in this, I uave a relience broadnet broadband but it not work proprlly.

I went to contect with customer care center but they not give responce and I am very tried this type of facilites.

they increase the data rate price and give very low spped network.

some time there network not come properly and many of time there internet service provider not conect and facing the installion problem.

some time they give large bill to customer and very costly price with compare to other company broadband services.

the service of wifi range is very low and not connect many user for this.
