'The worst of worst connection ever', from the day I installed till now every single day connection has issues. In the plan of 50mbps they are providing a speed of 10-11 mbps max or even 2-3mbps at night, and from 30 days in a month the internet remains down for about 10-13 days, called the customer care so many times, filed a number of complaints but no action will taken ever. Every time they will say sir please wait we will resolve the issue as soon as possible, but they are smart a$ people without taking any action they close the complained as the issue is fixed. Its been a year since I am facing these issues, if I had another option to change my ISP, I already thrown this fuking modem and their wires straight into them.
Talking about the last Friday i.e. 5th July, there is heavy rain and wind in this area. So the wires in our area get damaged or broke, then the connection stopped working. Next day I called them I filed a complained about the problem. But today i.e Sunday, at 8 PM I called them again they said the same'Sir your complained is already registered please wait for 12 working hours'.
means WTF how much time they will need to fix the wires, are the retarded of something or what?
Then I called a local worker who works for Nextra for fixing connections and wire related issue in our area, 'he said sir the wires in the area is totally damaged and the company is not providing any new wires to replace the broken once'.
As all of this,
They will never going to resolve any of your issue.
They will never take any series action against your issue.
and I wise I could give them zero rating.
