I RECENTLY UPGRADED TO WIN 10 AND FOUND THAT I COULD NOT USE THIS USB DONGLE ANYMORE SINCE LAVA HAS NO UPDATES FOR THEIR PRODUCTS AND THE DRIVER SUPPLIED WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WIN 10.
THE OLD WIN 7 DRIVER WOULD NOT WORK ON COMPATIBILITY MODE.
I CONTACTED LAVA SUPPORT BY EMAIL. IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM VIA PHONE.
THEY REPLIED AFTER 2 WEEKS BY EMAIL AND THEN CALLED ME UP.
THEY FIRST TOLD ME THAT WIN 10 WAS NOT YET LAUNCHED.
WHEN I INSISTED IT WAS INDEED LAUNCHED SEVERAL MONTHS AGO, THEY TOLD ME THAT WHEN I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT, I WAS AWARE THAT IT DID NOT SUPPORT WIN 10.
THAT WIN 10 WASNT IN EXISTENCE THEN AND THAT ALL GOOD MOBILE PHONE COMPANIES PROVIDE SOFTWARE UPDATES ON THEIR WEBSITES SEEMED TO FALL ON DEAF EARS.
TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THEY FOLLOWED UP THE PHONE CALL WITH THIS EMAIL

ALL LAVA PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP AND OFFER SPECS BEYOND THEIR PRICE RANGE, BUT WHAT ONE MUST REALISE IS THAT QUALITY IS SEVERELY COMPROMISED.
I HAVE A LAVA IRIS PHONE WHICH OFTEN HANGS AND WHOSE TOUCH SCREEN IS VERY UNRESPONSIVE .
I HAVE THIS USB DONGLE WHICH IS NOW USELESS TO ME AS LAVA WILL NOT SUPPLY AN UPDATED DRIVER.
BUY LAVA PRODUCTS ONLY IF YOU ARE PREPARED FOR EXTREME SHORT TERM USE AND FOR NO SUPPORT ABSOLUTELY FROM THE CO.
