Idea Broadband

When big business conglomerate like Birla group can have company like IDEA under his umbrella then it should really worry about its brand image.

I can read others in forum reviewing the speed etc but for me the first step itself made me loathe about IDEA.

They took 6900 rs from me for broadband connection in Pune, and later I  was informed that  they can not provide connection in my building. I asked specifically if they can provide connection while submitting the document and depositing the money, and IDEA person sai YES.

Worst part is I am following up with every contact available and still not getting proper response when I will get my money back.

I do not think so that you have any idea that you had got connection of idea broadband.

No I totally hate its support and its speed. I was unaware of the problem caused by idea network but now I am fully used to it but till which time you would.

I too disconnected from idea network. On the name of providing one mb ps they just joke and when you wish to talk to customer care you are directed too badly. Means you are fiving many false reasong or may be it is truth that their access is too bad and their system is not able to update information.

I have been using idea broadband for last six months.It is nice connection than before I used.

Download speed is good and not buffering any videos on youtube  with 420p.fast response for any problem occuring on connection.It is reliable and downloading speed is 1mbps.

Monthly I got 25gb data and after completing my data also is maintaing good speed.I never seen like this after completed data also its downloading speed is 672kbps.

Idea broadband is really best servic provider.

I am basically from Delhi and I have been using it  since 1 year.

Its speed is too good they told us You receive 2 mbps speed and it's good. I have also suggested to my friends and they're also using it since long. Believe me at least you should try at least once, just to compare.

My experience with "Idea Broadband" is almost befor one and a half year ago and I am going share it with you all.

At that time almost before 2-3 year there is no much popular Broadband service provider company was available as I have to go gor Idea broadband service and I also want say about their network connections, which is very poor those days.

So I have decide to go for Idea Broadband and and got the connection for it. I used it almost just for two months because there is no such speed they provide as well as there is no such good service by their engineers.

So I had a bad experience with this company I my past so I don't want to go for it now as I have lots of option available for Broadband.

Hi Friends, Idea Broadband service is the worst service I had seen, I am waiting for the idea representative to visit my place since 10days for collecting my documents and advance payment. I had called him many times however Mr. Ganesh have no time to come to my place and gives false commitments every time. His number is 9764559791. In the beginning the service is so poor and below standard when the customer have to wait for the broadband service to start. I will advise NEVER GO FOR IDEA BROADBAND SERVICE. I don't know how reluctant the technical service will be if the marketing is so poor .Please don't go for idea broadband connection and advise your friends also.

Idea servises give only good servises for internate but in that also they give some pop ups on some apps and that pop ups by mistakaly opened by user they start and activate directly make us to pay that permanant amount so that thing is so bad of idea network servis

Idea is the developing cpmpany now a days very fast.it compete better.i like its service very much.its speed, package, signals are good enough.its compete very well with other companies like reliance, vodaphone even with airtel guyz.its plan is very cheap.signals are god.i am thinking that it is the best internet servise provider.i used many other brands but I got many problems with them that about speed issue and many other problemsnow I bought idea broadbandprevious month.now I am very much sattisfied with this.i thankfull to my friends who told me to bought this broadband.It helps me in downloading my documents fast nd browsing as well.

I am using IDEA Broadband since last 3 Months now, The plan is of 2mbps speed and the speed I must say is Extremely good in NDA Road Pune area.

I would recommend this to everyone who Lives here and is seeking for a economical and reliable Internet service. There is a 2 mbps 20 GB plan for INR600+ S.T with free installation. on 3 month Bundled offer. after 20GB at 2 Mbps you can still user unlimited internet at 512 kbps.

These  people  said  that  they  are  giving  us  a  pack of   internet   but  the   did  not  .  The  just   waisted our  400  rs for nothing on calling them they were very rude and just  cut  off  on  my  face  this  was just  frustrating  I just recommend to not use it

I have been using idea sim for nearly 2 years I never got good internet speed it never receives 3G in our area and in many others in jaipur the customer support service is pathetic.

I had no clue about internet speed until I started using an airtel sim which is far more better it was whey more faster than my previous ISP. And really to be true IDEA SUCKS!

I have been using idea broadband service but the service provided by the company is really poor. It only works well in the night time.

In the day time I can not even send an email. I am totally frustrated by this broadband service. I have complained customer care person so many times and he often comes to check the setting but always the same problem.

When you hear idea you mind goes to think about idea telecom fast internet speed , cheap call rates and lots of things which we seen in ads or tv commerical.

but the real life is not like same I agree it gives you better speed in 3g but most of city and town has no 3g internet yet. and idea 2g speed is so poor. and the best thing about idea is it gives you so many fake calls and services calls. every half and one hour .

I was also a idea costumer but after purchasing the sim I got so many fake or unknown calls on my number and company calls and massages all day. I started dnd to stop this but there was no change .thats why I was so angry to have this and I broke my sim.

so guys make your right decision to purchasing this network sim.

Idea is now days providing very slow 2g internet services.

Even after calling idea customer care they just try to influence us to buy 3g plan .now they have been increase the price of internet plan still its working slow.using some fast and lite browsers results are same and even u can see in this image its downloading at 2kbps

Hello friendz today I m going to tell uh about mah personal experience about IDEA network provider. I m using IDEA sim from last 9 years.

I want to tell uh that till now I didnt face any network related issues in my idea number. I have feel that its data pack charges n call charges are less than others. I was using 2G data pack of 199 for 3  years continous but in that I was never disappointed as aircel  did.Now  idea gives me every week 50 mb of 2G data for  free.And I swear I m not joking. I hope in future Idea give better network lyk now.

At the time of installation I paid for three months to avoid installation charges but after uses of one month I realise that paying for three months was my biggest mistake. It never connects continuous and disconnect frequently. After every 1-2 hrs speed goes down. Main problem is that it never ever connects on Sundays. It’s like it is a holiday for them. I complained about it regularly. Even after every 3-4 days I need to complain them about connectivity and speed, they used to register complaint and sent their engineer at home. But biggest problem is that his working hrs was till 6 pm and my husband and mine were 7pm. We have managed that by taking leave from office but result is hell. 2-3 times it was down for 3-4 days continuous and we can’t manage leave from office to attain their engineer so there was no internet for 3-4 days and this happened 2-3 times. One time when I registered complaint their engineer came, he spend almost 2 to 3 hrs at home to recover the problem. At that time it was solved and speed shows 2mbps and next day again speed was down. At the time of installation they promise 2mbps till 15gb and then 512 but actual it is not more than 1mbps and after 15 gb it never goes more than 150-200 kbps. It is really irritating. We also asked to nearby Idea users if they are facing the same problem. They are same frustrated like me.

Idea data service is good but price high in data plan.but. Service good but some urban area singal weak so data using facing problem data plan to customer use you service not good in data service.error isssues I dont use in dongle I have because speed not good.

Yes while going complaint not idea employee not listening to our problem some area not work your data and speed too worst then other service provider so don't buy this product.

Idea broad band Sales team are Making customer fools.

Idea broad band sales people cheated me like anything,

Hi all this is painful experience with the idea broad band people who they are make me like to drink ocean water,

I have paid for idea broad band new connection with 6 month subscription installation Rs.4600/-+, Amount, after that I have seen about broadband more reviews badly, and then I had contacted the team and cancelled Installation,

After that the two members of Idea sales MAnasultanger and sales senior executive visited my home and requested to continue wit the installation and they promised me that they provide Two(2) more months subscription and good service, in the sense totally 8 months of subscription, but  my subscription got disconnected after the 6 months subscription with bad service, then I am trying contact 100+ times to the person of sales mAnasultanger who had requested me to get install no one is responded, finally my connection got activated,

After these I had contact the customer care center 18008331111.The people informed that they will take care of it, and they will revert me back 24h/r, but 10 days completed no one is responded.

If you are going to buy your internet Broadband connection then don't choose idea Broadband. As per my experience these problem faced by me.

Internet connectivity is not good of idea Broadband.

Its sending and receving speed of data is not as per mention.

Always it has signal problem and has problem of cut connectivity and buffring.

It has not good customer care service.

So I recommend that you should not buy it.

I am using this broadband connection I brought this connection six month and before its working fine up to 2 months but after that it start creating problem when we are connected to Internet sometimes it said that your Internet connection is limited we are using a thousand rupees plan which provider 70 GB off data at the rate of 2 mbps after that 1 MBPS for unlimited use.

But even though our plan is active speed is low we are 5 members connecting with this WiFi connections and I also not able to access YouTube in 240p. We contact the customer care regarding our problem they said that the executive will come and solve the issue . At every 5 to 6 same problem occur.
