I recently by this idea simcard it not give network as much I want to use in my phone sometimes it just show network when we call anyone it just tells no signal to reach .

Sometimes it good but after it is not normal the data is slow

I not get as much setisfaction as much I think about idea simcard

I use sim only 6 days and I am bored

I have been using this ISP for about 2 years now.I purchase idea sim with my samsung smartphone.I don't call every time so chose for a prepaid sim.I got it activated in about 4 days.Now in the starting I got excellent bandwidth and great speeds.Even the call quality was marvelous. I decided to keep this sim.But after 1 year got some problems starting.Calls were disconnecting automatically and price was deducted at rates if std charges even when called someone local.My complaint was registered and I was told that there was some problem in my sim.In within 2 working days I got my sim replaced with 4g capability. NO problem whatsoever. GREAT ISP BUT RATES ARE NOT CONSIDERABLE.

Guys I m using idea sim card. ther r some good things and also some bad things about this company I m using idea sim card since 8 years will traveling I like to take only idea sim cards because every where is range for it and also good internet speed for it.but recharge is more coatily of it of internet then all sim carda if this company gives recharge on loo cost it may be possible like jio sim card every one like to buy this sim carda becauae they have ther on stations at averywhere.idea sim cards r also good for range and internet speeds

After been abroad for almost 4 years enjoying really good broadband ( 60MBps virgin broadband) it was time for me to come back home . The first thing I did was search online for a good connection ( unlimited) since I watch lot of american and english series online. I was relly exicted regarding the TATA DOCOMO connection but they have yet to contact me regarding the connection ( almost 1 month) , so finally had to give in ( without proper knowledge or reviews ) and get myself a Idea wifi connection.

It took almost 5 days for me to get the connection, first you have to register online, then the sales teams will make a call and come to your home for check fesability

I just brought idea broadband from very first day I am suffering from slow speed I am having 4mbps plan even though I cant able to play youtube.

Wwhen I call customer care they always said everything is fine from our end I am really pissed off with this. My 2g is far brtter then this kind of broadband.

I have IDEA broadband connection from last few months my customer id is, I would say its my bad luck I stuck with these gays. very poor service. I am struggling from last one month to get my connection work.  I am sick and tired with their frequent disconnections due to powercuts and fibercuts. its absolutely frustrating.

I request you to not at all go for idea Broadband, better to call this as faltu faltu broadband. I have never never seen such irresponsible persons in my life.

In this boadband everybody is cheating the people starting from agent to customer care. heir usage plans are simply worst.

I opted for 6mbps plan and I am getting hardly 6kbps. When contacted customer care there is no response from them. Very much disappoint from such slow services. Not taking care of getting serve faster. Not connecting through the internet from last  days . Everytime same answer will be ok in 2 hrs from customer care. My work is pending and I am frustrated.

I got a new wired broadband connection in Pune. 2 mbps plan and paid for 3 months in advance. just after few days only I started having internet speed issue. many time the pages dont even open. One of the worst internet in PUNE. Since I had already paid for 3 months I had to continue but hardly use it because it was unusable. before end of 3 month I requested for end my service.Here are the info for reqeust.

Just midium network speed. Its speed 20kb of low and 300kb of high and avarage speed is 100kb to 200kb. This information maybe not correctly. So I will requests all of you that please first you confirm and then you buy this broadband.

Hello friends,now I'm going to review on the Idea broadband service provider. I am using this service from last three months and I feels that no one can beat Idea in the internet provider, it's all on my experience. I live in some remote area, from city and so it was a big question to getting internet access. I tried more than three service providers but no one was giving me right speed, so I turned to Idea hoping that it will give me right speed. And this happens with idea. Today I'm getting the highest speed upto 21 Mb/s. This is amazing speed,that I ever get from any internet service providers. I know that the rates of this plans are very high, but if you are professional,then it worth you. You can download or upload huge videos,movies in just few seconds. Whatever you work from internet,that means if you do home based online jobs, or if you are youtuber, or web designer or app developer,then it requires you a fast speed internet, which gets you from this. I will suggest you to buy this,if you can afford it's plans. But I'm damm sure that you will never dis-satisfy with it's service and speed. Thank you.

I have called and requested customer care to deactive my connection before 9 months back due to shifting somewhere else.

brodband connections emails are still comming avout the status and asking me pay the bills. even if I had already settaled all the pending due before requesting for deactivation.

I Have Used Every Connection And I Have Used An Connection Of Idea For 6 Months, As I'm Really Want To Get Rid Of My Last Network Operator, But I Didn't Aware About IDea Condition, Today In Terms Of Advertisement There Are Lot Of Banners, Advertisements About Its Good Network That Change My Mind To Go For Idea . But This Is My First And Last Idea Connection, I Will Never Go For It Again Due To Its Poor Network Services .

• The First Problem Which I Had Faced Is Its Network, It Is Only And Only Available On My House Balcony Or My Room Window, That Means I Cannot Use It In My House, And Forget About Internet The Network Which Camed In Balcony It Just For Making Call Not For Internet, Also Sometimes When I Make a Call My Voice Do Not Reach Where I Make That Call But I Was Charged For That Call, Sometimes When I Am On Call The Call Dissconnected And There A Pop Up Appears On My Phone Screen Network Failure. It Made Me Fed Up That I Can't Change My Number Everytime .

• Its Internet Service Is Also Not Good, When I Used Its 3G Internet It Is Giving Me The Speed Of 2G Sometimes And Also While Using 3g To 4G Convertibility From My Phone Option The Idea Operator Cuts My Mobile Data Which Is Ok As I Am Using It, But They Also Deduct My Balance, Also They Didn't Send Any Message Regarding Deduction At That Time.

• The One And Only Thing Which I Liked About Idea Is Its Low Recharges Price, Which Is Excellent . The Talktime, Bonus CarD, Internet Recharge, STD, And Various Offers Are Excellent And Comes To Top From Comparing To Other Companies .

• The Biggest Disadvantage If This Network Is Its Customer Service When I Called Them To Tell Them My Problem Of Deducting Balance Without Making Call Or Balance Is Deducting Exception Of Cutting Data From My Mobile . I Have Called Them 10 Times In A Day From The Last 1 Week To Register My Complaint Regarding Problem Of Balance Daily Rs 50 To 80 Has Deducted From My Balance, Sometimes Whenever We Need To Contact Customer Care It Hears That Network Is Busy, I Made Several Complaints No Body Want To Resolve It, They Just Registered My Complaint Everytime But Doesn't Resolve My problem .

As I Will Not Recommend It To Anybody As I'm Fed Up And Feeling Irritated By Changing My Number Again And Again, Also They Will Not Let you Portability Your Number Before 6 Months, And After Six Month They Will No Give You Permission To Portable Your IDea Number Into Other Operators Connection, As These Complany Only Want To Earn Profit, And Doesn't Care About Customer Relation.

It costs us high postpaid bills .it has slow mobile data connection, network problems are very high , every service of idea is worst for any network existence in this world.

I swear I never recommend any one for taking idea network , it some how gives us so much bill that you wouldnt even think of any worst cases.these idea people just play with customers and in return provides us worst services

I have previously used many network likes BSNL, aircel, vodafone. But from 3 years I am using idea network the service of idea is excellent. it also have calling rates at nominal rates. It has a wide area for its signal provider, very good internet speed, amazing internet quality.It works fast even in 2G also. According to me idea suits for all. It has best network.I would suggest you to go for idea as idea lives good coverage. It is helpful and always will be.

On 13th June I am porting my 75 offical no from Idea to some other network, but I got a call from idea officals that please staty with us and we are providing you an offer of call tariff and 3G Data i.e idea to idea 0.20p and other and Std 0.30 P for 90 days and 250 3G data every six months.

But none of the offer activated yet . I called 7-9 time for the same, they said our back-end team will call you in next 24 hrs. Now finally I move to other network.

IDEA is the best cellular company but has very costly plans(Not only for internet but calling plans are also too high compared to other)
