I was using this broadband from 4 month ago

I am working as financial advisor I had lot of work to do in internet so the speed of internet is very important for me this gigatel network has very bad internet speed at my home this broadband gives the internet speed of 900 kbps which is very bad

the network this boradband was also very bad most of the time internet was not work also this broadband had also very bad service I complaint in customer care that my internet was not working they come after 8 days to check the broadband the Wi-Fi connectivity was less only 3 or 4 device will be connected I am very disappointed by the service and the internet speed of this broadband

Hii friends I am a user of this network. Since I used it 9 months ago. That time speed was too slow and its connection sometimes dropped in low speed.

Gigatel networks speed increases only on night time after 12.am. and that time I was to go for sleep. And that time I put movies for downloading and doing other works at night.

And its price was too costly. When ortel gives499 per month. It's monthly fees was 800.

So I think its worst for using this network for internet connection.

I am writing this review because I am using this network from 4 months and I am happy to use it, I am using 5mbps plan with 500GB monthly data usage and this is enough for me.

Gigatel, now-a-days, is spreading like airtel, ideat.etc in our area, it is sprading jusg because of their variety of internet plans and high speed internet, customers wants to take their plans because they are cheap , worth and gigatel become reliable now.

Gigatel also provides better services to their customers, they also provide 24* 7 customer talk service with toll free number, also they solved every problems within 1 hour whether its regarding connevtivity or regarding modem.

The Gigatel Networks is only for it's name .It is one of the worst network ever and is very slow.The connection is as slow as 2G network in 3G connection also.

The price for network connection i.e.for buying MB is too high than other mobiles networks.

It has no systematic offers for it's user and customers.

The price for SMS, calls is also not cheap, It's expensive too.

So the network owners should claim for the service as per their budget.

Today I am talking about the Gigatel Networks. Its is very slow internet as 2G internet. I purchased it two months ago. But its is not speed up in the surfing time. And its downlaoding speed very slow within the Costly Internet. I faced many problems with the using Gigatel Networks beacuse its service customer are not good. My internet ended as sudden. I called the Gigatel Customer care. But he did not responce me. So I called him again and again. next 3 days he picked my Call. And I told him all my internet errors using the Gigatel. He told me its the network range problem. we solve this problem as soon. I told him that I invest money in this monthly pack. and resolve my problem. but he did not help me more.

This ISP is good for internet but their are some glinches with their drop in speed, I have been using this network from the last 6 months and it is so far working good.

They offer your a very good speed of upto 50 Mbps LAN based copper network. The main advantage here is that they do not have any FUP in their plans. Their is no FTPH plans available.

Reliability and service of this network is average, I have observed some occassional hicups but they generally rectified in 1 hour. Main office of this ISP is in south delhi and they are very keen to come at your home for any needed service. There is an issue of occassional drop in speed but otherwise it is fine.

Their plans are really cost effective with modem being not provided( buy your own) . My plan is 10 Mbps( no FUP, 20 Mbps for youtube/playstore/apple app store) for Rs 800 which is feel is fine for home usage.

Very much happy with the service. I will definitely recommend to others. Go for their cheapest plan as it provides good speed and expensive wifi router. Keep in mind THEY DO NOT OFFER LANDLINE/MOBILE/SMS service. NO 3G 4G issues too. It is only available in DELHI and NCR

I am actually shocked and very happy actually that I finally got a very amazing internet connection at my home. I was frustrated with the services of Airtel, Excitel, ACT and other local providers. Finally a company which can provide high speed internet throughout and has no data download limit. Exceptional customer care as well. I hope they continue the work like this
