I have this Broadband for almost a year and never experienced a day with Good service. THE most pathetic internet provider. Raising the complaint doesn't make any sense. They backend Team close the complaint without any call or any communication. For me, For last 2 months they switch off the internet at 1:00 am till 9:00 am on the daily basis.I really am not able to understand the logic behind it. Raised the complaint but no action is taken and close the complaint without even checking as it works fine in the day. Also has lot of speed and the range issue....Plz..Plz..Plz don't ever go with COMWAY...I a stuck because this is the only provider in my Area.

Worst WiFi service ever! Comway is an absolute nightmare. Their internet is painfully slow and constantly cuts out. I've had nothing but problems since day one.

The supervisors are completely useless - they never show up when scheduled and don't seem to care about fixing issues. I've wasted so much time waiting around for no-show appointments.

Customer service is non-existent. My complaints fall on deaf ears and nothing ever improves.

Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Comway. There are much better options out there. I deeply regret signing up with this terrible company and can't wait to cancel my service.

Do yourself a favor and choose ANY other provider. Comway WiFi is not worth your time or money. Avoid at all costs!

Today 74hours gone from 31st August 2023 . Today is 3rd September and my internet issue is still not resolved . 74HRS is not small amount of time. I am keep on posting complaint online and social media. But I am not getting positive resolution. Customer service keep on pushing date forward but not giving satisfactory results. I will request everyone person whi is watching my comment that please take lesson from my fault and do not install new COMWAY connection at all. U will regret if u install it . I swear, because the after service are very low standards and will not take care of your valuable time ??

I do agree with all comments.comway is totally fraud and rubbish company.they are not refunding the amount and all staff is speaks lie. And service is very very very poor.pls don't take comway if you want peace of mind

NO INTERNET FROM PAST TWO WEEKS, WHENEVER I CALL IN THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE THEY ASSURE YOU FOR A CALL BACK BUT NO CALL BACKS I EVERRRRRR RECEIVED FROM THEIR END.... I'M FROM MEDIA, A NEW WORK FROM HOME MOM.. AFTER A LOT OF STRUGGLE I GOT THIS JOB, BUT FROM LAST TWO WEEKS JUST BECAUSE OF THEIR PATHETIC WIFI CONNECTION I HAD TO TAKE LEAVES OR TO RECHARGE MY INTERNET DATA SO THAT I CAN WORK.... Very poor service. Nobody comes to solve the internet connection issue. Their connection always fluctuates, they tie up with local internet providers. There are no official service providers from comway that comes home to fix the issue.

Worst service . No resolution for your issue . they ask you for extra money . dont even give you full refund . they are theives . donot buy their connection

Comway says that they refund the money when router return to them but they can't. I tried to call customer care every time to refund my money but they ignoring to refund my money. Every time they say local ground people will call to take the router back but nobody will come.

I strongly suggest, please don't buy this wifi service. It's irritating to tackle the comway people.

I request you guys not to use comway broadband service as there are zero in the name of services. thief too

Complaint was done on 12th April and today is 18th April, still the solution has not been found. It didn't happen even in 4 hours and 4 days

Internet connection remains the problem most of the time. When you call the helpline, the executive will say that it will be fixed in 4 hours. And it does not happen even in 4 hours and 4 days.

There will be problem for 2/3 days in a week, this is my experience

Comway is not a parent, it is a disaster. That's why don't waste your time and money in Comway affair.

I recently had the displeasure of working with Comway, and my experience was far from positive. From the onset, the customer service was abysmal. I made the mistake of assuming that their customer service would be satisfactory, given their reputation for providing quality service. However, I soon discovered that I was mistaken.

The first issue I had was with their customer service. I called in to ask a question about the product I had purchased, and the representative I spoke to was extremely unhelpful. He was completely uninterested in helping me and seemed to just want to get off the phone as quickly as possible. He was not knowledgeable about the product, and he gave me wrong information.

The second issue was with the product itself. After I received the product, I noticed that it was faulty and did not work as expected. I attempted to contact Comway for a replacement, but no one seemed to be willing to help. I was told that I would have to purchase a new product, even though the one I had was faulty.

Overall, I would not recommend Comway to anyone. Their customer service was terrible, and their product was unreliable. I was highly disappointed in my experience with Comway, and I am sure that others

I have never seen this kind of service in my entire career, they closed the complaint without solving the issues, usually their technical teamdon't pick the call after installation, .. it's been 2 days since my internet is not working and no one came to check and now they closed the complaint.. ridiculous worst service provider. I will never ever recommend someone to use comway

These type of agencies should close by the govt on the basis of consumer feedback.

Worst employees/ worst customer care. Not refunding security money....going to consumer court. Hell.

I have taken this net service on 5th of oct 2022 and after 3 days net not working. I called up Mr. Mahesh who was the contact person for the but he is not picking my call after came to know this problem.

Worst network service provider till now, no customer support service no network, nothing just recharge timely and get worst services, and expect no one to help you.

I had to move out of city. They never came to remove my connection and pick up their wifi modem. Now they keep my 2000Rs.

Out of all the service provider this is the most disgusting i have ever seen. They tell you that you will be getting unlimited net and high speed but these are all bullshit. From past 3 months everyday their connection will be gone for about 4 hours 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening if called to the customer care and asked what the reason they will start with their bullshit that they are raising complaint tickets. Go to hell with your complaint they don't do anything eventually we have to wait..

If I could use all the bad words in a sentence to describe the service, it would still be less. They are totally full of dogshit.

Fraud services. They charged me for 1.5 years but have discontinued their services in my area at 6 months only. I was not even informed regarding the same. I have send repeated calls to their customer care number but to no avail. Plz avoid them at all cost

I am totally fed up after pay my 6 month advance. My net is joking with me. Custom service center always raises complaints number without any visitor or solution they automatically resolve that complaint. So don't buy long term because you choice to change. I think there is no technical team they collaborate with other , and there partner are have no responsibility.
