Hello my all friends I am dev and today I will be going to tell about my real experience about bsnl , so before I will talk about bsnl ( Bharat sanchar nigam limited) is Indian state - owned telecommunications company ,

You know everyone well that this is a indian government company but still it doesn't provide good service, The network issues only 2G covered but 3G still doesn't reached every place ,

After that if somewhere 3G is available there internet speed is very slow , internet speed of this network maximum 40 kbps to 50 kbps, and as well as this service is not good it is really needed to improved , that's why I don't like this one network,

All my friends I request you that don't brought this network that's why this network is provided good.

It is work normal but its okk because of govt.

Their is lazy employ because the bad thing is also of that their service is very bad.

We have to face many problem.

When ever we got any dsl blinking problem anddsl remove and dsl vanish and red light problem they take minimum 3-4 days for repair

And the procedure od complaing is slso bad.

Bsnl is the government network of the india but they do not have good network and the the customer service is so bad some times it connects to the 2 g network and some times its connect to the 3 g most of the internet is 2 g and network speed is soo bad if we call to customer care and we claim a complaint they tell we will solve your problem soon but there is no response from them and I think they want to improve the network then only customer like the speed and the network it was the government internet service but than the government the private companies are better than the bsnl service and rates is low than the the bsnl

Since I am using BSNL.This sim is Indian Government sim.It has High speed internet but the networks are bery poor in my area.The networks cannot be mor than 1 or 2 netwroks.I suggested you to buy this sim but it always be 2G then your network be full.If you turn it to 3G then the netwroks will automatically vanish.

Since I m using BSNL from when I bought my mobile phone. BSNL is Indian government Company but still it doesn't provide good services. The network issues only 2G covers and 3G still not reached upto many places. After that if somewhere 3G is available then their speed really so slow it goes upto 50kbps only. Really its disguisting we are paying money for the internet and we are not getting the good internet connection as we try to trust on Indian Companies. But compare other private companies providing 4G internet on the same rate and much reliable to me. Requesting to improve it.

It is good speed service providing. It is working

in most of the cities. We should us this good product. But tbere are few peapole don't like aldo. But it good. It is papular in the socity.til in used by may peopul.after using this oly we can

SINCE FEB-2016 I AM USING BSNL FTTH. I have not faced any type of problems . when ever called to BSNL DEPT., they have provided service within 24 hrs. I am satisfied by the SERVICE the BSNL DEPT., is providing to me. speed is okay to me and my family members agree the same. My childrens are HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY AND INTERNET SPEED. THEY ARE ENJOYING THE SERVICE GIVEN BY BSNL FTTH. I PERSONALLY RECOMMEND TO GET BSNL FTTH CONNECTION TO YOUR PHONE.

BSNL- Bharat  Sanchar Nigam Limited provides one of the best services which are pocket friendly and gives you the satisfaction in terms of speed, services and reliability. By easily calling at their service centers you can get their broadband connections.

BSNL also provides cell phones which features touchable screen, dual sim, a great pixel camera(Pantel Smart PS501- 854 PIXELS), FM, GPS and many more uncountable features. The cell phones available are affordable and easily accessible.

BSNL broadband plans are far more beneficial than any of the plans provided by other competitive companies. The company starts it's plan with basic ACT which is Rs. 749 monthly giving a speed of 20 mbps. As the speed of internet increases the monthly charges which are being asked by the company is minimal. The highest package people or any company can get is of Rs. 4999 which is known as ATC Phenominal providing a speed of 125 mbps(worth everything).

The services and the support system of BSNL is excellent. It exceeds from each and every network providing company till now. The phrase "CUSTOMER IS GOD" is taken place. No customer is left unsatisfied and every call is answered. What else a customer wants? They have toll free numbers where people can come up with their queries and complaints anytime.

Bsnl ftth is the best network.i would like to tell u that bsnl has a wide range of network coverage.It gives the lowest data rates.But the main demerit of bsnl is that the customer support is poor.I peraonally use bsnl but I face so much problems contacting to the bsnl customer care service.so it gives very good service.

BSNL is the worst network I have ever seen this network actually doesn't work at time

when we talk about internet we dont get much speed but it works very speed in #ooty for sure.

connectivity is much slower in the Bangalore but we can see a better connectivity when the network is reliability

when we talk about service we dont get much support from the service center this is the main problem

but the conclusion is that we can find awesome network in OOTY

BSNL works lick Government office services. You can not complete your task at one shot. You have to try again again. I used the BSNL supervises and get fed-up with this. I Stop this service.

If you are using BSNL, it means you are having the lot of patience. BSNL is the Indian Government service provider and it is also working lick Indian government offices.

I suggest don't go with BSNL and be happly.

1. Internet Speed:

BSNL has the worst speed in all the broadband services available.

BSNL is a govt aided company and still it has the most expensive netpack charges. The monthly bill goes as high as 2k .

And the internet speed is worst.

Other broadband services which I have seen at my friends places are way too much faster than this .

And their monthly bills are lesser thn 1k.

I dont understand the logic behind this.

BSNL must give a proper explaination for this .

I am higly disappointed with this experience.

1. Connection Reliability:

BSNL connection are not reliable at all. whenever I needed the interent for studies or submission of important documents or something else It did not work.

It is not reliable at all.

the dns logo went off many times.

also the wifi didnt work many a times;

1. Service and support:

BSNL service is also bad. They have never picked my phone up whenever I had issues, .

I have seen the employees avoiding to pick up phones at work. which is disgusting.

I would not recommend anyone to go for BSNL Broadband.

We have FTTH in our apartment Shoba Chrysanthemum. The speeds are as committed during download. The time to set up the connection(wiring the Fiber, Activating the accounts etc) took around a week. BSNL had given lot of application forms and the contact number. We had to fill it up and call the contact. They will come to collect the forms.

I had seen the internet speed test by ookla showing very low speed but download speeds were very consistent.

We are very happy with BSNL FTTH.

One of the best amongst competitors, best braodband service till date, I personally using this service and I had choosen the plan of 249 monthly in which they provide 2 gb and unlimited surfing.i ki d of loving the experience as after using 2 gb the speed is said to be not so bad, and I can easily download and play online games as well as watch videos on my mobile.

I will give it 3 star.just experience it and you will get to know the difference with other connection provider and the plans.

I guess you all have heard about the company BSNL . Today I am going to tell you that how they dissatisfy their customer and treat them as a dog . Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen . For a sample problem , which would only need 5 mins for them to fix , they would take atleast 10 days for fixing that and harass their customers and then they wluld act like as if they are the best ISP in India and they are doing a favour to us by providing internet. Then comes the question of working and speed. Most pf the time it has some problems , for example the link goes off , etc . Other than this , it promises something to the customer and gives something else . For example it promises to give a speed of 1mbps at a package of unlimited internet per month but actually provides 700 kbps . Therefor , all this makes it a totally unreliable network . Now , I therefore would suggest you to not go for BSNL .

Bsnl provide fiber to the home of cudtomers for internet and other services like digital tv in which 100 channels are provided.other then this bsnl provide voice facility also to this connection.also speed is according to their plans also bsnl provide ntu along with ups which is working on 12 volt battery and replacement facilty of ups untill connection is live.any other operator not provide this type of connection facilty.if any complain done along ftth then bsnl do his most affort to resove it.i think it is better

BSNL does not care for the customers. They treat customers like dogs and as if they are doing a favor on the Customers. They have outsourced their business to 3rd party vendors who are no less than any road side goons who never respond after the connection is taken.

If you try to cancel the connection, they will not allow, no matter how big the issue is. I have personally been following up with the vendor to cancel my connections from over a month. No response. These thick skinned people do not understand polite language or requests. They have taken the Customers for granted.

I have tried writing to all the so called matured and experienced senior management at BSNL and they too share the same blood. They just don't care. The DGM FTTH also threatened me to send Court notice if I did not pay my bills. I have disconnected the wiring and equipment almost a month back and following up with the vendor to cancel my connection. Why should I pay the bill? I have reached out to our Legal expert to sue them in the court for harassment and fraud. The time to make requests is over and often does not work with any Govt agency / department.

NEVER TRUST GOVERNMENT FOR ANY SERVICE OR FACILITY. They only care to bulge their stomach and pockets and they treat customers like beggars!

I am using bsnl ftth from last 3 yrs but not sattisfied with the plans and also the unknowing tax they apply .

I have choosed the plan 675 which is 2 mbps 1 gb and then comes to 512 kbps speed so according to that with landline bill the the toatal amount should be 800 to 900 as most of the time I use landline at night when it is free but my bill comes 1100 and increases but doesnot decreases also its an unlimited plan .

When I ask them they say its tax that you have to pay for so overall your bill is for 1100 so this is what I dont feel nice

Customer service is not that welll

And also the speed is not upto the mark

this bsnl services is not much good , customer service also that too bad friends.many people dislike this bsnl service.

some months ago my friend said that me this bsnl service is amazing, but its a unverified information friends.

this bsnl internet speed is not much good.many users not connected in one time.

thus bsnl plans and charges is too expensive friends.never try to use this bsnl service.
