ANI Network

I used to use this Internet but I change to another because of the fact that they have a lot of issues. Twice in every week the Internet stops working so we have to call the customer service ask them to come. They only come after a lot of call and then they come late. So poor customer service they have.

Now about the connection speed, they were selling the illusions in the name of the speed. I had the 25mbps speed It cost me around 700 a month which is nothing near to that speed.

So please if you are new to Internet connection and wants a Internet connection than never choose this one.

I am user from Shahdara Zone(East Delhi).

I face around disconnected network problem on ANI network. That have really bad lines and never delivered their expected bandwidth. Also they have unsupported staff(line man) and customer care(Laxmi Nagar).

They have some customer care person like Kapil Sharma, Yogesh, Sagar and many who never stand on their words. I got outage more then 8 days and their line man was unable to change the problematic switch.

I would suggest not to use their network at all as that is waste of money and energy. As they are stupid all the way and talk to like bottom guy.

I got it 6 months ago and I regret it to this day. There wasn't a single day gone where it ran smoothly whole day. Customer service is horrible. They'll tell you they're sending someone to check the issue but no one has come in last 6 months. It's the daily show. Get some local isp or even mtnl rather than this shitshow.

I have been using the services of ANI network for 3-4 years now. But from last 1 year, they are giving me horrible experience. In April 2018, I have registered near about 10 complaints in a week from internet shut down. Now as well in june-july near about 50+ calls for a simple thing which ofcourse can be solved nothing rocket science in it, it's their daily job. But no they have not solved it from a month. Every time I call and tell their customer executive to tell the boy who will come for repair to meet me. But NO, nothing has been done. I am looking for a legal action now, being myself belonging to legal background.

No customer support, if u ever call them it'll be switched off or not reachable, I have to call them everyday atleast twice.i have use many ISPs but this was total nightmare. my connection keeps on disconnecting after every 2-3 hours and u have to wait f*king 1 hr to get back on track, they often send their workers in my residence but they only change my lan connector(male plug that connects to your router).i will not recommend this to anyone.

Ani network is new broadband in our area I think is better than Reliance broadband server because Reliance is too bad for network issue but this network broadband is very good in budget in network segments and all the services I am love and I am using last six month of this plan is 60 MBPS unlimited data 1000 rupees per month and this plan is very in my pocket because I am belong from middle family and I am love this network broadband server for in this price but it sometimes lost network but like one and half hour in month so I love that not that much network with issue compare as Reliance broadband so that it for my opinion bye

I am writing this review because I am using this services from 4 months and I am happy with their services and internet plans, I am using 5 mbps plan with 100GB monthly data usage which is good enough for my work.

ANI network is spreading now a days because they provides a variety of internet plans with different range of high speed internet with cheap rates, so anyone can afford their plans.

ANI network provides 24* 7 customer support to their customers along with a toll free contact number, So anyome can contact with them easily which is very good for their customers, also I never feel disappointed with the services they provide.

Hello guys, I am going to share my experience over ani network

Ani network provider is the bigesst isp provider in our area.however, they always lack with there commitments.first few days the internet speed and signal was good.But after a week this isp probider show their true face and I notice signal and speed issue twice a day.moreover, their costumer service is inexperience and veru rude with their customers.one time, I aksed them to cancel my login page and their executive took a week to process and untill now the work is unfinished

Hence I suggest u all to ho for some other isp provider over ani

Hello guys I am here to share my experience of the internet provider ani network.

So the main problem is with that, is the slow speed of it.

And their customer service is very worst.

Sometimes If I have a problem with the internet , firstly the customer care does not pick the call on the one go , after so much tries if they pick the call then they dont resolve their problem , they keep on telling we send to a worker for your problem or the gives so ticket no on the phone , which has no worth.

So customer service is soo bad.

Hello everyone, myself Abhishek Dhyani, one of the celebrity writer on mouthshut.com and today I am going to give my detailed review on Ani network.Few months back I was also one of the customer of Ani network but now I have switched to other Internet service provider, so why did I switched out? The biggest issue with Ani network is the lack of consistency. In most of the cases the network is not consistent as it should be which frustrated me a lot. Even I was not getting the speed which I was promised. I had 25 MBPS plan but I was getting just 5 Mbps that's the biggest reason of my port out.While their customer support was horrible, you will never get your issues resolved. At last, I only want to say that you should never go for Ani network as it is one among the worst service that I have ever experienced.

Hi guys I am here to share my experience about the Ani network's customer care services. Ani network is the very popular ISP in our area but as we know there are two phase of any coin. There Internet services are good but the customer care services are really bad. Their complaint number works very rarely. their service men Praveen in our area always remain off on duty. And the other service men are not as much as experienced to correct the problem as fast. Due to this my internet was not working for 12 days of a month and they did not give any pay back to me.

This problem cause me due to the inexperienced service men , and they was not able to identify my problem. It is very irritating for me and I wish they solve this problem as fast as they can.

Hey guys I am here to share my experience on this broadband network. I am using this network from last month & I am facing so many problems in this connection and when I complain to the ani network they took 2-3 days to resolve the problem. Last week I am facing the new problem that my internet goes on afternoon and when I complain about this it took 6 days to resolve. They do not take calls and they havn't a fixed number. They lying about the speed of internet i.e they saying about 200 Mbps and I get only 10 Mbps.

ANI Network broadband, friends I told you that about the this broadband.this broadband is too good friends for using, in my office also available this broadband.this broadband network speed is amazing friends conpair with other broadband speed.this ani company network never down, and network range never low.with this broadband at one time maimum ten users connected and after connected network speed never slow.this company broadband customer services extremely bad my friends.

I have been using this ISP since January. They are providing 6 Mbps for just 799/- including taxes. There is no issue with the speed. The download speed remains 6 Mbps in IDM while it goes up to 20 Mbps in torrent. If a problem occurs They resolve it in just 30 minutes. The payment option is also very much easier. Just pay them with Paytm or Call them. Before This I was using Nextra Broaband whose service was worse. I am very much satisfied with Ani Network Service in Sant nagar Burari.

The internet service provider might be a reasonable option but it's certainly not worth your money. The internet gets disconnected multiple times every day and you can never(really never) reach its customer support. Since it's a very small company and exists in a very small area in Delhi they may reach your place if you need their connection the same day but once you have paid them your sufferings will start. Early morning, noon, evening, night, middle of the night your net may go off any time and there would be no one you can talk to. The number mentioned on the website is just IVR which only gives some stupid ticket number and you never receive a call back.

Recently I am using d link network its average speed is 1.5mbps which is not so good then I buyed the unlimited data plan from ani network and its average speed is 20mbps which is soo impressive and its connection are always very good and ita costumer service is too good they help me every time when ever I needed them so I will recommend you to choose ani network.And its plans is also good and cheap.

Hi I have been using ANI broadband more than 2 year and trust me guys this is really good, the best I like about this plans I normally go for Rs 450/- which gives you 75 GB 10 Mbps and after that 5Mbps unlimited

What I hated is that for payment you need to visit they do take cards but for that also you need to visit the office.

Speed is excellent and connection not normally terminates until you log of not like airtel or tikona which cuts down when they wants.

Ani network has very bad service in internet solution but its like a buffring all time in every packages its minimum range of pack is start rupees 450 and the highest was 2000 thousand or 3000 thousand and its the special work is buffering all time so guy in my opinion do not buy this network suscribtion becose it may take while haha its your waste of time and money so please try to understand what I am telling you its is very bad network and very lose coneection its couses you angry or frostreted in every time so guyz please do not install this connection in your home. thank you

I am user of ANI network Internet service which is providing Unbeatable power speed in low package amount. If we compare other service providers internet, they are changing extra amount completely ANI package. I am paying only Rs. 600 for 30 days with 5mbps speed which giving unlimited Internet service on same amount. but other company charge more amount for the same. ANI service is based on line wire so no issue with weather is good or not but other companies providing only modem service witch is connected with box which installed on top floor and also charge extra amount for modem. Ani giving secure internet service login password which is access denied to unauthorized person. Means my IP address is also secured. No internet speed issue till now. My family members are using ANI internet because it is providing me WIFI service without extra cost. In clear word, ANI best service provider in low amount. Most impacting things that it is prepaid service means if you do not want use ANI service that simply you have to stop monthly recharge just like prepaid mobile number and easy to restart service only recharge with monthly package amount.

This service provider is not worth a single ruppee of ours. They are so bad in service that if you have to reach them in an event of internet not working, you can never reach them.

All the contact numbers they have provided on there website don't work.

When you want to recharge your plan, they have no freaking option. Online option doesn't work and in this age who has the time to go to a stupid shop to get there internet recharged?

They wouldn't provide you any proper bill either.

Long story short go for a better service provider like airtel, hathway, etc who have show level of accountability towards customer and provide you better service.
